    Amazing experience today! WowHad a combination of deep tissue / sports massage! The best I had in Dubai so far! Staff are super nice!I used to come here even before. My last appointment was 2 years ago. Then today, I was finally able to have my massege here again - its the same amazing experience. The good news is that they just moved the spa to the other side of the hotel, the same floor, so everything is clean, tidy and fresh.Surely, I will return as I just bought myself a package of 6 massage sessions!

    Its inside of Time Oak hotel. Always clean, professional, with very good therapists.Weve been coming to Touch life spa for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed.They have recently opened their fully renovated spa.     I had a great experience at this spa tonight. The customer service was excellent—they took the time to ask about my needs and preferences, which I really appreciated. Alex was super helpful and explained the services in detail, making it easy for me to choose what worked best.My masseuse, Polina, was amazing. She clearly knows what she’s doing and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Her technique was spot on, and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.The whole vibe of the spa was calm and inviting, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth it, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

    I had the best massage at this gorgeous salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The vibe of the place is amazing—super calm and cozy. My massage was exactly what I needed; the therapist knew just how to work out all the tension in my muscles. I left feeling totally refreshed and stress-free.     Ive been here 3 times and this is my first time leaving a review, because I wanted to make sure if the experience was going to be the same and each time Ive had had a great experience. The environment, staff and range of massage options are amazing. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming - They make sure to address all your areas of concern, pain or areas that need more attention.I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend others to come and try the massage services here.     Greatest experience! Professional staff and amazing service. Me and my partner went for a couples massage were greeted at the reception by Paul and he was wonderful, catering to our personal needs and suggesting the treatments required for us. We then went in for our 60 minutes treatments catered by our therapists Lena and Marielle who were very hospitable offering us coffee and drinks. The individual treatments really were worth it. We thank the staff and their hospitality in catering to us. Definitely would recommend! 💯

    The session was really great. I combined anti- stress & medical massage. I was so satisfied how the way they cover the overall session. I would highly recommend who have back pain and join pain.     This is highly recommended especially to couple as most of the spa I have went to either is exclusive to ladies only or is separate with men. At least for couples like us we can be together and this is a great couple bonding because they have couple rooms. We have been fully satisfied and all our expectations were met overwhelmingly. We booked for feet reflexology as we want to try them out at first, and it made us come back and sign up for membership because we were truly pleased. The second time, we went to try the swedish + anti-stress massage for 60mins and it was amazingly relaxing too. This spa offers the best services, they have the best staff and masseuse as well. Most importantly, the clean, neat and spacious area of the spa allow it to have the ambience to be peaceful, relaxing and have a cozy vibe.

Before the actual experience itself, they had to explain to me in details what massage are they gonna do and how it helps in what my body needs.     Very professional 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅 in my career and field as fitness trainer and i lifting very heavyweights regularly my back muscles always having issues because of heavy weights .. so i decided to buy package from 8 sessions finished most of it in few weeks .. ive tried different therapists all of them were so good and very professional specially Natalie and always got back to gym to lift heavy again 💪🏾 after helping me to recovery with sport massage deep tissue ... i have recommended this centre as well to my clients because its respectful therapy centre not as of most of many other centres thats not professional and asking for weird stuff not related to professional therapy... i have never bought Package in anywhere else before but this place i decided to buy because of being professional & the most important respectful

    Happy to be the 111th reviewer :) This is an AMAZING place, so to start with. I just got a 60min reflexology massage and a complimentary salt bath for my feet. The place is inside this beautiful hotel. When you enter the spa you are welcomed and they explain to you exactly what you will get. Nice atmosphere, everything is neat and clean. Lena was my masseuse today, she has very good technique and she is strong. She didnt only focus on my feet, but she went up my leg and massaged some important meridians. I almost fell asleep there and I felt really light after. In one word, they know how to run a business and have returning clients, due to the quality of the service they offer. Ask about the offers, you might find some great deals. I will definitely visit again this place, I am extremely pleased.

From the receptiveness and warmth at the reception, where Mr Ahmed took the time to explain the different kinds of massages and benefits they offered, to the upgrade on my reservation so I could get a taste of some of their amazing signature treatments. Lwin, the masseuse was gentle, attentive and kind. She was great at her job and ensured an excellent delivery. She offered me tea in the end and got some souvenirs to go from Mr Ahmed on my way out.     This is a very welcoming spa. I also appreciated that they have complementary parking at the back of the hotel from where you can reach the spa which is situated on the first floor.I so much appreciated the massage room to be clean and quiet.They offered a combination of a medical and a relaxation massage which did wonders for my neck still many days after. The  Vietnamese massage lady is very good and pleasant.I got really spoiled with an extra foot bath.Will be back for sure to try their Moroccan bath since they have a Moroccan lady doing it which is hard to find.

    I had a great spa treatment at this place! Alex and his team are very welcoming and super professional. Calming ambiance, great team and nice extras. I’d strongly recommend for anyone looking to rejuvenate and relax. And yes, very clean place and unlike other places massage therapist would not keep talking to you distracting you from relaxing.

    After looking around my address for a good massage I choses this one for the offer they were giving. I dont regret my choice at all. The personal was nice and welcoming especially I guess the manager from Egypt ( I dont know his name) he took all his time to explain to us the different massages and offers us an upgrade for a better one and even gave us an idea about the couple offers which they having at the moment and it is really interesting we really think to take it when back to Dubai. The two therapists were so professional and nice my husband cracked from head to toes. It made us feel so good and had a nice hot tea at the end. The place is clean. I really recommend. Thank you so much for everything

    Me and my wife have been Touch Life SPA customers for 2 years now. Its affordable, its easy to book and easy to get to, but more importantly is great 😃 👍 The masseuses are very good, the management is very attentive, they often provide us with free treatments because we are long-standing customers and they really go above and beyond to ensure we are happy and well looked after. Thats why we keep going back. The massages are great, the foot spa and Moroccan bath recommended!

    Highly recommended! You should visit this Spa in Barsha Heights. Alex their manager is very accommodating. He explained everything to us. Also, 2 thumbs up for Laviana from Bali, the masseuse. I will definitely comebackl

    We found this spa while looking for a good massage on Groupon. Its a fantastic family spa with excellent services and therapists. Its an excellent place to unwind. Their receptionists are extremely friendly. Because it was our first visit, they were gracious enough to upgrade the massage we had scheduled to a combination of Sports and Medical massage. A must-try for those of us who prefer more pressure in our massages!!!The therapists are highly trained professionals. Marielle and Love deserve special mention for their expertise, which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. They also have excellent management.We highly recommend this spa and will certainly return!XO,SK

    The best massage I ever had in Dubai. The manager, Monir, is very friendly and knowledgable in therapies. The therapists were also excellent and skilful. The prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed their signature technique massage together with my wife, and we highly recommend this place.

    Overall experience is fantastic! All the massage therapists are well trained. Me and my husband always come together as a member for 2 years now and i highly recommend Nathalie and Suzie. The management is also kind and accommodating.

    I love this place. I have been coming to touch life spa for more than a year now, after it has been recommended to me by a friend.They have good therapists, they helped me get through a lot of back, neck and shoulder issues in addition to my long term tensions.I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional anti stress and tension therapy.The staff are friendly and welcoming and the management are very attentive.Keep it up Touch Life!

    The Moroccan bath experience was absolutely delightful and new experience for me, feel grounded and ready to face the world again. I had massage also and I am amazed with the techniques they used, best massage I ever had (I have massage in Canada at least once a month) . The spa is very clean, serene and generally blissful. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming, it’s very family oriented spa.if you are in Dubai then I definitely suggest coming out and give them a try. The Manager Alex and Mariel are the best!

    I had a really amazing experience here!Bought a voucher from Groupon, a lot of facilities treats you differently when you come in bringing a voucher BUT they treated me like a VIP.Very friend people, VERY good service, I would like to mention NAZ and ALEX, both were amazing! Naz was my therapist and she did an excellent job.I bought the membership on the spot because that’s how good they were. I specifically mentioned that on my future visits it would only be Naz who’ll take care of me because she was just amazing.Thanks everyone!

    Highly recommended to avail true family Spa services.A very friendly and welcoming management. Neat and clean rooms with amazing atmosphere.The therapists are polite and highly professional.I feel so relaxed after the session and will be a regular now.The combination of Anti-stress and Swedish massage leaves one mesmerized by the feeling achieved afterwards.     This has been one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. The manager Alex was amazing, and I truly have never been so pampered. They were so professional and I felt unbelievably relaxed after leaving. You leave having such good energy and in an amazing mood.     I was searching for a place that provides good massage and came across this spa. It’s an amazing place, very professional top notch therapists. Amazing and friendly staff, excellent level of hospitality and great customer experience actually. They provide different types of massage (relaxation/ Anti-stress, sports, medical massages) It’s a great and comfy place for stress relieving.     If i can give this place ten stars, i definitely would. I don’t even know where to begin with praising this one-of-a-kind EXTRAORDINARY spa. I’ve been to a lot of spas and massage facilities in my time and this is without a doubt THE BEST. Alex, the manager, went absolutely above and beyond to provide us with face masks, feet exfoliation, and advice and tips for relaxation. The place is wonderful with beautiful calming music. Suzie is an extremely professional masseuse who immediately accommodates to your exact pain points and needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Staff, Location, Atmosphere, Experience: 10/10

    Really polite and helpful staff. They explained all the massages pretty well and also gave us two free upgrades on our first visit. I got a anti-stress and hot stone massage and found it incredibly relaxing. Overall a great experience. I just wish they had some more 90 minute massage options.

    Very welcoming environment. Massage was good, not super. Therapist was loudly chewing her gum, which I found shocking. At a moment the music stopped so the only think I heard was her chewing, doors open/close. The loud chewing took away from having a relaxing massage. Furthermore, the manager spent 15min afterwards explaining their massage package. Instead of asking me from the beginning if I’d be interested in hearing about it. This massage was a gift from a friend worth 300AED for 45min which is expensive and I extended 15min more, paid 50aed extra, which would have been free if I’d taken the package 😂 I’ll never go again.**update**I tried Touch Life Spa again with 3 different spa products. First, my massage with Suzy (from Bali) was absolutely wonderful and she’s definitely among the Top 3 therapists I’ve ever had. Then I went on the experience my second Hammam Spa in Dubai, and by far the best ever 10/10! Samira from Morocco is excellent and besides the classic Moroccan scrub with sponge, she also applied a softening cream, followed by another Mango/Gold scrub, shampoo/conditioner for hair with hair mask and a face mask. Then I had a sea salt scrub for feet - absolutely delightful.The team is wonderful, very caring and kind and professional.I changed the previous 3 stars to a 5 star ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Had an amazing Reflexology and a couple of days ago a Hot Stone Massage.Both treatments are excellent and must try’s! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    My husband and I had a massage,it was amazing 😍I will definitely come back on this spa. I would like to thank the manager in the reception,(didnt get his name Arabic guy) his very accommodating,knowledgeable in explaining the massage.     The service is superb. Ambiance and place is relaxing and clean. Shout out to Paul and Sussie who did an amazing job above and beyond service. I had my full body massage here. Look for Sussie she is amazing. This is the best massage i had in Dubai so far.

    Place is clean. The Manager clearly explained the different types of massage and recommended a mix of relaxation and medical because of my sciatica.Natalie is really a good therapist 💯Highly recommend this place
