    I stayed in Waldorf for a week, was on the 1st floor, and had amazing housekeeping staff. They ensured we were looked after and went above and beyond to ensure we have a stress free stay. The staff everywhere at the hotel were amazing. The services and food were brilliant.     We had a wonderful experience at the spa, and a big part of that was thanks to Alyssa at the reception. From the moment we spoke on the phone, until we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She not only guided us through the spa facilities with care and professionalism, but also went the extra mile by preparing beautiful decorations for my mom’s birthday, which made the visit even more special and touching.     Our first visit to Dubai, and we’ve loved it, staying at the Waldorf Astoria has been a pleasure. All of the staff have all been really friendly, always asking how we are. We’ve been spoilt, from our towels being placed on sunbeds, sunglasses being cleaned, kept hydrated with water through day and having cool towels, to the housekeeping staff keeping our room clean and the staff in the restaurant looking after us. The food has been delicious, ate in the Mezzerie Restaurant for most meals, so much choice! Thanks to Shivani, Nicol, Abolu and Eolith. Think my favourite dish was the salmon!

    The stay at Waldorf Astoria was a good 5 stars stay, however, it didn’t wow me as expected from a Waldorf property.The room was spacious and elegant with a large -mostly not utilized- balcony.The service varied quite a bit from one place to another. The housekeeping staff were attentive and excellent especially Miraj. The beach staff on another hand were not attentive, one even spoke rudely to my wife when she asked for a new ice bucket. The spa was excellent probably the highlight of the property. The reception was good and efficient, but nothing special.In terms of dining options the breakfast buffet was wonderful with huge variety of options. The dinner buffet was excellent but did not have any drink option included not even water, you need to pay extra for any drink which just felt like a tacky way to make money. The room service was good but just felt way overpriced for what was being presented.Kids friendliness: the hotel was full of kids but there are things that made me question the appropriateness of it for kids. First is the smoking guests everywhere on the beach, my 2 yrs old even picked a cigarette butt from the sand and asked what is it. The second, the kids food menu in all dining venues except the buffet was limited and lacked healthy options. There was a very small limited area next to the kiddie pool where smoking is prohibited which isn’t sufficient. The staff overall were very friendly to the kids everywhere however these little things were disappointing.Overall, I had an enjoyable stay at the Waldorf, but in terms of value for the money I probably would not stay here again.

We were served by Pathum, who was very attentive, polite, and caring. Every day, he delighted my daughter with different surprises in the form of towel animals—dogs, elephants, monkeys, and swans—showing great creativity. Everything was always clean and well-stocked.Additionally, they celebrated my son’s birthday with balloons, greeting cards, and cakes. Thank you so much for the wonderful time spent with you!     We had a wonderful experience at Once Upon A Brunch. The children had an absolutely amazing time as did the adults. The brunch is really set up with children in mind and it was just magical for them. We had fantastic service from Shoaib and his whole team - Giayan, Parmila, Jasan, Thethin, Edith, Shivani, Malvon, Wasim and Ravindra :-) We never had to ask for anything it was always there.     I was in Astoria especially for the staking summit conference. The location is great. However what is key for me in a hotel or restaurant is cleanliness and quality of service and it was nothing less than superb. All the staff especially the restaurant was perfect, making sure that we get everything that we need asap. The food was excellent even compared to other places in Dubai that maintain high standards, and staff service was much better.I would like to especially thank Ravinelra Ankur, Parmilla Kiran and Ankur Samantha.I hope that I will manage to come here again, maybe this time for some longer vacation

    The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeriah is a wonderful property. The times I have stayed here, the lobby is always busy, but never overly crowded. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and sitting area and balcony are relaxing. The bathroom is what dreams are made of - so calming. The onsite spa is wonderful. I was able to get a massage in between enjoying the pool. The amenities, pool, and beach are all well maintained. As an extra bonus, there is an adults only pool that is a refuge. I definitely recommend the Waldorf Palm Jumeriah for a relaxing getaway while in Dubai/UAE!

    First time at this hotel, but not the last. We had a amazing room! And the housekeeping Meraj and Dashin were SO nice, and really took care of us.About the breakfast, I had the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had, and the area was nice to sit in.The poolside, nice and clean and not ”packed” with people. The staff, (Sasi, Jar, Vamshi, Salil), they really took care of everybody in best of ways. Everything from service with food and drinks, to wet small towels, icecold, to weep your hot face off with, and they smelled SO good.We can highly recommend this hotel, with everything that comes with it.We would love to come back!

    We had a wonderful one-night stay at Waldorf Astoria Jumeirah. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was excellent—every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and truly committed to making our stay comfortable.The room was spacious and clean with a breathtaking sea view that really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The hotel has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Our kids especially loved the kids club—it was well-organized and full of engaging activities. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of space and a great vibe for both kids and adults to enjoy. The beach had a calm, resort-like ambiance with beautiful surroundings and excellent service.One area that could use improvement is the water pressure in the shower. It was noticeably weak and didn’t match the standard you’d expect from a 5-star resort. It’s a small detail, but it did affect the overall experience.Despite that, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back—especially if that one issue is addressed.

Every detail was taken care of with the utmost attention – from perfectly folded towels to a refreshing, subtle fragrance in the room. The housekeeping team works efficiently, discreetly, and with an impressive eye for detail. We especially want to highlight the turn-down service by Yasintha – he is a true master at folding towels.     Spend 1,5 weeks of vacation at WAPJ. The hotel is a bit far away from everything but if you are looking for a calm and not so busy area to stay and being mobile with an rental to reach POI in Dubai, that’s the right hotel.Dubai is very busy and a lot of hotels areas in the Dubai Marina are tourist bunkers. We loved it to come back from our Dubai excursions to the Waldorf Astoria.The hotel provides rooms with Palm and Marina view what we had. The rooms to the other side are provided with a nice with to Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab which is close by.The hotel is something in between a tourist bunker and a hidden luxury hotel.Hotel was very clean, the service was always gentle, polite and absolutely professional, restaurants are absolutely okay and you get very good breakfast and Dinner.Beach access and Pools are absolutely suitable to enjoy a hot sunny day. Equipped with a lot of sun umbrellas and sun loungers.We have nothing to complain.

    We have just had a family holiday at the Waldorf Astoria and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is very relaxing with great amenities.The service was impeccable and the staff very helpful. In particular, Borzo, Gayan and Nadick around the pool were super helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. Borzo was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Amy in the kids club was also great with our youngest daughter.

This time, the service exceeded our expectations, they surprised us with a beautiful fruit arrangement and a handmade card, which was such a thoughtful touch.     Everything was great! Staff especially Khalid, Norris and Sunil were excellent. The food at Lao was absolutely sublime. Highly recommend. Didn’t get to try some other restaurants as they were booked up. Breakfast was delicious and varied.Only thing that could have been better was the fact there was drilling next to the adult pool in the morning, and there is a huge building site next to the hotel (hence 4 rather than 5 stars). It’s not crazy loud but if you want total peace - might not be for you. Although most hotels in Dubai have building work or traffic noise so probably unavoidable. Would also be nice to have some smoking / vaping areas so those who don’t smoke or vape can avoid!

    My husband and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm for our 32nd anniversary celebrations and we had the most amazing time at this beautiful hotel! The second we arrived at the spa, we were greeted with beautiful happy anniversary balloons and celebratory drinks by Alisha on the spa reception to the two girls Arlene and Kimi who did our couples massage which was so relaxing and peaceful. We found to our surprise that we had a private couples room in the spa which was luxurious to say the least, complete with bathrobes, slippers, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and showers. We also had a beautiful happy anniversary chocolate cake and drinks waiting for us in our room when we checked in. We spent our afternoon on the beach with the spectacular views of The Royal and Atlantis the Royal in front of us and the beach staff also were very attentive and friendly, providing towels and an ice bucket full of waters on our arrival. We headed to dinner later in the evening to Social Restaurant inside the Waldorf where Faith greeted us and we spent the next couple of hours being treated like royalty! The staff Elena, Dara, Nikhil and of course Chef Carmine could not do enough for us and were extremely attentive and we really felt like we were very special indeed. They even brought us two beautiful drinks and celebration cake at the end of our meal - again so thoughtful and very much appreciated. At breakfast in the Mezzerie restaurant, Shoaib, Shivani, Wasim, Mariel, Edith, Kiran and Joy again went out of their way to make us feel like we were visiting celebrities and again presented us at the end of our breakfast with a beautiful fruit platter and celebration card. We have had an absolutely incredible time at this luxurious hotel and ALL of the staff have gone above and beyond to welcome us and celebrate our anniversary with us. And it was all because my husband happened to mention in an email to the hotel’s Personal Conceirge Team, that it would be our anniversary treat. Everyone has been amazing and so very kind and we would definitely wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm to anyone. This was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. We are already planning another trip next year. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Waldorf Astoria! You made us feel so special on our 32nd anniversary trip!

    We visited the Waldorf for three days using our Privilee Pass. Raghu vamshi and the team at the pool side were incredibly helpful and ensured we were constantly topped up with fresh, cold water. They also moved parasols, inflated and deflated our pool toys and served us our delicious lunch. We will definitely visit again!

    Santosh and Usual from housekeeping are great guys, loved their can-do attitude and overall personality. always helpful and friendly. :)The beach services are exceptional though, Santosh, Yassir and Samir took care of my 5 months old, my wife and I and everything was perfect.     Really enjoying my stay so far, the upstairs lounge have been perfect with providing vegan snacks and food for myself. The drinks especially the coffee are lovely. The hotel service is great, I was speaking to Samir and Wazim as well as another gentleman who had helped clean and tidy our rooms and they were super lovely and have provided a great service. All the staff are ready to help and very kind. Sasi gayan by the pool has looked after us so well, the staff outside are just so accommodating for you!

    I’ve stayed in this establishment a couple of times over the past few years. Very nice and friendly staff. Nice rooms, beautiful views. It actually has the best breakfast. I love the magic show they have at the bar. Klaus the magician is an amazing, friendly, professional class act. The magic tricks are mind blowing and each trick gets better than the last. Definitely worth going to see him perform the tricks even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

    We are currently staying here at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeriah and one of the highlights has to be the buffet breakfast. Usually I am not a buffet person but the staff keep it clean and sanitary and refresh the food very often making me feel comfortable about eating everything. However, what sets this breakfast restaurant apart from others is the incredible service particularly from Shoaib Wasim and his team Ravindra Kiran, Jason Ankur and Mawin. They are truly fantastic and will cater to all of your needs and they are incredibly friendly. Can’t say enough about the quality of staff the Waldorf Astoria hires.

The facilities are all immaculate and the hotel has a general relaxed and stress free vibe. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and very well appointed.We mooched inside some of the other hotels on the crescent and the Waldorf was by far the best.     This is the second time we’ve visited, once as a couple and this time as a family with an infant. It was a much more fun experience with a kid, the pool facilities are great and a 30 second walk to the beach, there’s plenty to do for little ones.     Last weeks stay has been my second visit at the Waldorf Astoria in Dubai at the Palm Jumeirah within a year. The hotel is by far one of the best hotels Ive ever been at.I would love to thank everyone at the hotel each and individually because there has not been one moment during both stays where I didnt feel exceptionally well treated. From housekeeping to the front-door concierges, the waiters at the restaurants, the receptionists, the responsible team at the beach - every interaction I had at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The lady at the reception recognized me from last years stay (mind you, almost 11 months ago) and had my room ready for a check-in at such an early time, where most hotels would charge you for an extra day. The staff at the beach is overly friendly and takes care of every wish there is. The people from housekeeping are keeping the rooms exceptionally clean and brighten up your day with a zoo made out of towels in your room. I was recognized at the breakfast buffet every morning and was welcomed with my name and the question Outside again? with a smile on their faces so I knew the day is going to start amazing. You get complementary water at the beach, in your room, even when you are on the verge of leaving the hotel you will get offered bottles of water to keep yourself hydrated in the burning sun - the hotel is here to make you forget about everything and take care of every need you have. So first and foremost I would like to thank every single soul at the hotel who is working 24/7 to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.You will probably not use the room too much - the beach is absolutely amazing. You have enough sunbeds (I had to wait once during my 15 times at the beach to be seated, for around 5 minutes), you will get offered complementary cold water and a towel, you can order food and drinks to your sunbed (which are very tasty!) and the view is amazing. The sand is very fine, its very well maintained and very clean, and the staff walk around regularly asking if you need anything or will even ask to spray you down with cold water.If you still need your room - they are in very good condition and are perfectly cleaned daily. I was hosted in a suite which was faced towards the palm which allows you to have an absolutely breathtaking view of the sunset every evening. The suite had a terrace big enough to host a football tournament (and allowed be to get a glimpse of the sea-view of the hotel as well) but was only equipped with two sunbeds and a small lounge - this is probably the only thing which can be enhanced: make something out of the remaining room on the terrace! Even if you only put an outside shower to the terrace - it will go a long way. I have not once used the terrace because I cant cool off any other way than going inside and dripping all over the room when heading back out.If you want fancy designer items which will be out of style in 4 years, this hotel is not for you. This hotel is here to provide you long lasting quality furniture with a classic look (old money would probably be a fitting way to describe the style of the interior). In the near future I will be buying a Waldorf Astoria bed because I have had nothing but the best sleeping quality of my life in these beds. I have also moved to Aesop products since using them at the Waldorf Astoria last year because the quality of these products is nothing short of top notch. The breakfast offers everything you need from eggs (made to order) to fruit to freshly baked bread. Every special need can be placed without feeling out of order - I asked for fresh eggs benedict and my wish was fulfilled.I cant name everyone I have encountered during my two stays here but rest assured that there has not been a single person in this hotel who didnt have my needs in their mind. I am coming back to this hotel - and only this hotel in Dubai - for sure many times in the future. A big thank you to everyone working at this hotel - you are the heart and soul of this place.

    This is my favorite hotel on the East Palm.The hotel is so beautiful, elegant marble style everywhere.The staff is very friendly, professional and caring.The pools and beach are amazingly maintain and the operation in run with professionalism by the staff.There is one family pool, where kids are allowed.One adult pool where kids are not allowed.And the beach side with view on the inside of the palm.The food and drinks for the pool side are good, price are competitive for this range of luxury standard hotel in Dubai.I really recommend the pizza margharita which is so yummy with very good cheese and tomato sauce.The adult pool is a perfect spot, if you are with friends, partners or solo. The pool is so chill, relaxing with a nice view over the beach.Free magazines and newspaper are provided in order to keep you updated with latest news/trends.The staff is providing complimentary water, which is greatly appreciated when you just arrive. Small gesture, well appreciated as not all luxury hotels in Dubai have this as a best practices for their customers.The garden of this hotel are very beautiful to walk across it.You will find a tennis court, a bar on the beach call Sunset 55, an helipad in case you are traveling with this way of transport (lucky you!).The changing rooms are in good conditions, with nice products. If you need to use a locker to drop your belongings, you need to ask a key to the reception of the pool.If you should visit only one hotel on the palm for a wonderful pool day. Don’t think twice, this is one of the best option to spend your day.

    Truly excellent all round - a beautiful beach hotel in which to relax on the Palm. The hotel is relatively low rise, which we prefer vs tower style hotels, and very spread out and broken up with palm trees and other shrubs and gardens giving a very peaceful backdrop with different zones. Pools are excellent and the adult pool was large and quiet and well away from family pool. Beach is lovely and also very clean and quiet. Pool and beach staff were so polite and helpful and we got highest quality service from them all. All water sports were available as well as boat trips, fishing etc if you want them. The restaurants are all excellent but special praise for Social, the Italian restaurant on site. The food there is unbelievably good - as good as it gets anywhere and the waiting service is truly exceptional. One highlight was the new “Beyond 55” beach show night on Friday evening with DJ and an array of acts (dancers, percussionist, fire dance performer) with food and cocktails/drinks all night, channeling a fusion of Dubai/Ibiza mood and sound. Very low key but v cool vibe on the beach sofas. Naveen and team there were also exceptional in terms of quality of service. Our comment is that the event and what it offers (images, features etc) could be brought more to the attention of guests soon after arrival to get more people buying tickets (a two page flyer perhaps, not just the food and drinks menu) and profiling/recommending by other staff at the hotel.

    We love our stay here, so relaxing that you don’t feel you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle. If it is your first time here in Dubai, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because it is far from attractions, but if you just want to relax and get pampered, this is superb. The view is amazing! Better than One and Only. You can see Burj Al Arab and Burj Kalifer on the one side and on the other side, JBR, Atlantis and the Palm. The pool is never crowded and there is a lot to do for kids just staying put or head to Atlantis water park. The spa is really nice and the service superb. Although the hotel opened in 2014, I was surprise to find that it is in top condition compared to some newer 5* establishments.

    This rating is about the brunch „Once upon a brunch“ every Saturday.The food and drinks were great, even though the vegetarian options were quite limited. If you are vegetarian, I would not recommend this brunch at all.The service was super, great staff. Everyone was very kind.The music was way too loud. It was overwhelming for our 11 month old boy. The service was excellent, with special thanks to Diness, David, and Sasi, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the day. They made sure we stayed hydrated with plenty of water, which was much appreciated given how busy it was.While there was no seating available around the adults-only pool due but we found a spot on the beach nearby.     The hotel is perfect for families, but also has a separate pool only for adults.The kids club is great, our kids had loads of fun and despite they don’t talk much English, the staff made it possible to understand each other.     We visited the Spa for a day with friends and it was a very good choice for the holidays just to relax. Alyssa the spa manager is very attentive and she made sure that we enjoyed our journey. From the moment we enter we are greeted by the team and we had a lovely surprise. I was my birthday and Alyssa and her team prepared a nice decorations in my room. The massage we got from Arlin and kimi and sandra is also incredible and i snored for sure as it was the best massage ever! The facilities also are old but its impeccably clean and faisal took care of me while i was inside the spa. I highly recommend this Spa!

    A lovely hotel with impeccable service throughout, all staff are so friendly and welcoming at all times. At poolside we were particularly looked after by Aziz who ensured we were well looked after and happy with fresh drinks and poolside toys for our kids. Shoutout as well to Saul, Borzo, Denis and Ajay who always had a smile and delivered a 5-star service. The hotel room was great my only feedback for improvement would be the balcony which whilst a good size is very bare with only a small seating area. Location is good but unfortunately building work is taking place next door which whilst not a major issue didn’t really add to the holiday vibe. The food is excellent great choices at the buffet and staff always on hand to help with anything you need.

    Amazing service. We are on Privilee and have been trying lots of hotel pools. This is one of our favourites so far. The staff are attentive and you get free water all day!     I attended the spa here for a massage and to use the facilities with my sisters. The massage was brilliant! My masseuse, Jenny, catered to my ever need and was super kind and sweet and friendly to me during the experience, she also worked at the exact parts I asked her to and adjusted the pressure perfectly to my liking. She even continuously put my slippers and dressing gown on for me when I moved stations. The room was a lovely temperature for me, again adjustable, I had a choice of oils and a face exfoliation during my massage.The facilities we used afterwards were also great, the women’s area were under repair so we were taken to a private suite to use the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, all in brilliant condition too!The overall service was excellent, staff had all supplies ready and were very helpful if we needed anything, helping us to get a seven seater taxi back at the end.     We have just returned from a 9 day stay at the Waldorf Astoria on The Palm and could not have been happier with our stay. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old and everything about the holiday was excellent. From the moment we arrived into the hotel and was greeted by the porters Simon who was amazing our whole trip and Julia on reception, when we arrived early she endeavoured and was very friendly, to find us an available room which they did and it turned out to be excellent. The food every morning was great at breakfast, all the staff in the restaurant were outstanding, always happy to help and very accommodating to all needs for the kids. Each evening had a different theme which turned out to be great with good variation.Most days we spent at the pool, again all pool staff especially Akram, were again so friendly and helpful, and super conscious at all times with the safety in the pool for the kids.We sent our little girl into the kids club for a couple of hours a day and the staff in there, Amy, Shenel and Hanna are just amazing with the kids, they loved it!!It was about 10 mins to taxi to the Atlantis for the water park and half an hour to get to Dubai Mall but all the Ubers/cabs are very cheap.We will definitely return to Waldorf Astoria, it was the best holiday. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip.

    Had a fantastic stay at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel reception were very welcoming.The highlight were the beach staff.     I recently spent a week at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel itself is grand, spacious with lovely interiors. My room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab.One of the highlights of my stay was the adult pool area, which was peaceful and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers available. The pool staff provided sunglasses cleaning and cold towels daily which was an added bonus. A special shoutout to Sasi, a staff member at the adult pool, who went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. Every morning, he greeted me with a warm smile and always helped me find the perfect lounger in the best sun. His friendly and attentive service truly enhanced my holiday.The hotel’s spa and gym facilities were also fabulous. The spa offered a serene and luxurious escape, featuring a steam room, two saunas, a jacuzzi, and relaxation waterbeds that provided the ultimate comfort. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, making it easy to maintain my fitness routine during my stay.I also had a fantastic experience at Mezzerie restaurant, where the staff provided excellent service. Mariel, Joy, Rohit, Hermae, and Thet Tin were always welcoming, professional, and had the most cheerful attitudes, making dining there a pleasure. I also want to mention Marci at the front desk who provided great service and was always happy to assist with my questions and requests.Overall, the superb service and dedicated staff made my stay at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah unforgettable.     Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm was nothing short of perfection! The staff are the standout take away from an amazing nine night stay at the hotel; where nothing is too much trouble for them, where your comfort is of upmost importance. It was our first trip away with our son, and the fuss that was made over him all around the hotel by the staff was brilliant; from day one to the day we left, he had so much fun and giggled throughout because of the attention the staff gave to him - I would especially like to mention Ishaan from the Lao restaurant, Jasan and Sophie from the Peacock bar, May from the Pearl club lounge - so many of the people from the breakfast at Messerie were great also, Santhul particularly and so many more apologies I cant mention you all.The room, a one bedroom suite on the Pearl club floor was lovely - with a huge bed, a large shower and was generally well appointed for our stay. The Pearl Club was great to visit for afternoon tea and for the occasional breakfast; and as we had a child with us and couldnt use it in the evenings, it was nice of the staff to allow us to have drinks in the Peacock bar instead.The food at the hotel is good, the chefs really take the time and effort to go the extra mile to prepare dishes for you if you need anything amended; they made our son fresh dishes on request which was brilliant.Borjo from the poolside was also notable for his professionalism, helping us each morning to secure a space which allowed our baby to have shade when at the pool.All round, I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough, its a great stay for couples and families alike.

    What can I say? Spectacular. Excellent. Words do no justice. Beach was awesome. Some of the clearest water ever. Service was amazing, and the food was incredible. The venue itself is beautiful. View from our room left us breathless.There is a shuttle available to the Malls in Dubai. Use them. Get familiar with the Monorail and Metro as well. You are on the Palm itself so it does take some effort to get downtown. But all in all. Worth it!

    The kids club in Waldorf is really nice, clean, spacious and has different areas adapted to different ages. There is also arts and crafts and our kids love it, every time we we want to pick them up they want to continue playing. Shenel , Amy and Hannali are very kind with the kids, mindful and responsible.Great Kids Club , thank you 💙

    We recently stayed 8 nights at The Waldorf Astoria as a family of 4 and had an absolutely fantastic time. It was our second time staying at the hotel having stayed previously in February 2023 and it was just as lovely as we remembered.The food at The Mezzerie Buffet restaurant is superb. Whilst there is a large buffet element to it, the chefs also cook on request, omelettes etc at breakfast and steaks, chicken, lamb and fish on the grill of an evening. In addition to the grilled options, each evening is a different themed night providing plenty of variation throughout the holiday. All the staff within the restaurant are excellent, a theme that ran right through the hotel. But a special mention for Gayan who looked after us throughout and ensured my coffee cup never stayed empty for long!Having a 6 and a 4 year old, we spent our days around the family pool, which the children absolutely loved! A special mention for Borzo, Dennis and the rest of the staff around the pool, they really are excellent at making sure everyone has what they need. Nothing was too much trouble and they are incredibly polite and courteous. Also, the lifeguards were brilliant, they never seemed to take their eyes off the pool. As anyone with small children on holiday will know, it’s not easy sometimes keeping your eyes on them constantly when they’re playing in the pool, and the fact that the lifeguards were so vigilant was very reassuring. Just a side note on the pool…..the hotel provides free still bottled water around the pool (and in the rooms) whenever you need or want it. In fact, you don’t even need to ask, they just keep bringing it whenever they see you are running low. This is such an added benefit as the vast majority of hotels I have visited in Dubai charge for the water which becomes very costly throughout the stay.The other main facility we used during the course of our stay was The Kids Club. We used the facility on our second day so my wife and I could go to the gym, and when we returned, the children did not want to leave! They had had a great time and had been crafting, making cards, playing air hockey and had met some other children who they went on to play with around the pool. The children wanted to go in every day. A special mention to Amy, Shenel and Hanna who were fantastic with the children.All in all, we can’t recommend The Waldorf Astoria highly enough. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are excellent, the facilities are great and the food is superb. Can’t really ask for more!

    Such a wonderful holiday . Staff are incredibly attentive and friendly , looking after all your needs with happy smiles . The pool area is amazing with cold towels , cold sprays and cleaning glasses services . Salil, bozzo, ajay and sagar are simply the best , and have made our holiday special . The hotel is clean and good selection of food . The pearl club is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need with that bit of luxury .

    Staff are really attentive and friendly. Cheese looks terrible with flies all over it and outside section not too appealing. In door food selection limited for price. Drinks flowed well and deserts is fantastic selection.

    The pool service is very good. JR,Borzo,taimur are very attentive and service are fantastic. Mezzerie restaurant is good but not much options they can do more. Spa service was topnotch and i can recommend it to everyone looking for a relaxation. Alyssa the was very professional and recommended me a treatment that will be suitable for my needs. She is brilliant! She and kimi my therapist should be sought after when you visit the spa! They also have facilities in the spa that you can use it before or after your treatment but they recommend to use it before.

    The hotel is quiet, classy and elegant. Would highly recommend. Great location and amazing views. We were upgrading to a very spacious room.Our housekeeper Fahad was excellent. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times and in the event we did need something, responses were prompt. He was polite and welcoming, and we felt in safe hands with Fahad.

    We loved our trip to the Waldorf Astoria. The highlight of our stay was the service, especially the pool staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fun time.Special mention to Aziz and Borzo, who were incredibly friendly and attentive to the needs of our 1 year old son. They found him extra toys and wrapped a towel round us when we were getting out of the pool.Naik even cleaned our sunglasses for us :-)We’re very grateful for their 5 star service and look forward to meeting them all again.

    Just returned from a 11 night stay at this fantastic hotel. It cannot be faulted, with spacious bedrooms, stunning gardens, plentiful choices of restaurants and right on the beach. What more could you want? Just like the Oscars a special shout out to Sasi at the pool area who set up our sunbeds every morning along with Shivani who looked after us in the Mezzerie restaurant along with her colleagues. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, then this is it - just make sure you choose the adults pool and let the families enjoy themselves in their own pool area. We certainly would come back here, which is an indication if how fantastic it was. Thoroughly recommended.

    Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria (Dubai Palm Jumeirah) for a week at the beginning of March. A few reasons why we would return and recommend anyone to stay at this great hotel.We chose to celebrate our mum’s 60th birthday in Dubai, as it’s a special birthday, we were hoping she had the best holiday, and she did! And so did we!We had a difficult start when arriving at the hotel, which was no fault of theirs at all, however a lovely lady at reception (unfortunately, did not get her name) resolved this very quickly and was empathetic to our issues.Rooms were amazing! (Two Queen Deluxe Room with Skyline Sea View) and (King Superior Room); couldn’t have asked for better, the staff couldn’t do more to ensure we had everything we needed in our rooms.We had an unexpected knock at the door from staff who bought a birthday cake, handmade card, handmade chocolates and balloons! So beautiful, thoughtful and special – special recognition to the IRD Team for this lovely surprise; Aflab, Marvis, Rhogelyn, Chris, Rohit and Fahad. Please note this wasn’t the only time, the team delivered cakes on other days, so safe to say mum had a birthday week!The team at the Mezzerie could not do enough, as soon as we walk in the ladies knew who we were and would remember us each morning and evening, and also knew our regular table we would like to sit at.My brother does not eat meat, egg or fish and the chefs would cater to his dietary requirements, even making special dishes and they were delicious! – special recognition to chef Rahul for his amazing food, professionalism, kindness and overall great guy!Also, a special recognition to Shivani, Melvyine, Nica, Aashita, Ankur, Edith, Shriantha, Nadeem, Sujan, Rohit, Panmila, Thettin, Hermae, Nella, Joy, Nirmali, Shoaib, Saru, Santhul, Wasim, Manish, Anandu and Riyas! And all the team not mentioned here for making us feel so special but most importantly our mum feel so special for her birthday.The beach - unfortunately, I lost the names of the guys who worked in this area but they were so great, I hope this review reaches them anyway and will know who they are, but they were so brilliant and work so hard to ensure we were comfortable. Nothing was ever too much when asked and we couldn’t have asked for more, really great team.Shout out to the guys at Sunset 55 too – such a great area of the hotel, very relaxing and great views!We also visited Lao restaurant; lovely food and people who can’t do enough to ensure you are having a lovely time – and we did!If you are thinking about staying here, do not hesitate, we will certainly be coming back. Not only is the hotel amazing but the people from the valets, to the Mezzerie, the chefs, concierge, reception, the guys at the beach cannot do enough for you and are just great people! Amazing representatives for this hotel and I hope they are all recognised for their hard work, professionalism and being so personable with us and other guests.

    Fahad rohit rogh irfan aftab from irdI would like to mention Fahad and Irfan’s impeccable service. Irfan has always answered my calls with enthusiasm and kindness and been incredibly personable, remembering details making the experience special.Fahad has been so smiling and friendly - showing interest in our stay and checking we are happy with everything at the hotel and asking about our day.Sasi, jar, ojo and gayan were especially attentive around the pool. Everyday they would ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect time relaxing. Constantly bringing water, supplying fresh towels, bringing cold towels, taking food and drink orders meticulously and even cleaning our sunglasses - really caring for our every need! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them and looked forward to seeing them each day.These team members really have made a positive impact on our stay and we thank them very much for all they’ve done to make our time as brilliant as it has been.     Waldorf Astoria. Spent the day at the pool as a day guest. Along with my wife, 3 sons and my in laws. The pool area, outdoor games space and the beach, with inflatable obstacles was great.     I love this hotel.I’ve had the pleasure of staying here on two very different occasions and I’ve always felt that “extra special” ambiance. The staff goes beyond all expectations to make sure you have a fantastic experiences, the restaurants at the premise are simply wonderful, the rooms manage to be elegant but homey and I’ve easily had one of my best night sleeps here.This is and will remain my go to place when I go back to Dubai!
