From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with complimentary valet service, which was a fantastic start to my spa experience.The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me seamlessly into the spas opulent setting. The spas reception was a breeze, with a quick and efficient check-in process that allowed me to start my relaxation journey without any delays.I opted for the relaxation massage, and I must say, it was pure bliss. The spa offers a variety of massage and spa services, so theres something for everyone. The massage rooms are exquisitely designed with high ceilings, creating a serene atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Whats more, the air conditioning was on point - no direct drafts or annoying noise to disrupt the serenity, and the entire space had a delightful, soothing aroma.The room where I received my massage was spotlessly clean, with a separate closet and washroom, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. To my pleasant surprise, the room was equipped with a shower that doubled as a steam room, adding an extra layer of relaxation to my experience. The massage bed was very comfortable and adjustable to my liking, ensuring that I was in complete control of my comfort. But what truly made my visit outstanding was my therapist, Dee. I had an exquisite experience at this spa yesterday.Complimentary valet and welcome to the hotel was excellent.Welcome by staff into the spa was lovely and welcoming.I had floatation therapy, something new for me and takes a minute to get used to but was very relaxing.The real highlight was the sleep wellbeing massage by therapist Anna. Her manner was perfect, she made me feel totally at ease. And that massage??? WOW. Almost an out of body experience. Exceptionally relaxing and calming. Somehow Anna managed to put me into a dream state. It was so relaxing that I could not make myself move at a normal speed afterwards, I just wanted to laze around feeling totally content.Just brilliant. Huge thanks to Anna and the team. I will be back!!
