    I had the most amazing experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa. My therapist, Rahayu was amazing, very professional and took my expectations into her hands. I had a 90 mins hot stone massage and it was truely wonderful just what I needed to relax.It was an unforgettable experience I had and would highly recommend to everyone wanting to come here 😊 thank you Rahayu once again, you truely are brilliant at what you do and I would not hesitate to book again!Amber

    Stayed at the Waldorf to celebrate my wifes birthday and booked a couples spa to kick the weekend off! Was given an upgrade to the VIP suite and we literally fell asleep during our spa session.😊Left completely refreshed and rested😊🥳

    Relaxing cosy spa at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm. The spa is separate for ladies and gents. It is complementary for the hotel guests, but you still need to reserve the time slot. The spa has a steam room, sauna, relaxation lounge with comfortable water beds, and a small jacuzzi tub. There is no large indoor swimming pool inside the spa. The spa facilities are neat and clean, and the staff is welcoming.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.Fantastic choice at the buffet breakfast with very friendly and caring service.The hotel is grand, classy, and traditional.In is less of a hipsters hotel, but more suitable for festive occasions like weddings etc. There is a nice beach side by the hotel with the sunset beach bar in tropical style, which is great for relaxing afternoon chill-time.

    Phenomenal spa. Comfortable facility and friendly staff. Komang is a great masseuse and should be recognized for her great work. I look forward to booking another massage with her during my next stay.

The ambiance was serene and beautifully set up to provide a perfect escape from our daily routine.A special thanks to Arlene and her team for their outstanding service. They were attentive, professional, and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect spa day. The treatments were top-notch, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.Overall, this was one of our best spa experiences ever. We highly recommend Waldorf Astoria Spa and the Blissful Couple Package for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a day of pampering. We’ll definitely be returning!

    I absolutely love this spa. The staff are so kind and the atmosphere is lovely. My therapist Sandrah was one of the best I have ever experienced. She took her time to find all my aches and pains! I highly recommend her.

    The best 90 minute massage!! My massage therapist, Jenny, was absolutely amazing. From head to toe her technique was like nothing else I experienced before!! And she followed the brief too. I asked for specific areas and she did just that. Very considerate, professional and extremely skilled and experienced. I regularly get massages and very rarely leave reviews, this was unreal!! The spa facilities are fantastic too. Cold showers, steam rooms, water beds, rest areas, beautiful and restful environment. I absolutely recommend the Waldorf Astoria Spa and Jenny :)

    After a trade show I was in need of a good massage. The spa at the Waldorf is a fine experience where you will find true peace. The massage, a hot stone massage, I received from Sandrah. She is 100% recommended for massages - the right intensity, atmosphere and caring during the massage. I will definitely use this again in the future!

    Very Professional and truly AMAZING massage by Jenny!!!I have had the BEST full Body massage today, which I have ever received.Jenny is a truly amazing Therapist and a real professional!She knows and feels the body astonishingly well and gives it the right dose of medicinal pressure to help it heal and release the tension!I will definitely come back!THANK You sooo MUCH!!!! ❤️In general, the Spa team is very attentive and thoughtful! The Lady, who was early morning at the Spa reception today (28.07.2024) was very helpful and accommodating!Me and my husband felt very welcomed!….Also the Tea they give you after the massage in the Spa makes you feel like you are in heaven 😊WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

    The spa facilities, employees and therapists are wonderful and ensure you have a relaxing visit. My stress just melted away and Arlin my massage therapist provided such great treatment. I felt I was floating afterwards as my stress was gone. Highly recommend for anyone needing a relaxing day.

    First time staying in this wonderful hotel where I had a collagen facial and massage done by therapist Joy. Joy was excellent at doing my treatments as I felt so relaxed, refreshed and at peace. My facial really made a difference on my face and will take up on the advice Joy has shared with me. Thank you Joy for my amazing experience at the spa on holiday. Will definitely recommend this facial and the spa treatments at this hotel.

    I want to thank massage therapist Rahayu and Komang for this incredible experience. My partner and I booked 90 minutes relaxing massage and it exceeded all our expectations. I don’t remember when last time I felt so relaxed and well rested. Definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

    Early this week, I booked a 90 minute Hammam spa treatment. I told the receptionist over the phone it would be for my birthday. I was awed by the VIP service, the balloons and birthday banner. Ms. Rahayu was the best. She always put my comfort first. The best spa experience ever!
