    It was nothing but relaxing to the highest level and I highly recommend their service, facilities and especially at a reasonable cost. Moli is my spa therapist and she did a super amazing job, I was comfortable and relaxed the entire 60 minute aromatherapy massage. The place promotes a clean, quiet and comfortable ambiance. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating too. I will definitely come back and this time with friends. I love the ginger tea that comes with mixed nuts in a very aesthetic wooden serving plate. Truly a five star experience.

    Had the most relaxing experience at Akaru by Soul Senses spa and wellness today! From the moment I arrived, the serene ambiance and welcoming staff made me feel at ease.     Phenomenal place and Great experience. Very clean and comfortable spa with all the services needed. I can find no words to describe Tini and kathy. So professional and dedicated to their jobs.     Had a wonderful experience at akaru by soul senses . Centrally located in the lavish property this place does total justice to relaxation .i took this aromatherapy massage using lemon grass oil and I totally enjoyed it . The therapist Vera was very skilled and knew exactly what points to pressurize to release tension and by the end of the hour I was totally destressed. The ambience was great too with well spaced rooms and luxurious changing rooms , showers and lockers . I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to unwind in luxury .

    Akaru by Soul Senses here at Jumeirah Creek has always been our favorite place thus far. My husband and I both went for a deep tissue massage which was nothing short of otherworldly. Our hour long massage experience would often either be in complete silence with muffled groans here and there or the occasional snippet of snores; this time however, was extremely different. It was the ultimate healing experience to say the least. We were gnawing (and screaming and gigling) in pain from places we didn’t know such knots existed. Veryna and Tini is long overdue for a promotion! They’re miracle workers! Safe to stay we can’t wait to come back again soon. And I will be purchasing the package as a gift for our wedding anniversary. 🥹 Highly recommend this place!

My therapist ‘Manik’ from Bali, Indonesia, was without question the best wellness Therapist ever I’ve ever experienced! It was like she could read all my problem areas during the treatments and not only focused on relieving all the stress/pain points but gave such valuable explanations and advice as to what I could do at home and at work to mitigate these issues going forward, next time I’m in Dubai, I will be prioritising a couple of me time hours again and inshallah, Manik will be my therapist once again!     Been going to the Akaru aka Soul senses spa at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel for about last 6 months now and its been only amazing every single time. The whole location and the walk towards the spa is beautiful and lush green. Spa is located on the first floor and aesthetic interiors. Nikhil is the manager who greets and attends you with utmost patience and humble service which is great. They serve you water, green tea, ginger tea if you would require. The appointments are always managed on time. The therapists are well presentable and welcoming. The therapy rooms( tried Deep tissue and Thai-best ones) are big and clean, well maintained, hygienic and are equipped with spare towels and hygiene kits, sanitizers etc. The therapy is absolutely great and worth the money even if little on the expensive side. There is a relaxation room after the therapy that you are sit and enjoy your green tea or ginger tea after the massage. Overall is a great option and a must visit choice if you looking for professional massage treatments. Ensure that you always mention your stress and ailments so that the therapist can work on you accordingly. Specially this branch. Manik is one of the great therapist that you must try.

    Oh man, where do I begin?! 😍The pathway to the spa which is located on the 1st floor of the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel was so beautiful. Almost felt like walking inside a mini Greenhouse. Its like a tunnel made of clear glass with green lush plants on each side and sunlight passing through, just amazing!! 🤩Getting to the spa treatment, I had chosen the Deep Tissue Massage and my masseuse Manik was really good! Their skilled hands and intuitive touch melted away all our tension and made us feel completely rejuvenated. Their attention to detail and personalized approach made the experience truly exceptional.I personally struggled with De Quervain tenosynovitis in my left hand for more than 9 months, along with sciatica pain, and multiple back and shoulder injuries from workout (weight lifting), and thanks to Ms. Manik (God Bless her) massage gave relief to my left hand. The 9 months pain is almost gone, and the rest of the injuries feel much better. I ´ll definitely go there again soon.Ms. Nila, who treated my husband, provided him with an outstanding Hotstone massage.     My husband and me went for our first massage and for our first time we had an amazing experience. Taty and Krishna did an amazing job giving us both a wonderful massage. We came in tired and exhausted, but at the end of the massage we left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Would definitely come back again for another massage

    I have been coming to Akaru Spa for years . I keep coming back for the exceptional service levels of the staff and for the great hygiene standards they continuously maintain. Special shout out to my therapist Molly! She is an absolute gem of a person and brilliant at what she does! Highly recommend Akaru Spa if you want to unwind and have a relaxing experience.

    My husband and I started coming to Akaru a few months ago. And honestly we are having the best experience here. Staff are very friendly and professional, they are having many different massages to choose from and they are providing great service.     It was a pleasant experience and my therapist Samti was very patient with me and managed to adapt the treatment and the pressure ad deemed suitable and appropriate. I came out of the session feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely come back to enjoy this relaxing treatment again

    I have come to this spa for more than a year now and every time I always enjoyed with relax and peace. The service here is really satisfactory with professional massage therapists. Ms Manik Krisna from Bali is very knowledgeable about muscle pain release and will certainly give you one of the best deep tissue massage I have ever experienced.

    Very relaxing ambiance from the waiting area to the massage room. My massuese, Manik was wonderful. She was attentive and made sure to ask me about any problem areas or preferences I have. Throughout the massage, she checked in with me to make sure the pressure was just right. The massage itself was incredible, with the perfect amount of pressure and focus on the areas I needed it most. Felt refreshed and rejuvenated.

    I have gotten massages at multiple places in Dubai, and this is my favorite. Excellent service and relaxing atmosphere for a good price. Kathy and Amily are both Thai masseuses and are my personal favorites. Their Balinese massage is the right combination of relaxation and working out the tension in my muscles. I always feel incredible afterwards.I also enjoyed the offer where you could get a bundle of massages for a reduced price - it saved me money and gave me a good excuse to get a good massage regularly!
