Very disappointed Thai Massage that is claimed by masseur Ari. I don’t think she knows how to massage as she does more pinching than massaging the muscle. In my view this place should not have 5 star. It’s a disgrace. Felt cheated.After few days Amvi Spa invited me for another go with another masseur as service recovery. Her name is Dewi and she provided a good massage but not as great. Follow up was good from Amvi Spa as thats what a consumer needs these days if service was bad. I compliment their effort and I feel they deserve a 4 star in overall.

My massage therapists were Desa and Apri.I had a wonderful time at Amvi Spa. The staff was very polite and professional, and the ambiance was relaxing. I opted for the deep-tissue massage, which was a blissful experience of having experienced therapist work on my body. Ordered a massage at the hotel room. Everything from the discussion over WhatsApp to the massage delivery was flawless. Apri the masseuse also bought a massage table to ensure a good massage. She was considerate and attentive. I enjoyed the massage a lot.
