I had a wonderful experience at this spa, where I chose the foot reflexology treatment. My therapist, Meriem, was exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the session. She dedicated extra time and care to addressing the specific pain points in my feet, which made the experience incredibly fulfilling. I highly recommend this spa, not only for the quality of the treatments but also for the professionalism and humility of the staff. It’s truly a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a rejuvenating spa experience.

I booked a combination massage and facial treatment during my stay at the Marriott hotel. There was initially some trouble trying to get the credit card machine to connect, but they were apologetic throughout. The spa area is spacious, stylish, and clean.The massage from Miriam was relaxing and refreshing, with medium firm pressure and stretching throughout. I got to take a shower after the massage to remove extra oil. Then, I walked over to another area for my facial. I didnt catch the name of my facialist, but the facial was also relaxing and thorough. I have sensitive skin and didnt have any problems with the techniques or products used.One note if you are plus sized: the robes will not cover you entirely. Both service providers were good about giving me a towel to hold in front of myself when I walked around.

Meriem was amazing as a therapist, one of the best massage I have ever had!🥰But apart from the massage which I highly recommend. I AM GIVING 5 STARS ONLY FOR HER OR ELSE IT WOULD BE 2/3 STARS .The spa is a bit small and feels a bit dirty as well there’s no relaxation room to catch a break from a spa session and another. The lockers don’t work and the service from the reception is barely decent. Surely it doesn’t feel like you are in a 5* hotel for the way you are treated when accessing the spa.The guys at the receptions are not properly trained, not their fault, they don’t know any better, this is poor work from management in training reception guy and the lady.They don’t know much about the spas, and to be in a 5* hotel and be addressed as “bro” is very weird let me be honest 😅But I don’t blame the guy, he tried his best and was always very available for me !!But I do blame the managers for not teaching him how to properly talk and act in a 5* hotel.If I was the owner I would replace the managers who are not doing great work in teaching the employees who, by the way, are all trying their best and with a bit of training I’m sure they would reach 5* hotel standards.

The service is amazing. Extremely professional and well trained therapist. All facilities you can think of, from jacuzzi, sauna, and VVIP massage rooms, is brought to you under one roof. I highly recommend Azurro Spa to all who care about their body.
