    Thank you for a LOVELY stay. One night felt like 3 thanks to the attentiveness and warmth of the people who work here. There will always be personal preferences for any property, however here the suite is exceptional, the beach beautiful and the beach and pool were never too crowded unlike other luxury properties they had more than enough day beds, and also had sunscreen and aloe for all!! Which Ive never seen anywhere. Beach passes are also available rates differ weekene/weekday! And they have MULTIPLE life guards who are great at their jobImprovements: Some cabanas are chargeable which is odd.. in a previous luxury property they have some reserved for room times and some general.. but to charge for all cabanas is strange. Housekeeping sometimes messed up compared to rhe message given to the teleoperator but these things are minor. When handover for the room is done, basic instructions like hairdryer location, in room dining etc needs to be provided.We would definitely be back :)- Biggest thanks to Nadia for her kindness, big heart and humour - was a pleasure meeting you.     My first stay in Dubai was made truly memorable by the Banyan Tree Hotel. From the start, the experience was filled with warmth and luxury. Though there were a few initial hiccups, Nadia went above and beyond to make up for them, and everything after that was flawless. Our oceanfront room was the best I’ve ever stayed in—spacious, practical, and beautifully designed. The hotel’s private beach offered a refreshing breeze and stunning sunset views. A special thanks to Praju at the front desk for the complimentary breakfast and early check-in. Overall, a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality.

    Banyan Tree Dubai - Exceptional Family Getaway (Again!)This was our second stay at Banyan Tree Dubai, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. From the warm and efficient welcome by Pranju at reception to the outstanding service by Michael at the pool, the staff made our experience truly memorable.The resort is incredibly family-friendly, making it perfect for those traveling with children. The pool area is fantastic, and the food across all the restaurants was excellent.We stayed in the Harmony Ocean Front Master Suite, which impressed us with its elegant design, spacious layout, and luxurious comfort — absolutely no complaints.We’ll definitely be coming back for a third visit — highly recommended for a relaxing yet upscale stay in Dubai!

    We have spent 2 nights here. The location is a gem! It’s on a calm beach away from the busy life of Dubai. You wake up to hear the birds and the view the is the sea, the pool and lots of trees. The food is very very good. The service is great and every single member is genuinely greeting everyone. The waiters are well trained and they have great communication skills. The spa is unique. The massage is good. I very much recommend this hotel for a luxurious relaxing stay

We’ll genuinely miss him during his upcoming vacation.Shokh (Reception): Provided excellent insider tips on city highlights and shopping, including the recommendation of Careem, a state-run ride-hailing app that worked flawlessly.Mohammed & Pramod: Both were endlessly accommodating, perceptive, and respectful. They went above and beyond to engage in our language and understood our needs before we even voiced them.Whether organizing flowers as a surprise, managing spa bookings, or arranging transport to The Mall—everything was handled with finesse.The location on Bluewaters Island is perfect for those seeking a peaceful yet well-connected retreat. Everything is within easy reach—from pharmacies just minutes away on foot to downtown areas a short 15–20-minute ride via Careem. The setting creates a “private island” feel without sacrificing convenience.However, one significant negative stands out: the Gohan restaurant.Though external to the hotel, Gohan is a serious outlier in terms of quality and ethics. Its trendy name might evoke nostalgia for Dragon Ball Z fans—but the experience is more of a culinary ambush than an anime-inspired treat.Let’s be clear: the only good thing about Gohan is leaving it.The music was erratic, switching awkwardly between blasting and barely audible—with explicit lyrics playing while children were present.Service was abysmal: orders were forgotten, guests ignored, and prices outrageous.We observed not only our own poor experience but also that of other tables—one guest left in frustration after being served three tiny gyozas priced like a full wagyu course.The interior design might promise high-end dining, but the food and staff quickly drag it down to mediocrity.Even the bill was incorrect.However, the Gohan restaurant is a glaring exception that should be excluded from the Banyan Tree hotel’s ecosystem. The unprofessional environment has no place alongside Michelin-starred excellence.

    We loved our entire stay at the Banyan Tree Hotel for 6 nights. You can tell it’s an incredibly new hotel and beautifully designed in all aspects. The staff make you feel at home, this was the most special part of our stay. Everyone from the front door staff to the breakfast servers and housekeeping was incredibly polite, kind and friendly. I also think this area of Dubai is very beautiful and serene, but you are also so close to all of the major attractions.

    Beautiful new modern and chic hotel with excellent location. We have enjoyed our stay very much, everything was just perfect, from great and helpful staff (Michael from pool bar, Nadia from front office), to beautiful rooms, perfect meals, clean areas. We will definitely come back, as we feel that Banyan tree has no competition in Dubai with such location and the whole resort feeling.

    Had a day pass here by the pool. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, as good as you could possibly hope for. Great Beach and a very nice pool area. Was pretty busy in the main pool, but the adult pool area was a lot quieter. Had some BBQ for lunch which was top class, really cooked well and tested great. Overall a terrific day and throughly recommend.

    I stayed in the hotel for one week with my fiancee. We have chosen Banyan tree even without knowing, that this will be one of the best locations in Dubai. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially with delicious juices made and provided by Nelson, and every day surprise dishes made by Jason. All in one: the service was on top, the people working there are truly the face of the Banyan tree. Praju and the team congratulated us with a complimentary cake and wine. I am looking forward to spend another holiday in this beautiful location.

    Overall experience was 10/10.Clean aesthetic rooms, delicious breakfast (the menu was big enough to leave quite a few options we didn’t try and we were there for more than a week), big areas, and a very nice sandy beach. By the way, the food at the beach was very good quality, too.The staff was very nice and I really enjoyed how our room was taken care of - big thanks to Qaisar Khan, he made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive to the details.This is the best hotel in Dubai I’ve been so far, and I think I will be back :)

    I came to the hotel to celebrate my fifth anniversary with my wife and son, we had the best experience ever:- Upgrade from regular room to suite.- Excellent welcoming and easy early check in- They did decoration and ballon in the room with two cakes- Arrange the room for all accessories for the baby.- I asked to allow photographer and they did it smoothlyEveryone in the hotel from all the staff are welcoming and smiling (I made a bet with my wife to non-smiling staff and we lost 😂)Thank you so much for the best experience everThis is now my favorite resort in the gulf region.

    Our favourite hotel in Dubai - stayed here 5 times when it was Caesars and once as Banyan Tree. Now we live in Dubai, we came back for a pool day. You just cannot beat this place. The layout, the music, the pools, hot tub, beach. They had a BBQ on which was amazing! (Wish it started at 12 rather than 1 though). All the poolside staff and door staff are ridiculously helpful. We were served by Michael Jordan again by the pool, who is literally the nicest and most efficient person ever. Remembered our names from staying previously, lovely to our little girl.The only unfortunate thing is that nowhere else we go compares! I think this place should be a case study for excellence by other venues as they just have everything spot on, consistently.

    Exceptional Service, Amazing Food, and a Secluded Beach ExperienceOur stay at Banyan Tree Dubai was truly special. The service was outstanding—one small example: my mom had a loose bandaid at the beach, and without us even asking, the staff proactively brought her a new one. This level of attentiveness and warmth was consistent throughout our stay.The food was incredible, especially breakfast—I highly recommend exploring the menu rather than sticking to a standard buffet. Looking back, I would have opted for half board instead of just breakfast because every meal was so good. Demon Duck was a highlight, with the best duck we’ve ever had—even compared to my time living in China.The setting is serene, as Bluewaters Bay is a private peninsula, meaning no tourists, big crowds, or walk-by traffic. The beach is beautiful, though there are some stones, and it’s not ideal for long walks. Instead, you can enjoy the promenade behind the hotel, visit the big wheel, explore nearby restaurants, or head to the busier public beaches if you want more action.A couple of things to note: there are many families with children of all ages, so if you’re looking for a very quiet, adults-only vibe, this might not be ideal. Also, access to the sauna requires booking the Rainforest Room at around $100 per person for just an hour, which felt steep. Alcohol is also pricey.For the best experience, I recommend booking a room with an ocean view—otherwise, you might face concrete or a street. February was perfect for beach days, though evenings were cool enough to need a light cardigan.Overall, the highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, the fantastic food, and the peaceful private beach. Would absolutely return!

    Best hotel/resort Ive ever been to, the attention to detail is amazing. There were little presents gifted every night to our room, new incense/essential oil scents every day, and very attentive service for every part of Banyan Tree. The pool is very nice and they are always ready to get you whatever you need, and always happy to talk. Michael was very kind and gave us a goodbye present, Utpal was also great. They and other servers remember where we flew in from, and other random details about us even there were so many other guests. 10/10Also, Praju helped me find a room to get a last-minute shower in before my 16 hour flight, since I had already checked out of my previous room!

    Had a beautiful pool day here with my friend for my birthday. It was awesome; we stayed at the adults only pool and had a lovely lunch and a few refreshments.     Wow! What a place! I’ve fallen in love with Dubai! Our first visit to celebrate a birthday and it couldn’t have gone any better! From the staff to the hotel! Definitely been treated like royalty! The bathtub overlooking both the water and the Eye, along with a unique bath menu, elevated the experience to pure bliss.Every day, I was pleasantly surprised by thoughtful gifts: Japanese-inspired pastries, a chocolate turtle (the resort’s symbol), camel milk soap, and even elegant travel accessories. The daily delivery of different incense and tea made it feel like a new ritual of tranquility each morning and evening. The hotel’s tea ceremony was a particular favorite, grounding me in a sense of peaceful routine.As part of my stay, I had the privilege of leading sound healing sessions on both the gorgeous indoor yoga studio and the stunning outdoor deck, overlooking the pool and sea. Afterwards, we indulged in a nourishing brunch at Tocha, featuring healthy options like chia seeds and fresh fruit, alongside irresistible pastries.     What a wonderful hotel! Great experience from the time of entrance till the last moment. Location is strategic in a middle of amazing area. Staff are so nice and supportive at all means which was much appreciated. They have around 3-4 restaurants and I have tried (Alizee) for Dinner & Breakfast (Great Experience). I have enjoyed every single touch in the hotel. Overall, the hope deceived 5 starts. Highly recommended and will come agaun 👌🏻👌🏻

    Absolutely amazing stay. I just stayed with them for one night and even though I checked in very late, Jamie at the reception so very polite and helpful. Patrick who took the luggages up took extra time to explain the many amenities in the room. You can tell they thought about every little details (laundry boxes accessible from inside and outside the room so you have seamless service, light and dark towels for make up removal, pencils with seeds you can plant and home, and so on and so on). The beach is one of the most beautiful ones in the whole city and all staff are extremely accommodating and helpful

    Faultless hotel. Pure luxury, amazing food (Michelin star restaurants inc. in half board!) and beautiful service and rooms. You can walk through Blue Waters over the bridge to JBR / Marina Walk.     If you want a 5 star hotel, this is the place to come. Having visited and stayed at a number of different branded hotels in the UAE, this one stands out.I remember when it was Caesar’s Palace and was lucky enough to stay then. When it was taken over by Banyan Tree I was a bit hesitant to see what changes would occur, but the attention to detail, level of quality and the rooms are unbelievable.The small details of the Banyan Tree are second to none. From the incense sticks in your room, to picking your pillows to the small gifts daily. The pools are amazing, it’s hidden away from all the noise of JBR area and you’ll be able to enjoy the sound of the ocean waves and a long stretch of the beach walk.The food and restaurants are amazing in their choice and a number of individuals look out for you. I was lucky enough to visit once again in May 2024 and I’m sure we will be back soon.

    I stayed in the hotel with my mum and sister for a week. The service was excellent, great location, spacious rooms, friendly and attentive personnel. The beach is only 2-3 min walking from the hotel. Tasty food, you can choose from French, Chinese or Japanese cuisines. The only issue was to get in the sea, as there were sharp stones on the first 2-3 m from the beach. If you come in the morning during the low tide then its ok. The water was hot, so we spent more time near cooled pools. In general, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

    Had an incredible stay with a sea view room for 4 nights, half board.We spent the days by the adults only pool and main pool, it was a great chilled out vibe with lovely music. We were looked after by Mary Anne everyday and her smiles, jokes and kindness was a joy to see each day. A big thank you to Micheal too, he was a great help with food recommendations and always offered help for any little thing. We felt so looked after.The room was pure bliss, felt like we were in a retreat, calming with turn down every night and rooms made up every day.Taxis were so easy to get the staff at the front were attentive at calling us a cab, equally Ubers were easy too. Only at 30 minute cab ride from the airport.Food was gorgeous, with choice at eating from 3 of the hotel restaurants in the half board. All different cuisine, French med, Chinese and Japanese.There is also a beach which had a great breeze, and views of the Atlantis and royale.The concierge service was fantastic also, anything you could possibly need they are willing to help.The life guards and pool staff were on it if children tried to use the adults pool, they were swiftly redirected to the main pool. Noise of the children is barely noticeable with music played by the pool.Really looking forward to our next stay, thank you Hamzah, Mary and Micheal!

    Exceptional stay. Everyone at the hotel was very hospitable. The amenities overall were excellent – though during our stay, the spa was under maintenance and services were provided in-room instead.Rooms in terms of design were phenomenal. The lights were very dim and there wasn’t a panel to control the brightness.All in all it’s a great spot to choose if you plan a vacation in Dubai.

    Tina Turner, Simply The Best!.........Wow, what can I say! We have traveled to Dubai a few times and have been around the world and can honestly say this IS the BEST hotel we have every stayed in! There are too many people to thank but a few who really went above and beyond where Vejay (for arranging the most delicious dessert I have ever tasted), DJ, Shogan and Flo. The most amazing service was received from Julia (Manageress) who made our stay truly exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble! I have never been to a hotel where customer service is so on point and not intrusive, even the doormen came out to greet us at the taxi with umbrellas when it was raining. We have always stayed in 5 star hotels with the best trip advisor ratings and this did not disappoint. Very relaxing, immaculate and the best food I have ever tasted courtesy of the Demon Duck. I think you get an idea on how much we enjoyed our stay, so much so we have already re-booked, and this is a first for us! See you in December!!!

    The rooms had great design. The vacation atmosphere was well thought through. Going from the entry door all the way to the Persian Gulf view.     It is a wonderful place, with the best vibes, you can feel the great atmosphere from the first second for you in the place.. the lobby is very quiet with amazing view, the design of the hotel is so nice with a lot of amazing details, they are taking good care of Sustainability in all details, it is a wonderful place for relaxing and spend quite time, I spent the most great time in it, the customer services was so great and so helpful from the first moment even before I booked they provided me with all details and offers, I was so welcome by all staff from the front office to valet parking staff, the spa is one the best in Dubai, the room was so clean with great decor and details, the quality of food and services are so great, nice pool and jacuzzi, quite and nice beach..It is the place of choice.. you have to visit it 🤍👌🏻I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Nadia the manager of the front office for her great welcome and help, also I would like to thank Ms. Quennie, Mr. Mike, Ms. Ikan, and all staff for being so great and so helpful and to make my stay so special and not forgettable..
