My favorite SPA in Dubai so far! The relax I had here was incredible. I booked the VIP couples room, and I have to say it’s totally worth it! First of all, when you arrive they make you fill a questionnaire to understand your preferences for the treatment (and, for the ladies, it’s the only spa I found where you are asked if you want your hair to be protected from oil). We were given a welcome drink and a cold towel, before entering our couples room. The staff is very lovely, they make you feel at home and take care of you on every level. Best thing about this experience was that they also provided heated beds for the treatment, that for me was a game changer. The therapist were both super professional, it’s the first massage where I totally relaxed and slept all the time: the pressure was perfect, as well as the music that surrounded the environment. After the treatment they brought us some hot tea with some treats, sweet and salty. Also the facilities are top level, I especially enjoyed the “relaxing room” where you can spend some time after the massage. The only thing I would change is that, in the indoor pool, children shouldn’t be allowed or should have a separate area, as they make a lot of noise which would be better to avoid after such relaxing time. It’s a quite pricy experience, but totally worth it. I will go back for sure!

One of the best SPA experiences in Dubai!We visited Cinq Mondes Spa at the Raffles Palm Jumeirah for a celebration, N award winning Spa, we knew that it going to be good, but didn’t expect it to be AMAZING!Their service was 11/10, their staff were so friendly, from the reception staff that greeted us to the ladies that showed us the facilities, cleaning staff, the place was filled with genuine smiles.The treatment, and this is a very honest review was 15/10, excellent therapist, Nour was so proffesional and she seemed knowledgeable about the muscles, shoulders and body overall.Ambience was great, the disconnection level was 100, its like we traveled for a couple of hours.Not to forget about the hotel, magical and royal.It’s a go to place whenever you feel that you need a time off and place to relax.

Most beautiful spa ever visited.Had my first Hammam bath with beldi black soap and Polynesian deep tissue massage with argan oil which made my skin reborn, soft and supple like a baby.They have a shower that creates the warm tropical rain and Caribbean storm too. Pretty cool.Thank you Ms Rung for making my day relaxing.

We are guests of the hotel and came across this wonderful establishment. My wife and I had one of the most rejuvenating spa sessions in our life.We were served by a kind red dress Belarus lady at the reception, then were treated diligently by a Thai Merisa and Balinese Katika lady. Overall warm hospitality by the manager from the Philippines.Will come back again in the near future to explore other treatments!

An amazing experience from start to finish. We had cucumber and lime welcome drinks, we were shown the amazing facilities and then our massages began with a lovely foot bath and massage. The beds can be heated if you wish , they spray lovely fragrance in the room at different times, there is a choice of oils and the therapists are very skilled. Afterwards, we were given tea, dried fruit and nuts and were able to use the relaxation room, Hammad, sauna, experience shower etc. I wishes we had had more time to spend there. The only downside is that the male and female facilities are separate other than the treatment rooms so I couldn’t experience it all with my husband. The only other spa I’ve been too that’s of a similar standard is the Six Senses in Crete.

Highly recommended.We did a couples Balinese royal massage. The massage itself was amazing, and they customized it for our needs.The spa itself is large, with lots of amenities including a huge hammam room and walk in steam room. The experience shower was incredible, with really good water pressure.Staff was attentive and friendly. Price was reasonable for a 5star hotel.Location was convenient and valet parking was free.Will definitely return.

The Spa is absolutely fantastic. It was extremely clean, and the service was incredible. I was greeted by my therapist who was warm and friendly, and they showed me all of the amenities. After an excellent massage, one of the best I’ve had in Dubai, they noticed on the form that I completed previously that it was my birthday, they brought me a delicious cake, and a flower. So thoughtful and really went out of their way to give me the best experience. I would really recommend anyone who’s looking for something extra special to go to the spa.

I booked in for the 60 minute Oriental massage. The spa is beautiful and the facilities excellent. On arrival I couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. My therapist Wantri went over my treatment again before starting and from the start to the end she was probably the best I’ve ever had.The amount of pressure was perfect and it was also the most thorough massage I’ve had. It didn’t feel rushed and as if someone was just going through the motions. Wantri is clearly very experienced and knows exactly what she’s doing. On top of that, she is just one of the nicest people you could meet.Of course there are cheaper places to go in Dubai for a massage but this place is exceptional.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Cinq Mondes spa in Raffles Hotel Palm Jumeirah. From the welcoming reception by Farrukh to the skilled massage therapists Dita and Pim, every aspect was superb. The facility is top-notch, and the overall service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Great place for a relaxing massage, very serene and calming atmosphere. The products used are also good quality. The staff is very professional and expert in oriental massage. The only downside is that all the services are a bit expensive but you can avail the buy one get one deals they have in entertainer. Overall I would recommend this to anyone for the oriental massage
