I’m a regular customer for Clarins and I like their products. But I have visited the Dubai hills mall branch and I was so impressed with their customer service level specially Shiraz she is so professional and so much supportive and kind to give time to pack and wrap a very nice gift package for me .. thank you Shiraz I would love to always come to buy from you going forward .

I had a wonderful facial done by Lini and used my points for it. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in an exclusive beauty salon. Lini’s hands were incredibly skilled, and she made me feel completely relaxed and refreshed. She also took the time to explain each product she used on my face, which was very informative and thoughtful. The results were amazing; my skin feels so soft and glowing. I absolutely recommend Lini to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing experience. Thank you, Lini, for your amazing service, and a big thank you to Ms. Nuri as well for the warm hospitality!

It was our first visit to Dubai Hills Mall and we got lucky to meet Tetiana - a professional who was assisting us at Clarins. She gave us proper cosmetic advices on face care for my husband and body care for me. I was surprised to see a men line of creams at Clarins!Highly recommend Tatiana as a well informative consultant of Clarins skin care and beauty care products! ✨️
