Definitely a must visit for recovery and well being. Had an active week and needed a proper relaxing and recovery session to give the body what it needs. Contrast is an oasis in the middle of the city. Really enjoyed the infrared sauna, red light therapy, and the hot and cold tubs. Just what I needed to mentally relax and physically speed up my recovery. Came out feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Contrast therapy really does help and highly recommended as a break in your day with some self care 🙏🏽

First time visit to Contrast at City Walk. Fantastic service and ambience throughout my two hours. The facilities are exceptional and thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and ice bath contrast therapy. Also had the chance to have a post half marathon run massage with Divina - it was excellent. Will come again for sure.

I regularly go to Contrast City Walk for deep tissue massage therapy with Divina. She is an excellent therapist who specializes in removing all of those stress knots.In addition, Contrast also have private sauna and cold plunge rooms that I cannot recommend more.

This is literally my idea of heaven, especially after a stressful work week, or tough workout. You get your own private sauna and ice bath experience, and you can also choose to do it with a friend in a room for 2. Nothing beats a hot / cold immersion combo for the mind and body to finally relax and release. Staff are lovely too! Highly recommend.

My experience at Contract was so beautiful. The staff were so welcoming, the interiors were so warm. The room itself with the sauna and ice baths was of a substantial size - and had everything I needed. Love the TV screen with the speakers in the sauna so you can truly relax and enjoy your favourite show. 10/10 cleanliness too!!Thank you for having me!

Such a beautiful venue and perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I loved that you have the luxury of going back and forth many times between the ice baths and sauna in the allocated time with full privacy. It was the best start to my Sunday. I would definitely go again.
