I’ve been here two times and would like to recommend the place. Both traditional and infra red saunas are great, also cold plunge. Strongly recommend massages from Kim, I actually came second time because of massage as it was so good first time. Wish success and all the best , thank you to all the team here 👍🏼 -

Place to go again and again!The contrast between heat and shocking cold left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Great for self- care and mental clarity, which was needed. Highly recommend! Service and hygiene is in top level, refreshing tea and coconut water after session was cherry on top. -

I have had several services at Contrast. Their infrared sauna facility is great, and their massages are AMAZING! Edward is truly an amazing massage therapist. He makes you feel comfortable and it is truly relaxing whilst releasing so much tension in the body. Thank you !
