I recently came here and it was truly a wonderful experience! The ambiance was perfect—clean, inviting, and beautifully designed. Every corner felt thoughtfully curated, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy.What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt welcome throughout our visit.I will definitely be coming back soon!

Tried many recovery places in Dubai. This one is one of the best. They have tv and Netflix to watch in their infrared sauna rooms. Ice bath was cold. Place is very clean. The lady at the reception was so lovely and welcoming.

Had a lovely experience today in infrated sauna with red lights! The venue is beautiful and the horses at the reception is amazing and kind, very good welcome and very quite nice room with shower and sauna inside. You have one hour to stay inside you can change the lights and the temperature is around +70c inside very comfortable and nice. I enjoyed it alot!

I’ve experienced infrared sauna for the first time at Contraste Wellness, and it was an amazing experience ! I felt so good right after. I would definitively come back to try other treatments and combine.It’s a lovely and peaceful place with competitive prices and the service is great, explaining all the treatments proposed. Just had an amazing infrared sauna experience – easily a 5/5! Tronella is a real sunshine, shoutout to her for making everything smooth from start to finish. The atmosphere was calming, and the service was top-notch. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to elevate their wellness routine. My sauna visit was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, providing the perfect environment to unwind and forget the stress of everyday life. The saunas were super clean and modern.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a top destination for anyone looking to treat themselves and relax both body and mind. I will definitely be coming back!

Their marketing is better than their product. No shampoo in the shower, they only gave one towel (to use during sauna and also after shower?), had to ask for second one. The reception was not very welcoming too.

I recently had an ice bath and sauna session, and it was an amazing experience! Louise was exceptional, offering great guidance and making sure I was comfortable. I had a wonderful infrared sauna experience at this new place in Curcle Mall! The private rooms are equipped with showers and TV so you can relax while getting healthy benefits from the sauna. I left feeling relaxed and happier.

Tried the ice bath(resisted 1 minute and 3 seconds) and the infrared sauna, fabulous experience as the infrared sauna is in a private room with tv, u can enjoy your favorite movies while in your wellness session. Tronella and Jae are friendly and prepare you for the sessions with positive attitude.
