What a wonderful experience I had today visiting Contrast Wellness located in the Golden Mile mall on the Palm Jumeriah! It was my first time to comes as well as my first time to experience an infrared sauna !! It was relaxing, hot of course and very peaceful! The entire place is so aesthetically pleasing! They really out did themselves with this place! Each room has it down shower, infrared sauna and towels and place to change! I recommend you try this as I felt so light and energized ! Look forward to more visits soon! -

If you love the sauna, as I do, I definitely recommend visiting this cozy spa. I was pleasantly surprised by the exclusive service, individual approach, the ability to use smart TV during the session, the latest technologies allow you to hear audio inside the sauna itself, thus creating the effect of absolute silence outside. I will definitely be back. -

Totally new experience in Dubai and I really loved it! Ive tried contrast sauna, and the staff set for me Netflix, so the hour went very quickly. After sauna i felt very refreshed and relaxed. Must visit place :) Highly recommend. -

It’s a new unusual experience in Dubai. Contrastwelness has got infrared sauna and ice bath. We came here with a friend to relax after a workday. Private cabins are equipped with shower, towels, and what is the best thing, you can watch Netflix while staying inside of the sauna!!! -

First of all i would like to thank you Michelle. She guided me very well .The build quality is excellent, experience . The infrared heat is soothing and penetrates deeply, providing a more intense sweat compared to traditional saunas. Ive noticed improved skin clarity and a reduction in muscle tension after each session. Plus, the adjustable settings allow me to customize the experience to my comfort level. Overall, investing in this sauna has been worth every penny for my health and well-being. -

I had an incredible experience at contrast. Easy to book and was easy to find with the instructions. The private sauna room and dedicated rooms for ice baths look great and super exclusive. The 30-minute ice bath session was truly amazing, with option to watch Netflix and enjoy the well-designed private room with a shower. The staffs kindness and the overall aesthetic of the place made it a memorable wellness treat. -

I loved my infrared sauna session. At first i was hesitant to try because I don’t like traditional saunas, my blood pressure goes low and I feel dizzy.. but this was a completely different experience!!The temperature is lower and even though you sweat A LOT I not once felt the urge to leave the room!I also love the privacy and luxury of having my own sauna and shower just for myself so I don’t have to leave the room for anything. -

Great facilities, friendly staff, spotless and private. With a few tweaks it would be perfect. Infrared sauna was good. The addition of a screen with Netflix was an unexpected bonus. Space enough for two in the privatised area that includes a shower, just needed a stool/seat. Ice bath was a novel experience, awkward to get in and out of, maybe a rail/grips. -
