    This week, my wife and I visited a new spa, The Dreamworks Spa. We discovered this gem through the HSBC Entertainer app and must credit them for helping us find this amazing venue.The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The receptionist gave us an introduction to the spa and informed us about the various packages and services available. We filled out and signed an information sheet with our mandatory details, which the masseuse needed to know.As we entered the spa room, we were greeted by a warm, aromatic scent that made us feel comfortable even before lying down. The rooms have attached washrooms and shower facilities, providing complete privacy and enhancing our comfort. They have the same facility for couple room as well making it convenient and comfortable.With the offer we had, we opted for the Balinese massage. The masseuse checked with us about any body injuries and which areas we wanted them to focus on. They applied just the right amount of pressure, effectively releasing the tension in our muscles while concentrating on the areas we had mentioned. After the massage, we were given some time to rest and relax on the bed, which helped our bodies recover even better.Overall, it was a lovely experience. We were offered hot hibiscus tea right after the treatment, and we can’t wait for our next visit to this venue!

    Wonderful experience at Dreamworks Spa, did a 60 minutes message. at the front desk they were so lovely, professional and ensured all our needs are met. The spa is quiet and has a nice ambiance. Massage rooms are not tiny, and are clean. My masseuse kutut really took care of all my problem areas with care and a healing touch. Highly recommended. There is valet parking at the hotel.Thank you guys

She finds spasms and knots easily and breaks them up efficiently. Shes very professional and does an amazing job. 5 stars for her any time.Teresa, the receptionist, is very customer friendly. KATUT from Bali Indonesia is my therapist, and they visit exclusive for her therapy, which is experience and skill of a master masseuse. Totally recommend this place and MRS.     We have visited the spa recently with my friend for the first time and we were excited because we need a proper massage in a proper spa. The location is perfect for us because it is near to Downtown. Upon entering the Spa we were greeted with their Filipina staff and introduced/explain the services and treatment we wanted. This one is a real spa and the fact that they have many branches across the city you can guarantee a very good and quality service. The facilities, services and the price were exceptional. We were attended by Ms. Supartini and Ms. Ketut both were amazing with their services and we left very satisfied and would definitely come back again soon.

    This spa is beyond exceptional! I wish I could give 10 stars! I suffer from a lot of stress stuck in my body and after my deep tissue massage with therapist Aya, I feel a 100x lighter! She worked the knots out of my shoulder blades and back so good + really knows what she’s doing because I have trouble relaxing in the first place. I also want give a shout out and a huge thank you to Julianne at reception, she’s so so helpful in asking about my problem aches and ensuring they were taken care of during my session. So very hospitable and I’m in deep gratitude to you both.     It’s my second time having a massage here with Arta. She’s exceptionally good and professional. She gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I ever had. I do weight lifting and my muscles are constantly sore. However she relieved the pain and tension, spotted the problem places and I walked out like a newborn.
