Sangay took care of me today, had the package of a 60 minutes hammam with a 30 minute massage. Sangay was thoughtful, thorough and very nice. Loved my experience so much that I had to write about it. The spa is private, quiet, serene and phone free. Loved my experience so much.

I had an amazing experience receiving the lava stones massage from the wonderful Fane. From start to finish, she provided warm and friendly, yet professional service which made me feel very welcome and comfortable.Fane provided an excellent consultation at the reception area to help me choose which massage from their wide selection was best for me. She explained each available treatment in detail, and recommended the lava stone massage which was certainly the right one, as the massage was exceptional. Fanes massage left me feeling relaxed, yet rejuvenated. Because Fane gave me such a detailed consultation at the booking stage, and then followed to carry out the massage herself, the whole experience was truly personal and I felt really looked after by her. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Fane!!The spa facility itself was lovely. It is extremely clean, and has a minimalistic feel to it. The spa features steam and sauna rooms, with spacious changing rooms fitted with showers. There are separate spa areas for men and women. A lovely spa to visit when in Dubai.
