    I just spent the day at the glass water pool. I am not a guest at the hotel but I was completely blown away by the cleanliness, service and the atmosphere. I was treated like a queen all day especially by a staff member named Dewa who went above and beyond for me and was so kind and attentive. Its so hard to find a chilled pool spot in Dubai in the middle of summer, with a nice amount of shade and good vibes but couldnt recommend this place more!!

    I went in End March again but I havent forgotten I really had a great enjoyable experience especially at the stunning glass pool and big thanks to Dewa who serves me by the pool the whole day, hes extremely attentive, helpful, friendly & professional 😊 Staff like Dewa makes a big difference for customers keep wanna come back to a hotel or restaurant or spa! Food was delicious yet I had the best relaxing time enjoy the view of DIFC loved it 🥳

    We moved here from the Ritz Carlton on the other side of DIFC as the rooms looked much newer and better here.The hotel meets all expectations in terms of warm and professional staff and being responsive. Staff that made our stay a memorable one were Youssef who checked us in and whom we saw throughout our stay, Christine and Sumi who at the spa who kept the place spotless/tidy and were so welcoming, and Ruslan who assisted us with our bags always with a smile.When we arrived at 3, our room wasn’t ready yet and they tried to seat us at the Penrose lounges/restaurant on Podium floor but the hostesses at both locations seemed very snooty and not welcoming.The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed, super comfortable to stay in.The gym was very compact & modern but they could improve by adding a stairmaster, resistance bands and maybe a dip/pull up machine.The in-room dining breakfast was not great mainly because the cappucino was bitter and the bread was awful! Think of the unappealing sort you see in airport lounges.. the egg white omelettes were OK but nothing special. Food at Cake cafe in the Ritz was better.

    Very friendly and beautiful staff, good facilities, tasty food covering all the main dishes you would expect to find in a hotel of this caliber, great location. What I didnt like is comparatively to other Four Seasons branches, it was more compact. Smaller rooms, restaurants etc but considering its location in the financial center, its understandable.

    Rooms were perfect, the stuff were making the photos of me everywhere. They also gave me full support and information about everything I wanted. It was the most comfortable stay in the hotel.Location: DIFC , good restaurants around, night life in the bars. The hotel is near dubai future museum and other 5-stars hotels.Services:Clean, new furniture. Swimming pool is extremely picturesque and clean, enough space for rest.The hotel is placed in the business center, so there is not many children and other noises.My experience: I celebrated there my birthday, so the hotel prepared for me cake, fruits, cards. So it was very pleasant and unexpected .

    Four Seasons Dubai International Financial Centre: One of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels you can visit in Dubai, specifically in the Dubai International Financial Centre, 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel is close to the most important fine dining restaurants in Dubai like and many other restaurant like La petite maison, cipriani Clap, avli, salt bae. I booked the hotel through the hotel itself and it was cheaper than the booking price. The room price starts from 1200 dirhams and is variable. We asked the hotel for an upgrade and told them that we had an special occasion. The room was upgraded for free and the room decoration for events was also free. We booked breakfast with the room, and it was in a restaurant, and this is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Dubai called Mina Brasserie. There is parking for electric vehicles with charger. The service in the hotel is very wonderful and fast, and this thing is noticed from the first time you enter the hotel because hospitality is provided with a bottle of water, a cold towel and dates. These little details make the experience special.

    Really loved this hotel. Firstly, you can benefit from using the 4S Jumeriah beach, which is nice. The service, is usual, is amazing, and people are super nice.     We went as a group of 6 for the pool day.The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and we had an incredible time, even with the slightly cooler weather.The highlight of the pool day was the impeccable service from Sam. He was extremely attentive; moving sunbeds so we could stay together as a group, catering to dietary needs and also even went to bring out the heat lamps as the day started to cool off when he noticed me shivering.Thank you for the lovely day.     I enjoyed a 2 night stay at this Four Seasons accommodation, I found the staff to be very attentive and accommodating, naturally what you expect from the Four Seasons Hotel.I stayed in the entry level room, it was a bit on the small side but a very pleasant room otherwise. Super comfortable bed, great shower but no bath in this room category.Thank you Four Seasons DIFC, I hope I have the pleasure of returning to your fantastic hotel one day.

    Quickly became one of my favorite Hotels in Dubai. Its more of a boutique hotel size-wise but its Four Seasons through and through.The moment when you step inside you feel like youre home and being welcomed as warm as any family reunion.My room was smallish but very nice and comfortably appointed. The view is DIFC but then you probably knew that if you chose this hotel.Its the people who work here that make it special I think. Something about being greeted by name nearly everywhere you go makes you feel welcomed.All in all, a superb hotel that shines bright in a sea of great hotels in Dubai.

    Genuinely excellent hotel and staff, with great service. Upgraded my room to a suite, with the concierge taking care of all my requirements. Totally a 5 star hotel which is in a perfect location with every restaurant just around it, and they are all of highest quality. And close proximity to Dubai Mall, only 5 mins by car from the hotel which is very convenient.

    Suite 602 is spacious and the private balcony was a great place to unwind. the breakfast was delicious. The pool deck offers iconic views of DIFC and I highly recommend getting a deep tissue sports massage at the spa, the staff are exceptionally well trained.

    Nice choice for business event (mini conference/round table) in the DIFC area. Their event room called Monogram is really recommendable for small event setup. Hotel staffs are very cooperative and supportive. Comparing to other five star hotels, they are a little expensive.

    I had an elaborate plan in my mind to propose to my now Fiancé over the weekend but didn’t know where and what to do. I chose Four Seasons DIFC because of the reviews I read and the excellent service from the staff i received even before the booking was done. We had the time of our lives and we owe it to all the dedicated staff at the hotel.I would like to thank Klaudia the most for her relentless efforts in making our day one of the most special experiences of our lives. She has given us a day to remember for a long long time. She was in constant communication with me throughout the whole planning stage on how to surprise my NOW Fiancé and it was done to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She was so professional and willing to help with everything which confirmed to me that this hotel was the one for me. It is extremely important for a plan to be executed with perfection as long as communication is there and she did not let up even for a second and was on point the whole time. She helped me out with everything i needed whether it be the room service or taking care of the cake and the balloons in the room. She even got us an upgrade which was so nice. It was a perfect stay for us and it couldn’t have happened if it was not for Klaudia. She really is a good asset for the hotel and i highly recommend this hotel for a romantic stay with your significant other and just asked to be transferred to Klaudia at the concierge. Klaudia is a friendly and hard working individual who goes out of her way to give you that WOW experience and she definitely is a great person to deal with and have on any ones team. Thank you again Klaudia for the exceptional service you gave me and my Fiancé and we will never forget the level of hospitality that we received from you.There were other staff members mentioned below who made us feel at home too and they also add that value to the hotel. I would personally like to thank all the staff at the hotel who have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to any request we had. His knowledge and passion of wine really helped us make the right decision.     A very nice place in holding media and press launch. They have a restaurant called Penrose Lounge with an outside sitting area perfect for small events and gathering, over looking Burj Khalifa skyline. The hotel is accessible in many ways and has a valet parking as well.

    The Pearl SpaLocated within the Four seasons hotel DIFC. Had the deep tissue massage and Maryam my masseuse had magic hands! They are maintaining sanitization and they make you feel absolutely welcome and relaxed. Decor is chic, view of downtown/ burj khalifa and music was mellow and soothing. Loved the experience and I highly recommend to try their treatments.

    Prompt check-in by courteous frontdesk. Room is cosy. Wonderful and efficient housekeeping team. Sleep quality could be an issue around weekend, as bass from nearby clubs could be felt till late. Location is good, surrounded by popular restaurants. Otherwise could ask Frontdesk to arrange complimentary transportation to visit restaurants at FS Jumeriah Beach. Concierge attitude could be further improved, at least more welcoming.

    Excellent dining restaurant with Peruvian kitchen. It is the best Péruvien food I’ve ever had. Apart that hotel it’s self it the most chic among other Four Seasons in the world.
