I had an amazing experience during my stay at Grand Heights Hotel Apartments. The facilities were clean, modern, and very well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the very beginning.What truly made my stay exceptional was the Housekeeping Team – they were incredibly professional, attentive, and always friendly. A special thank you to Anup, Deepa, Krity, Virginia, and Pravash – your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. My apartment was always spotless, and you consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.One small suggestion: it would be great if the gym opening hours in Ramadan could be extended a bit, to better accommodate those who are fasting. Additionally, adding a cable machine and heavier weights (above 10 kg) would make the gym more complete for strength training enthusiasts.Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed stay in Dubai. We had a relaxing and amazing stay. The room is clean and spacious. We got a free upgrade from classic studio to deluxe studio! Loved it! Location is near to everything we needed. Staff, Mr. Eric, Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Augustine and other admin, security and customer service staff was great with providing services. Good team! Will definitely come back! Thank you guys!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel near the metro station in Al Barsha, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the city.The service was impeccable, with a highly professional and polite staff ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a limited amount of time in Dubai and wanted to maximize our experience, the staff where willing to help us plan our trip and arrange taxis whenever we needed. The hotel room had everything you needed and there’s nothing to complain about. The lobby, restaurant and hotel room had a premium feel and the pool area was nice. We booked half-pension and it was really worth it! Both the breakfast and lunch/dinner was amazing. Highly recommended the Miso chicken sandwich and for coffee lovers, the V60 pour over. The mango sallad was delicious as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant!

The hotel staff was the most polite and helpful, especially Augustine, Mohammed and Alissa. The room was spotless, the towels were replaced on a regular basis and the room came with many additional amenities like toothbrushes, cotton buds,shoe wipes etc. The breakfast options were delicious although mostly included different styles of eggs. The localisation is alright - rather close to a metro station and theres plenty of shops nearby.

Stayed here for three weeks with my wife. Very friendly and helpful people. Rashmika and Priyanshu from the front desk were always very welcoming. Sunita, Salam and Anup from housekeeping were impeccable in their work. We loved the stay here and will always recommend others to try it. It is perfect for a long stay with family.I might have gotten some names with wrong spelling and apologize for that. Good day!We stayed at your hotel from December 9-13.We would like to say that it was a wonderful holiday, thanks to your hotel, its location near the metro and the wonderful staff, namely:Tanmey - the person who made our apartments very clean and cozy.We took a package with breakfast and ate at the Risen restaurant. Breakfasts were balanced and very, very tastyAnd the staff Joel, Sachina, Hey, Bina did everything to make the stay in the restaurant pleasantJeline Priyanshu Gonza George worked at the receptionAnd the girl really helped with the delivery problem when the courier took our order and left. Stayed here for 4 days and it was good value. Breakfast was limited to 5 dishes all of which were acceptable but I prefer a help yourself buffet breakfast. The breakfast staff were friendly and cheerful and the coffee was good.The rooms were decent although the water wasnt hot enough when showering. We got extra tea, milk & water in the room whenever we asked for it.The reception staff too were warm and friendly and Id like to make mention of Jeline, Augustine and John who were all happy to serve.

Very satisfied with hotel staff, especially with Gonzaga, Augustine, Alissa and Rushmika. Very pleasant staff who are there whenever you need help.Rooms are clean and big, cleaning staff is excellent, but rooms need a little renovation because they are old.Pool is very small so if you are booking just because of a pool, it is not a good option, which mistake we made.Location is good, metro is very close, there is a lot of stores and restaurants around.Food in the hotel and restaurant is only negative thing here. Slow breakfast serving, you need to wait more than 40 minutes to get food even when there is noone in the restaurant. Small choice of food, portions are small, taste is okay but whole organisation is really bad.Will this hotel be my option again in the future? No, but for that price is okay, and staff is very polite.

I stayed this hotel since 26 of October for 2 of November 2024. My booking included transfer from airport DXB. It’s so comfortable for clients, driver met me on departure zone. It’s really nice apartment with tasty breakfast. Room is big with all of everything for living like a photo. Room is cleaning every day. Thank you for it Salam and Tanmay. And I visited Soluna beach club. Hotel organized transfer to and from Soluna. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely spacious enough for our small family of 5 which included 2 adults and three small children. This included a big enough bed for us all as my 1 year old refused to sleep in the cot which was provided for free, with still enough space to walk around in the room. There was a separate sitting area / eating area with a small kitchen with cutlery and plates and glasses provided. There was also a washing machine and microwave which was very convenient for me to heat up milk for my baby. Unfortunately there was no proper view just view of the buildings which was ok. Service and staff very lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. The kids loved the swimming area also which is mixed for everyone.

We had a great time, the 8 days we spent at the Grand heights hotel. The 1 bedroom apartment is very modern and spacious. The cafeteria serves great breakfast. The cleaning crew kept our apartment clean, neat and cozy. The front desk receptionists Dennis, Rafiq, Godran, Adarsh and Muhammad were more than exceptional! They offer to help us even without us asking. Their demeanor and service did not change the whole time we were there.If I go back to Dubai I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recently stayed at Grand Height Hotel in Dubai and really enjoyed it! The location is fantastic, close to lots of great spots. I loved having access to the Soluna beach club—it was so relaxing. It has an outdoor pool, the location is perfect near the beach and malls, the service is also perfect, the staff members are very kind and always ask us if we need something.Special thanks to Imran for spotlessly cleaning our room and supervisor Anup Singh for making sure everything and everybody is okay at all times.The hotel reseptionists are very kind and always there if you need anything like to call a taxi. There are lots of restaurants and cafes near the hotel and also markets like carrefour. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for 9 days and satisfied with the services provided. Ample of parking, you just need to pay 100dhm deposit to get the access key to basement parking. Room service does their job well in cleaning and keeping things neat. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and groceries. Receptionist is attentive and quick in responding to my request. Room size is decent, expect to hear alot of sound from the neighbors (i had no problem), a window would have been perfect for some fresh city air. I am super thankful to Rubel especially for helping me with my stuff during check out. Bottomline, friendly staff, clean space and service oriented. Thank you to the entire team!

So Grand heights is in the cluster of hotels close to the Dubai internet city metro. Its walking distance from the Metro station and Id suggest you use Google maps or a local geography app. You need to keep your eyes peeled for the place when you walk. The hotel is modern, clean , Hygienic and really a value for money to visitors. The rooms are spacious and has all the modern amenities of an apartment - complete with fridge and refrigerator. Theres in-room dinning as well. Overall, a good place to turn in for the night. Happy stay!!!

This was resolved immediately by reception staff that moved us to another room and moved all of our belongings too.The staff are great, really friendly and professional.The pool is OK, its fairly small and doesnt get the sun after certain time due to buildings blocking the sun. It was heated however which was a nice bonus.Rooms were very clean and had everything you would need - fidge freezer kettle toaster cooker washing machine etcLocation was OK, 10mins drive from mall of Emirates. 30 . 30Min drive to dubai mall. 40min drive to la mer. 30min drive to miracle Gardens. There was a large carrefour supermarket a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was good.
