    What a great hotel experience! The hotel was busy, but I had their attention like their only guest. The staff was patient and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and the room was nice. Great location for heading out into the city, and some quiet spots inside the hotel if you want to stay in and get some work done.Huge shout out to Nour, who handled all my requests with ease and smile, and the entire Hilton team who made my stay very pleasant! I’ll definitely be back.

    I was really impressed with Jony from housekeeping service during my stay. The room was always spotless and tidy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They did a great job of restocking towels and toiletries, and the bed was always made. The attention to detail was impressive, and I felt like I was in good hands.     The hotel was great, with an incredible team. The cleaning service, especially Tjitendra who took care of our rooms, was particularly remarkable.     I would like to thank all your staff for their excellent hospitality, which made us feel at home. Every department and staff member played their role perfectly. I would especially like to thank Christina, who immediately provided a solution and arranged a room for us when there was an issue with our card upon arrival. This indicates a customer-centric approach. Similarly, Julina and other staff at the breakfast counter took great care of us during breakfast time. Chiranjeevi at the swimming pool guided us properly. We are leaving with wonderful memories and will recommend your hotel to all our friends.     Amazing Breakfast Experience at The Garden RestaurantMy friend and I went to The Restaurant for breakfast, and we had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, Elias took great care of us. He was incredibly attentive, assisting us from start to finish with a warm and welcoming attitude. His constant smile and professionalism made us feel truly valued, as if he were working in his own restaurant.The entire staff was outstanding—friendly, respectful, and highly professional.     We stayed at this Hotel during our time in Dubai and it was a great experience. Due to the central location of the hotel all tourist attractions can be reached within a short amount of time. The breakfast was very tasteful.Our room was very clean and quiet.     The rooms are clean and have good space. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet has all the essentials plus omelette and eggs on request counter, vegetarian and Indian breakfast selection - Juliana from Uganda was very helpful at breakfast service and Shazab from Pakistan did an awesome job in room cleaning.Mall of the Emirates is just at a short walk, there are some works being done on the way but a walking path has been assigned.Overall good value for money.

    I have been here very regular. Loved the hospitality and staffs are very nice taking care of each ones needs. Breakfast needs little improvement with more varieties on buffet as compared to another hotels. Food is nice otherwise

    Very friendly staff. Even acknowledged our birthday and surprised us with a birthday cake. Which felt really kind and good gesture from the team. Never has or had similar experience before.     Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned every day and you get everything you need (but you have to pay for wifi unless you’re a member).Breakfast was good and Juliana looked after us very well.Defo recommend a stay here, hotel is very close to the Mall of Emirates. Taxi to Kite beach it’s between 30 -40AED.

    First trip to Dubai and after some friends advice about hotel locations this turned into the perfect choice. But firstly the staff are amazing, they literally cannot do enough to help you, Lou and Chan on checkout desk were always chirpy and cheerful, the cleaners were fabulous, the restaurant fantastic, the pool relaxing.Location wise it seemed perfect to us, literally adjacent to Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai, with Metro Station just there, bus station, taxis in abundance, we had no problems at all using metro bus tram taxi monorail during our whole trip going all over the place.Would absolutely return without hesitation to Dubai and to this hotel !!

    We stayed here for a week. Before arrival we informed our travel agency about wanting a non-smoking room. Upon arrival we allocated a smoking room, which was horrible. It took a while for them to change it.The staff at the reception is friendly but does not give you correct information about taxis, travel companies nor airport rules. From Hilton staff you may expect better service.So 3 stars for the reception.At the airport we were not able to get a tax refund because we were misinformed.There are no bathrobes etc available.Having said that the housekeeping is amazing!!! Especially Jitendra! Such a nice and friendly man who daily cleaned the room to perfection together with his colleagues.Thank you Jitendra. Without a doubt 5 stars for the housekeeping.The staff during breakfast, especially the live cooking part where you can order omelets etc. are amazing too! The breakfast has a lot of variety, but after a few days I was craving something new. I loved the Indian breakfast, but after 3 days the serving was the same.The room was nice and comfy, the bathroom too and we had a mini fridge which was great. The view was horrible and no windows could be opened for fresh air.The pool was too small, maybe would fit 5 people swimming at once. Therefore we didn’t use it.We did not use the metro. But the Emirates mall is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Often taxis are found outside the hotel.We did use the travel agency from Rayna, which is not a recommendation. See review about them.We would consider staying here again, but next time I would prefer a hotel with a bigger pool and closer to downtown Dubai or a beach.It was a nightmare to come back in the evenings as most taxis did not prefer to drive all the way to Al Barsha.

    We stayed at this property from Dec 23 - Jan 1, and our experience has been great. Dilash (manager) and his team extended us a touching hospitality, all the staff at this hotel earned our respect as from the time we checked-in till we checked-out, they went above and beyond whenever we raised any request. It was a 9 night stay and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday and upon return to our room late night, always felt great to see rooms/bathroom in a pristine condition.I would recommend this hotel, not only because of its location, but the staff and hospitality they extend is amazingly awesome. Thank you Dilash and team we wish you all a happy 2025. We will return for sure on our next visit to Dubai.

    I stayed at this hotel across the end of November to beginning of December with my family for my Mum’s birthday.We had absolutely no faults with this hotel and were really happy with the services provided. All the staff were really happy and helpful, very happy to provide directions to local bars / restaurants etc.The rooms themselves were well stocked and made up everyday.We did not try the food in the restaurant but did try the hotel bar (every night!) and had a great time. A singer was in one night which was lovely. The staff in the bar were attentive and there was a range of drinks available including alcohol.Check in and out was incredibly smooth and catching a taxi outside of the hotel was really easy too.There is a pool available but we didn’t use it so can’t comment there.Everything was fantastic and I would really recommend.

    Good bar, chill place, happy to chat with Saddiqur in the evening 👌Unfortunately our room’s bathroom was quite run down. The wood was all chipped around the sink. The shower pole is loose and comes out of its place when adjusting the shower height.The rooms are not very soundproofed and it was difficult to fall asleep.We only needed to stay for a few hours. Staff was great though!

    Hotel is in good place very close to Dubai Mall. Receptionists and all other staff are very gentle and helpful. Hotel has a bar with various draft beer options and also gentle staff in bar.     Christina, lady on reception was very kind and helpfull and verry flexible, she manage to check us earlier since we came earlier then planned. From the moment when we enter she was always smiled and very gentle with our three small children.Breakfast in hotel was extraordinary, from continetal breakfast to local food, all the time refilled.     I am staying here with my family. From the moment we checked in, Aya and Moustafa greeted us warmly and hospitably- meeting all our needs and offering us a very fast check in which is great after an overnight flight. Breakfast is fast and efficient with a good choice - but the standout is really the service. Generally the hotel focuses on brilliant service and have an amazing team. Room cleaning staff are friendly and all staff have a smile on their face and are helpful. Breakfast staff are also amazing, Elias and Noura have been here daily helping us with all our needs at breakfast. Plenty of choices and tables always available. Really is a great experience every morning and with kids, this is very much appreciated. Highly recommended

    We really enjoyed our stay at the garden-inn. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating to my family. My 1 year old daughter loved interacting with the staff!     Aya from guest services and Adil from housekeeping were host. They made sure to ask everytime they saw me, how was the stay and what can they do to make sure I am comfortable. Although I am a regular at Hilton Hotels to be a gold star member, it was the first time a Hilton hotel surprised me with cake on my birthday. The place is close to everything and I was 4 metro stops away from 3-4 beaches i visited during the week. All in all, it was a great stay!

    The rooms were ok but the shower situation was built very odd. It is half open and half covered so the water would just spray all over the bathroom floor. I think they used to have a shower curtain but removed it? The gym was decent and the breakfast was okay. Nothing great but enough variety for people with different diets. For the price it isnt bad.The front desk could use better service. Wasnt warm or friendly from any front desk employees. The night manager Nasar was a bit rude. The really friendly employees are the the housekeepers and breakfast staff. A+Location is great as it is 500M from the subway station and very near the Mall of the Emirates. There is a really good Shawarma place across the street if you get any food craving at night.One bonus is that laundry is free. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers. Although 2 washers were broken while we were there.Also didnt like the fact that you could smoke outside right next to the pool. people would be smoking as we were taking a swim with children and family around.

    The rooms are great but the pool is very shallow. Breakfast ok. Siddiqur in the hotel bar was great, a person who truly cares about service, probably the best part of this hotel.

    This is my home for 2 months and I actually feel sad to leave. The staffs are all friendly, especially Juliana, she always greets me whenever she see me.4-5minutes and you will be at the Mall of the Emirates already, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.Room are spacious, and facilities are top notchI return again,for a short vacation this time. Still giving the best service. Housekeeping staf Arun is very kind and helpful. Thank you

    We tried iftar buffet at the Hilton garden inn, Al BArsha. The staff, Vanessa, Rojee, Chef ramesh, shashan , and Radwan… delicious food & excellent service! . Everything was great! Definitely recommend it to those willing to try!

He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist truly stood out.We were particularly impressed by how patient and attentive he was, addressing all our queries and making us feel genuinely cared for.     This is one of my favorites hotels for a long stay in DubaiRooms are well designed and has decent spaceGreat location, few steps and you are at the Mall of the Emirates, many restaurant are close-by.Laundry room is free for tenants.Staff are amazing, from reception people, (Aya, Cristine)which were really helpful.To the cleaning crew ( Gatendra)To the buffet crew specially June and Marisha.Thanks everyone.Till next visit.

    Felt at home from the moment I walked in. The bar staff, Krishna and Wally are the best. Outside of their bartending responsibilities, they take time to know their guests, made special drinks for the ladies, took care or our kids and made me a special concoction of “medicine” when I needed it. Wish I could take them to my local pub in the states.

    Beside the actual rooms, location and my overall stay. I have to give full credit where its due to the amazing service I recived from the staff. Everyone from concierge, room service, house cleaning and inbetween. Id like to name a few individuals who were exceptionally professional, courteous and accomodating, Dilash, was extremely helpful at checkout despite me having some issues with my booking, he was patient and helped solve everything out with a smile on his face. Thank you Dilash. Mahmoud as well at check-in was extremely welcoming and accomodating. Bernard and Arpan were also extremely polite and professsional. Finally, Alina and Bhagya, from the house keeping department were especially fantastic at their jobs and going above and beyond to make my stay as comftable as possible. Thank you to you all, and to Dilash, youre doing an amazing job with managing the hotel and with your colleagues who are all graet. So thank you, and looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

    The experience here was wonderful. Juliana was super.hostess during breakfast. The room service was quick and thorough, and the dinner in the dining area was exceptional. We will definitely visit here again.

    The hotel is located near metro, the mall of Emirates, supermarkets and restaurants. The room is good for the price, but the breakfast buffet is decent. They have valet parking, and self parking in the basement. No shuttle bus to Dubai airport.

    Good location, staff are very accommodating. Rooms clean. Free Bus to Mall of the Emirates (which is a 10 minute walk) and also Kite Beach. Bar on Ground Floor open afternoons allows smoking. Free guest laundry facilities. 24 hour supermarket 2 minutes walk
