Very good spa. They really care about their clients. Were used to going there often, and, one day, we had a bad experience with lots of noise during the whole massage. They then offered us to come back again an other day to get a free massage. We really appreciated that, very professional behavior. Would really recommend this Spa in Dubai. Only inconvenient is that its quite pricey, but the quality is there !

Love this Spa! Clean spacious tranquil and relaxing! Our masseuse Losa and Muantei were amazing and had such loving and soothing hands! I cant praise their massage skills enough!! Me and my mum loved it so much that we went for another session with them as soon as we could! Service is impeccable. Mavis and Maya were amazing. Mavis helped us out with everything we needed. Excellent hospitality and service! We left feeling energised and refreshed!! Highly recommended and I will definitely visit again soon!

After being to a lot of massages in the city, i can confidently say that the Urja dayaka here was one of the best ive ever experienced. While the facilities might be limited, I left feeling relaxed , refreshed and my body reallyy thanked me for this.

Having lived more than 20 years in Dubai, Ive visited many Spas over the course of the years. Jiva Spa has been one of my best experiences so far! recently, I had an issue whereby the Spa had to postpone my appointment (for my mother) due to some technical issues. I had already arrived at the hotel and was not happy with the situation. Their staff (Maggie) was truly apologetic and compensated me well enough to let my frustrations ease off. Maggie is a very passionate staff who genuinely cares for the brand she works for and makes sure that the customers are treated in a 5 star manner! Apart from their service, the facial that I did is bliss, all natural products and fresh! theres an instant glow to your face that took long to fade off....Id fully recommend this place for a great experience.

Ive tried several Spa in Dubai but the massages at Jiva Spa are by far the best I ever had. It is very relaxing. We came back several times and we were never disappointed. The therapists are very professional. I highly recommend the Spa at Taj Dubai.

Incredibly great spa. The best spa treatment ever! This has the usual, professional, cultured service of the Jiva Spas of the Taj Hotel Chain, which is a TATA Enterprise. They are known for great customer service. The Spa Manager Abhilash responded to my email & communicated using WhatsApp. He arranged for spa treatments for the 4 members of our family, along with our special requests. He got something special for my mom for her 70th birthday. He communicated with the hotel restaurant as well to get us seated & dined for brunch in time for out spa appointment. The spa itself is very nice. The staff are friendly & gave great massages. The specialty here Ayurvedic treatment, which you will not find in most other spas. They use totally natural products & are socially responsible in terms of donating to charity, recycling, and reusing things. They donate the used spa sandals to needy cancer patients. The spa facilities that we can use are great - the pool, the gym, steam room, dry sauna, bathrooms with lockers, and the ambiance. The relaxation room is great to use as well, before or after your treatment. We all got small gifts from the spa which added a nice touch. Dont forget to give your Taj Inner Circle number!
