    My favourite massage in Dubai! I have been to many spas and have treatments regularly but something about J Wellness at Taj Exotica Palm truly stands out. The peaceful atmosphere, the serene music, the smell and feel of the aromatherapy oils and the expertly delivered treatments never fail to soothe my muscles and make me feel total relaxation. I recommend the couples massage in stunning private suite and arriving early to enjoy the thermal facilities to relax muscles beforehand. Already looking forward to coming back.

    I received a massage with a scrub on July 22nd. While the massage therapist did an excellent job, I have some concerns about the scrub. I specifically requested an organic scrub to help remove a tan but they used a regular salt and oil scrub instead. Given the high cost of 350 AED for the service, they should have paid more attention to the clients request. My goal in getting the full body scrub was to reduce the tan although I understand one session wouldnt completely remove it, I expected it to brighten my skin and provide some relief.

    Taj is an amazing place for nice getaway, Breakfast/Dinner Buffet restaurant is a great place, with extensive variety fit for people from all regions.     One of the finest hotel experiences. Mesmerizing interior design and architecture, comfortable and luxurious rooms, ample amenities, one of the best spas, and outstanding service and courteousness by the staff (Ayub at the reception was incredibly pleasant and helpful: he gave us a detailed your of the hotel and its amenities before escorting us to the rooms). The breakfast and dinner buffets have a massive spread and each and every dish is deliciously crafted.

    It was a real exotic experience the location is just fantastic you live at one of the most luxurious areas of Dubai, the hospitality is just amazing, the amenities which they provide are fabulous, they have a total of 7 restaurants, all of them are just amazing. The food quality is really very good the choices which you get are enough for a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian. The rooms are very clean and hygienic, with everything that you need, you wont lack anything. The staff is just soo professional be it be the reception area or the house keeping, Special props and appreciation to Mr. Santosh who helped us with our room a lot, he always kept the room top notch we never had to ask for anything again. He really made the whole experience 10 times better. Taj really stood up to their moto i.e treat guests as GODs and they really did it. The whole staff was just amazing simply amazing and they really did a great job and left no room for error and was just soooo professional. When every morning the whole staff greeted us with the smile and GOOD MORNING that really made my and my familys day. Thanks TAJ for a great experience.

    My family and I went there in March2022 and the name Taj never disappoints. It was a great experience being one of the few first guest there. The property, the view, the food and especially the hospitality was amazing. Since we went on our marriage anniversary, the hotel staff (especially Kavita and Suravi) made sure that we feel special. Kudos to the team.One negative point though - We had a half board package. We opted for having lunch there as part of it. It was a full 3 course menu. Taste, presentation everything was top notch but then at the end we were charged 40 AED for drinking still water alongside meal. Our assumption/expectation was that water is bare minimum that gets served with a paid meal. Something to think about.Overall, will definitely recommend visiting and staying there for atleast couple of days.

    I primarily went there for a party, the party hall was huge, lined with fake prehistoric skeletons on the roof. This really enhanced the overall ambience of the party. The food was great and the staff was accomodating. The location was a bit far from mainland Dubai, but as a trip it was about 45 minutes

    Stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm Dubai is nothing less than amazing and worth every penny. First of all the courteous staff. Whoever you met on your way in and out , in the lobby, corridors, open spaces always wished you with a smile on their faces. A very grand lobby where you can just loiter around or simply sit and relax.Sapna who welcomed us and remembered us throughout our stay, then there was Bhaskar , Roy in the Taj Lounge, Riksha, Harshit and all others. Sorry we may have missed out many of the names but the faces are there fresh in our memory. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and Sapna and Bhaskar surprised us with a cake and a beautiful hand made greeting card which occupies a special place in our show case. The internal communication was great because we were wished “Happy Aniversary” in the least expected places. A very big thank you to all the associates at the Taj. The staff is always there to help you, answer your queries, attentive and they made you feel special and important.Breakfast at The Palm Kitchen was spellbinding. The food spread was absolutely fabulous and the taste wonderful. The food at other restaurants viz., The Rabbit, Varq , Coast all were fantastic.The 70 meter pool was amazing , very long and one can just chill out. The private beach was also great. The ambience was also perfect.The bathrooms in the suites were spacious and almost equal to a room in size.The property is perfect for a getaway and relaxation is guaranteed. Strongly recommended

    The best new resort in Dubai ! Stunning😍 Taj exotica the palm is new opened resort Dubai . What makes this resort outstanding is that resort is not only made for tourists but it’s ideal get away for the residents as well . We felt very welcomed at the lobby by the Taj staff . Lobby is stunning with its decor and design . One must can’t take away eyes off while sitting there . It itself more than enough to relax there. It’s kept so clean , neat and tidy by house keeping. Rooms are with real Luxury with all latest amenities and comfort one wants to have . Resort has Multi dining options with bar and restaurants, club lounge, banquets, meeting rooms. Taj known for the good food for years . This resort won’t disappoint you as food has been delicious. Kind professional staff makes the experience even greater with courteous attitude. We have stayed in many (5 star) hotels before, but this hotel really surprised us. The service was of the highest quality and the staff are fantastic. This was by far our best vacation.Everything is taken care to the last detail. The yoga and massage treatments are also highly recommended! The service at the beach and the pool is excellent and the staff really do everthing to make you feel comfortable. Also in the restaurant they do everthing to make it comforbel.     Hotel was outstanding: facilities, restaurants, food and most importantly the excellent service.The live musicians at the foyer and at breakfast were superb.Special thanks to Sapna who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and offered great advice.The Varq restaurant was superb. The manager, chef Jitendra Singh and our waitress Vratna? offered great service. The food was delectable.Thanks to Suyog for the yoiga sessions... His knowledge of yoga and its benefits was excellent.

    The Taj Exotica is a great resort. It is very relaxed, the service is friendly and the included restaurants are mostly outstanding. Surprisingly the roof top restaurant was the least impressive of them all (apart from the view of course). And you cant bring your kids to it. Not surprisingly it was not even half full on two occasions, whereas the Indian Restaurant in the Hotel called Varq was often fully booked.Two things you should consider before planning a stay at the Taj Exotica:1. The pool is advertised as the largest pool on the Palm Jumeirah island. While this might be the case if you look solely at the surface (square meters covered), the depth is a joke. The pool has the same depth everywhere, which is probably about one meter or less. Yes, only one meter (if at all). Even in the center I was just covered up to my bathing shorts with water.2. The location is at the end of the outer palm crescent. Which means you need to drive at least 15 minutes to make it back to the mainland. Should you plan to visit the city center often, you need to include lots of driving into your plans.So to sum it up: the location is great for a tranquil beach vacation (apart from the tar on your feet you might find after walking through the sea water), but not for discovering the city of Dubai.All in all a great place for a relaxing week of doing nothing but eating and relaxing.

    I would like to thank you very much for the great hospitality while we spent our Eid holiday at Taj Exotica hotel and resort at the palm Dubai . The staff are very welcoming , attentive and Steven star service. We had a memorable relaxing experience and felt very lucky to explore this luxurious resort. The atmosphere is very calm with blue turquoise ambient reflected in the decoration. Art lovers you would surely enjoy the glimpse of art derived from stones and shells themes showcased at every corner, flower arrangements, vases and bamboo pillars . Food was beyond expectations with an international buffet at their main restaurant which is fully covered in marble . The dinner buffet is generously laid with scrumptious dishes and delicious flavors to indulge. In the morning, the breakfast buffet included unexpectedly some entertainment and we enjoyed our food whilst listening and watching a beautiful mermaid playing the violin. The pool is longer than the standard Olympic pools with small side bars at each end, adjacent to beach and sun beds . There is a kids club for younger kids and table tennis . Outside area had a massive fountain and the hotel could jump at another level if they add more grass and greens on the outside terraces. We were greeted with beautiful smiles and been offered blue juices and lots of Arabic desserts during both check in and check out . We felt so special as we received a memorial gift which was a necklaces made of minuscule sea shells beads and green blue flip flops engraved with golden feather . Not to forget to mention, the luxury brand -Molton Brown - lotions and shampoos . The spa is equally relaxing with high quality spa treatments from SaYA and I have mostly enjoyed relaxing on chair swings while been offered complementary fruit signature tea after exploring the different shower experiences , followed by steam , ice and sauna rooms.I highly recommend this hotel and again few trees and grass would complete that scene on their outside terrace.     I have traveled extensively n stayed at thee most wonderful hotels world wide, but the impact that The Taj had o my holiday mood...was splendiferous! What made it such a beautiful holiday for me was the courteous pleasant efficient friendly informative staff of The Taj! From the managerial level to housekeeping the pleasant manner which they treat their guests are phenomenal! My personal favorites were Khoushanie, Beauty, Laarnie, Win, Aye, Dana, George our Waiter at breakfast! The rooms are so comfortable its a task going back home! The food at ALL RESTAURANTS are a super treat, the views are breathtaking , My Dubai..l could stay at this country forever, n its Hotels like the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa that make your holiday memories a Treasure!     We a group of 150 people stayed in Taj Exotica for three days before the resort was formally inaugurated on 24th March 2022.The property is tastefully developed, huge and beautiful. The Taj is located far away from the centre of the city! Buffet breakfast served has varieties however it needs to improve its table services. Taste of the food served is just OK, nothing special to mention. Had been stayed in number of Taj hotels in India, simply the Taj Exotica at Dubai needs to raise its level of hospitality in every department.

    We were the first guests at this new hotel on Palm Jumeirah. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We felt very comfortable.     Great hotel!The furnishings are super modern and designed with attention to detail. Everything is extremely clean and everywhere smells very fresh. The facility is simply great. Even the public toilets are eye-catching and sumptuously furnished.The food at the buffet is very varied and also very tasty. The Indian restaurant was my personal highlight. Simply delicious!The staff is extremely courteous and very committed. All of our concerns were met immediately and to our complete satisfaction.My personal highlight was Evans the fitness trainer. He was like a personal coach and spent a lot of time with us in the gym. You can see his love for sport. Rarely have I seen such a competent fitness trainer!Simply great!The hotel is an absolute recommendation. There is nothing to criticize here. Almost too perfect ;-)

    Everything was perfect! A royal welcome, a sublime suite and restaurants worthy of a 5-star hotel.First of all, I was welcomed on the opening day of the hotel with a very nice little ceremony, the children particularly appreciated this moment especially with the gifts they received and the special attention they had in the room with cakes personalized with their first names. An upgrade was the icing on the cake, thanks to Madame Aroua who organized it all.I then discovered the magnificent swimming pool by the sea and the sublime view of the palm tree on one side, Borj elArab and Borj Khalifa on the other side.Concerning the restaurants, I really liked the staff who took great care of me and my family, especially all those who allowed my children to eat by preparing dishes especially for them (spaghetti Bolognese), thanks to Dinesh and Nitin. I dont remember all the names but a big thank you to everyone.Without forgetting the food, varied dishes from all over the world, it was simply a treat.The entertainers are very good too, thanks to Yassine who played lots of games with us: ping pong, pétanque, play station, bowling...I also had the pleasure of trying the Spa. A dedicated doctor who listened and gave good advice, very professional staff, high quality equipment, it was a magical moment.I will definitely come back.

    Fantastic. A place of peace with a pleasant and cultured atmosphere, great and smiling staff, excellent cuisine and calming energy.Suitable for adults rather than couples with children, but there are facilities for them as well, and especially the Atlantis Aquapark is literally a short walk away.Would I come back here?     A new hotel located in Dubai. It was opened on 01/03/2022. It is distinctive and beautiful on the inside. It has 325 rooms. I advise you to visit the hotel.
