I had the Aroma Soul Massage with Ni Luh which was incredibly relaxing, she was so respectful and attentive throughout. The entire space felt peaceful and calm, it made me leave feeling lighter, calmer, and already looking forward to my next visit!

One of the best spas i tried all their services and wish to see more treatments, ex. Hair treatment would be amazing or something similar to the korean hair treatment maintaining current aesthetic and music, another suggestion is to open a lounge bar, if i would love to stay in lounge and relax with music and read with a special drink without any treatment i’d love to come, something similar to retreats. The place is really worth visiting

One of the best spas for ladies in the UAE that I’ve ever experienced! I had the privilege of visiting twice, and the quality of service provided by the staff is consistently exceptional. Each treatment room is thoughtfully designed and named to reflect the UAE’s rich tradition and culture, adding a unique and authentic touch to the experience.The attention to detail is remarkable—from the softness of the towels to the high-quality massage products used. The entire process is seamless and well-executed, ensuring complete comfort, from the room temperature to the overall ambiance.After the massage, the tea served is delightful, and the relaxing lounge is cozy and tranquil, offering the perfect space to unwind. Convenient underground parking is available, and since the spa is located inside a mall, there are plenty of activities for children and family members to enjoy while mothers take time to rejuvenate.The spa stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, respectful staff, and high standards of service. It truly goes above and beyond in every aspect, making it, in my opinion, one of the best ladies’ spas in the UAE.

As a graphic designer who works on a lot of branding, I rarely come across logos that genuinely catch my attention—but the KLEI Spa & Hammam logo did while I was casually passing by after another appointment in the mall.Curious about what this place was, I walked in to check it out and asked if there was an available massage appointment. To my luck, they immediately booked me for a deep tissue massage—no long wait, no hassle.I was then taken to the changing room, tucked behind a curtain, where I was given a locker with a secure code lock (inside, there was even a wire to charge my phone). After getting ready, I was led through a door into a huge, long clay hallway with soft lighting and an earthy, natural feel. Lining the hallway were numerous massage rooms, giving a space of peace and privacy.The massage itself was amazing—the pressure was just right, firm but never too harsh, and the therapist knew exactly how to work on tight muscles. I walked in with a lot of tension, and by the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed.What really stood out to me was how comfortable the massage bed was. It was firm but not too hard—perfect for falling asleep. But the real game-changer? The adjustable top corners of the bed. You know how during massages, you never quite know where to put your arms, and your shoulders or neck start feeling weird and tense? This bed solves that problem by allowing your arms to rest naturally, reducing stress on the shoulders and neck.The interior design is incredibly calming, with soft, earthy tones and soothing lighting. The music also deserves a mention—it’s not the typical piano-and-rain sounds but rather a more immersive, atmospheric experience that I can’t quite describe, but it adds to the whole relaxation vibe.The changing room is well-designed with secure code-lock lockers, and inside each locker, there’s even a wire to charge your phone. I usually don’t shower in spas, but they have clean shower facilities and a hairdryer available for guests.I don’t usually write Google reviews, but this place truly deserves it. Will definitely be coming back!

Clay Spa is the best spa I went to in Dubai Mirdif. The experience was so wonderful upon contacting them and receiving me upon arrival that when you walk in you feel like you are in a different world. The therapists have high skills. I also enjoy the unique tea they offer, and there is a dedicated section after finishing the massage or Moroccan bath for relaxation. I highly recommend this spa. I advise you to book an appointment before coming
