    This spa is beyond expectations. The staff are so professional and knowledgeable, they are attentive and helpful. The cleanliness of the spa is incredible, I had a body scrub so needed to take a shower, the shower was spotless clean. A definite recommendation for anyone who needs a little pampering.

    It was nice experience. I tried the full body message and it was amazing and very relaxing! They use different oil depending on what you request. They take a good care of you from the moment you enter and they very welcoming. Also, they have good offers every month. Defiantly will repeat it!

    One of my most favorite spots in Dubai for massage and reflexology.Tried their signature one massage and paired it with a body scrub made of Luban and rose particles that smell heavenly, and then finished with a foot reflexology session.The masseuse was extremely meticulous and she helped find out where my all trouble areas are without me pointing them out. She also recommended some stretches for me to try at home.This has become a weekly spot for me now. So thankful I found it.

    The massage was amazing ( one of best massage I had ever). But I was shocked that me and my friend booked exactly for the same type of massage, but she got extra hot stone massage and I didn’t. Also the massager didnt explain for me that they have different type of beverages after massage. And she didn’t ask me what type I prefer. I suggest to train your staff to be more professional. Also to be fair with all the clients, they have to get the same service.

    The best spa ever! I went there 4 times and I have never been disappointed at any time! The staff is so professional and they know how to carry out treatments well.     Wonderful place for a massage. I would highly recommend Juree 100/100 If you have any kind of knots or pain she will work on it until it opens up. Also, she is really smart and knows every pressure points and what its connected and explains that to you. Amazing place not my first time and not my last! 😍

    A friend gifted me with a spa treatment at Luban. It was my first time of going there and I must say, it was a very good experience. I had the Orchid Essence Hammam + Davines oil Luster Hair Treatment. The Hammam was so good, I’ve never felt so clean before. She was so professional and made me feel so comfortable and there was no awkwardness at all. I had a foot massage instead of the hair treatment and that was also very much needed. I’m giving a 4star only because I would have loved to be moisturised after the bath but I guess perhaps that’s a me problem as I have dry skin. But this should at least be included one way or the other. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant visit.

    Absolutely amazing place with a great ambience. Comfortable, quiet, relaxing, and the luban smell is all around you, subtle and not strong, which is perfect. They even accommodated us when we needed to complete our prayers prior to starting the therapy. Highly recommended. My therapist was Leny from Bali.

    Love their massage and their Moroccan bath not tough as the Moroccan ladies normally do, but it is suitable for my skin type - sensitive. For ladies only and I hope they can add Moroccan bath for kids above 10 at least as this tradition is applicable in Morocco for children
