I’m writing a 5-star review specifically for Lisa, for my amazing massage experiences with her. I had the pleasure to have a massage with her twice, especially the first time I had so much tension and stress in my body. Lisa just knows exactly to find all the knots and she handles them with lots of skill. I’m so impressed with her for her combination of being very gentle and making you feel so comfortable while she’s at the same time so strong!! She made me walk out both of the massages brand new. I cannot describe it in the way it deserves so I can only say anyone should experience a massage with her. You will not regret it. Lisa, thank you so so much! Your massages are something else ❤️

** Nadia at Elements Spa**I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage from Nadia at Elements Spa, and I can confidently say it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had.From the moment I walked into the spa, I was welcomed with a calming atmosphere that set the tone for relaxation. Nadias warm demeanor and professionalism immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my specific needs and areas of concern before we began, which I greatly appreciated.During the massage, Nadia showcased her impressive skills and expertise. She expertly combined various techniques, including deep tissue and Swedish massage, tailoring her approach to my preferences. Her pressure was just right—firm enough to relieve tension but gentle enough to be relaxing. I could feel the stress melting away as she worked on my shoulders and back, which had been particularly tight.Nadias attention to detail was remarkable. She focused on problem areas while also ensuring that the entire experience was soothing and rejuvenating. The use of high-quality oils added to the overall experience, leaving my skin feeling nourished without being greasy.After the session, I felt not only physically relaxed but also mentally rejuvenated. Nadia provided some great tips for maintaining my well-being post-massage, which I found very helpful.Overall, I cannot recommend Nadia highly enough. Nice and relaxing fitness pool.lovely and friendly staff.Special appreciation to Yasmine Bayda, the best PT ever!She is professional, kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence, after few months I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.

The ambience and the massage transports you to a different place so peaceful, must go here again (my friend n I had booked the swedish massage). Was my first time, so finding the parking inside the hotel and infront of the spa can be a bit tricky if you dont find any staff around to ask where the spa is. Also was my first time to experience that the steam and sauna main entrance is outside the main entrance of the spa, coz of the gym I guessed. 😅 Youll experience it only if you go there. And the choice of beverage. ☕

One of my fav gyms in dubai, I go everyday for morning working out and morning swim its amazing.staff are very friendly.my only recommendation they should do the body analysis for free like other gyms

Fantastic place for a massage especially if you’ve got body pain or sore muscles. Very professional setup and an equally proficient team of employees.Special shoutout to Eldo who was my masseuse for the day. Kept me informed throughout and even gave me a few tips for my own benefit for care at home.Going back soon😊

Its a question of if you want something super fancy or great massage in a clean place.This Spa is an old place in my favorite hotel by airport. You dont expect anything fancy there but the place is super clean and they offer great massage. Maybe thats how they keep their price very reasonable and affordable. Trust me, once you visit them for massage, you would never go elsewhere.

Has an impressive GYM, swimming pool, pool bar...The SPA staff are friendly and professional...Tip: Discounts available on SPA and Massage packages on Mondays and Wednesdays...Take some me time and visit Natural elements spa and get yourself pampered
