Amazing spa in Abu Dhabi! I was celebrating here my birthday. Gold package was just wow! Jacuzzi, sauna, then Hamam and massage after made me so happy! In the end I got a birthday cake with fruits and nuts, it was so sweet!! Additionally whole room was prepared was birthday. Just literally an amazing experience.I’m in love with the place. Great spa center. I had the best treatment in my life. Super relaxing massage with natural oil. Then green tea with fruits and nuts in relaxing area. I also went jacuzzi, sauna and private pool only for people who are in spa centre. Highly recommend. I spent half day there with super relaxing atmosphere. June 2024: This was my second visit to the spa at Rixos Hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were so welcoming, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The massage was pure bliss, targeting all my tight spots. The sauna and jacuzzi were spotless and so relaxing. Smitha, Putri, and the whole staff were so hospitable, thank you for everything🩷! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves!April 2024: I had an overall lovely experience. Beautiful location with very clean facilities. My masseur was Tami and she was amazing, I highly recommend her! Everyone at the spa was attentive and kind, would love to visit again. I purchased the spa package for my sister and her husband as a gift. They were visiting Abu Dhabi and I wanted them to try the famous moroccan bath. Its my first time to try out Naturelife Spa and I went with them based on the reviews I read. I was not mistaken. Service was really good. From the purchase till the booked date. My sister and her husband were pampered and treated as VIPs. Smitha was wonderful and very hospitable. I certainly recommend this spa.

I was taking to the heaven by professional therapist, Mira. First at the reception they asked you, if you have any Health issues, then treat you with a detox drink, lemon ginger and honey… Then introduce you to a therapist and asking which pressure would you like to do. In the room jacuzzi, sauna and shower available. Also aroma tea at the end! Definitely best place!

In all seriousness, Im absolutely grateful for this place. Had been wanting to indulge in one of their curated packages for a while, and I finally got the chance to.The day I came in, my whole spinal cord was hurting because I have cervical spondylosis which gets worse during season change (so much so that sometimes even walking is a pain). I hadnt slept for more than 5 days because of this excruciating pain in my back.All telephonic conversations were smooth and we made a booking for 3.5 hours.The Indian Lady (sorry mam I dont remember your name) at the Reception was the sweetest Ive met in any spa, absolutely professional, well spoken and understanding.All of the therapists were soft spoken, hard working and extremely professional, just like one would expect at a place like this. These beautiful women tried their best at every step of the way to make my lower back hurt less and remove all the knots. 24k gold facial did wonders to make my face glow!The well-curated massage rooms, top notch service, high quality imported products and the most relaxing ambience makes this place a class apart. We had planned to go to the Rixos beachside restaurant afterwards which was soul-enriching as well.I feel its crucial to mention that I left the spa feeling much lighter, more relaxed and 80% pain free. Which is a testament to their remarkable service.Rest assured, it was the best spa experience Ive had in UAE so far. Looking forward to my next time here!Thank you guys! May Allah bless you!Im no wellness expert and i realise Im just nitpicking at this point, but just offering small suggestions to make this place truly a 5 star experience:-1) Bath robes can be much softer and more plush.2) Please ask which specific oils or fragrances the customer would like to have used on their skin within the said treatment. I still have no idea what brand you guys used and whether or not the oils were organic, cold pressed or raw. Everything was great that day, but my face and back acne broke out the very next day, which rarely happens. When it comes to my skin, I like to be in control of the ingredients used (I like to ensure that products are without artificial fragrances, colors, additives, sulphates, parabens, silicones, phthalates and other such endocrine disruptors). That said, this was just my personal experience and my skin is extremely sensitive so that might not be the case for a lot of others.3) Also, I just wish we were informed beforehand that the getting unready + Sauna + the whole service + bathing + getting ready would take about 5-6 hours, so I could carve out more time to spend here because I couldnt enjoy the Jaccuzi, or blow dry my hair and get properly ready for my dinner date. Maybe next time Ill overcompensate. So for others planning to visit, please book a good 6 hours from your day, and dont rush anything. Its an experience to enjoy!

Frankly speaking, the place completely isolates you from the outside world, and the services in it are very wonderful and I would love to come to it after a long trip or a hard week of work.
