    Omg this was the best spa I ever went to in my whole life. I had the Turkish Hamamm , it was so relaxing and excellent customer service from Sari& Sambia.The spa is so nicely decorated and the aesthetics are jaw dropping I really felt like I was in heaven .     I visited Naturelife spa and had an amazing massage. I really liked the comfortable relaxation area where I was able to relax after the treatment. Also, they offered me a great selection of teas.     I’m really in love with Naturelife Spa! They have so beautiful SPA center itself with everything you need: Lockers with towel, robe, slippers, clothes for massage, showers, jacuzzi, steam room. Beautiful rooms for massage with relaxing music and light for the next luxury experience. I had one of the best pro massages in Dubai here! In the beginning you need to fill the form about your issues and desired massage so professional knows everything about you in the beginning.After hamam you can enjoy tasty teas with nuts and dates and live classical music! I was surprised: I’ve never seen SPA with live music before! It was amazing experience!They have beautiful view from the window. So you will have absolutely fantastic day with Naturelife!

    If you need some relaxing me time, you have to get yourself to Nature life spa at the Rixos. I had a mix massage and omg it was the best I have ever had. My therapist Linda is very experienced and she knew what pressure to use for which areas and the treatment overall was as very relaxing. Special thanks to Samiya for the warm welcome and all the help she offered. Will be coming back very soon.

    I had a wonderful and very special experience Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites is a luxury beach resort located on the famous Palm Jumeirah Dubai island. There I had spa and health care provided to me by the beautiful Mrs. Hania, who made me feel comfortable Complete, and relieves body muscle tension. In addition to many other spa treatments, in addition to the class of the other staff, including Mrs. Samia, who shows you all the spa facilities. They are really very wonderful. I advise you to visit this resort.     I like this spa. Ive been there twice. Ive tried both their hamam and massage. Im more satisfied with their hamam than with the massage. Staff are all very professional and nice. The facilities are great. Female and Male areas as well as common area for both genders to relax on their chaise longues with a view over the beach and the sea. Prices are a bit on the high end, but this is Rixos. Youre being served tea, infused water, nuts, dried fruit free of charge before and after your treatment. There are plenty of areas to relax. Most importantly- everything is very clean. Good value for money.

    I visited foe turkish hammam treatment and I loved it. Samiya showed me around the facilities and there are jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cold shower room, relaxing areas. Rika took care of the treatment and it was great. Afterwards I was seated in the relaxing area with sea view and was offered tea and snacks. Additionally there was live music and was given a gift.

    I have been coming to Naturelife Spa since 2019 and I love it. I often go with friends or with my husband and we love getting the Turkish hammam together or a massage. Bonus points that the Turkish hammam is a good size and can accommodate both couples or a small group of friends too. It’s very clean, calm and the services are amazing. They have both a steam room,sauna and jacuzzi in the women’s section which they allow you to use as much as possible. The therapists are very nice and professional as well. In terms of getting there be sure to plan ahead of time just due to the JBR and marina traffic however it’s very easy to valet at the hotel. What’s also nice is since it’s located in the Rixos hotel there are a number of places to eat at if you are hungry after your treatment. I’ll be back soon for sure!

    The best spa experience Ive ever had!Reception (Ahmed) was very warm, Samiya took me to a mini spa tour before my treatment and was extremely accommodating.My therapist Arista put me into absolute relaxation and zen - the massage was good and targeted all my pressure points.     Having a bad day? Feeling bored? Then just come to Naturelife spa! This is my second time here! I have tried mix massage before and this time I tried hamam bath , Turkish style. Even in turkey - in Istanbul or capadoccia you won’t find something like naturelife spa! Because it is a 5 star , it is extremely clean , and they treat their guest as the most important person in the world , I also love the part when the spa gets over and we are taken to a relaxing room where the guest is greeted with nuts fruits and tea and a evil eye bracelet , which is so sweet . Honestly it is my favorite place in Dubai for relaxation ,the kind of relaxation u feel after the spa is something I can’t comprehend! You have to try it to believe it that it is probably the best spa experience of Dubai!

    Visiting Naturelife spa first time and I was nicely surprised. Very friendly staff , especially Nailya , she gave me nice tour on the spa and advises. Terapist Elena , made amazing massage , her hands so soft and i was very close to feel asleep. It’s not easy to find a good massage therapist in dubai and finally I did.In the end I enjoyed in relaxing room with delicious tea and sweets and got even a gift from spa as a cute blue bracelet 🥰

    Had a great experience at Rixos JBRs Spa. Was escorted by Nailya to the treatment room who briefed me about the amenities available. My masseuse Helena was great, really thoughtful and pleasant! Absolutely loved the view of the beach at the post treatment room as well. All in all, would definitely recommend

Starting from booking - very easy, professional, on time service , to welcoming and very polite reception staff, to the overall ambiance and stunning interior and wonderful therapist Katarina who has got incredible knowledge and skills.     Very nice experience, very friendly staff, Naile showed us around and made sure we were comfortable at all time. Linda gave us a really good scrub at the Turkish Hamam. After the hamam we were served nut, fruits and drinks and accompanied with live violin music. Definitely a must try.

    Amazing hammam experience here at Rixos!! Me and my friend had an amazing afternoon thanks to Giulia and Ninda!! The ladies were amazing with us and made us feel spoiled and looked after!     One of the best spas there is. First they take you to take a steam bath and a sauna for 10 minutes. Then you relax on a comfy spreaded chair with selected tea beverages till your therapist arrive. Staff are very welcoming and energetic. The only downside is the price range but its worth the experience.

From the moment i entered until the moment i left it was flawless, she took care of me as a VVIP guest.The personal attention from Ms Ummu was remarkable, I was washed, scrubbed, lotioned so many times i lost count!
