I have visited Niyama Spa at the Aloft Hotel three times now, and every experience has been absolutely amazing. The spa has a calming and luxurious ambiance that immediately helps you unwind.A special thanks to Gigi, the incredibly talented masseuse, who has consistently provided the best massages I’ve ever had. Her technique is outstanding, and she is always attentive to ensuring every session is tailored to my needs. Gigi’s professionalism and kind nature make each visit even more special.After experiencing such exceptional service, I highly recommend purchasing their 12-session package—it’s a fantastic investment in self-care and relaxation. Recently I had a great pleasure and an amazing experience visiting the SPA in Aloft Hotel in Dubai South. One hour massage brought me back to life literally! Highly recommend Widia. She has magic hands, very pleasant, attentive, applies perfect pressure. Felt like on the cloud in the sky after her massage. The Spa itself is tidy, with an ambient relaxing atmosphere, pleasant massage oil smell, has all amenities needed for a perfect experience. 100% a must to visit!

Me and my mom have been coming here for months now, once a week. My mom has Gigi and she is amazing. Bella is the one who always does my massages. She is absolutely amazing. We have lived in Dubai for 11 years and this is the best massage we have ever had, and that’s why we keep going back each week. I would highly recommend to try it out and to do the full body massage. They also have a package for 8 massages which we keep taking. So definitely try this spa out and have a lovely massage.

Gigi is amazing! Her massage truly helped relieve my back and neck pain. She knows exactly how to target problem areas, and I felt so much better afterward. Highly recommend her!Also, it’s very easy to book online, even for the same day, so you can go on a whim.

A fantastic place to visit to unwind and enjoy either a relaxing massage or a more corrective. I’m post knee surgery and the massages I’ve recently received have been fantastic at aiding my recovery. The ladies are incredibly professional and the spa is relaxing and calming. I highly recommend Niyama Spa.
