I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage, and Linda did an absolutely perfect job! 🥹❤️ She knew exactly how to ease the tension, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.Thank you so much, Linda! Went here along with 3 friends, we wanted to do our spa at the same time and they were able to accommodate a schedule for the 4 of us together. Keeping in mind we had the booking done weeks ahead though. We were welcomed with refreshing cucumber water and ended the session with a relaxing cup of green tea. The staff is very polite and we had the best masseuses who worked around each knot and paid attention to the requested pressure level. Definitely coming back to release some more stress!

I had an amazing experience at Niyama Spa! Sara gave me a fantastic 60-minute massage—she was absolutely incredible and made it the most relaxing experience. I’ve experienced Tom and Rachana and they are wonderful professionals that know how to relieve muscle tension after exercise.Sometimes the massage may be a mixture of pain and relief however they will calmly and expertly knead out the affected areas. It’s a day later when I feel it has helped me sleep deeply and feel 100% again.

Staff are amazing especially the reception (forgot to ask her good name) she made sure we feel more relax on our first time experience located at the top of double tree al jaddaf definitely worth a visit and I can’t wait to go back again for our next session!
