Lovely little spa with a steam sauna, a dry sauna, and of course some massage options. I come back here all the time, even when Im staying at another nice hotel in Dubai. I just prefer to come back here. I recommend you ask for Melia, a cute girl who gives a straightforward, good and firm massage and has a fun and simple personality. I know her very well by now and I always come back to her because she always brings my mood up. If you want a bit more deep massage, I recommend you ask for Rania, I didnt see her much but shes a very nice person as well and gives a really good massage. Theres also a Thai lady who I can only assume gives a great massage as well, and a couple of more people who I dont know much about. Overall, a very nice experience, you cant really go wrong. And outside you have a nice bar and an outdoor pool and you can get some pretty good food and great cocktails. Sometimes they have an outdoor grill. All the staff there are super friendly and cool as well. Highly recommend this cute little spa. Also be sure to visit the English pub upstairs—the oldest in Dubai—you almost always meet some really interesting people there, and everyone is super friendly.

The massages here are optimal to help you recover after a long flight, to de-stress or help with lack of sleep.I came to the spa with pain and muscle tension in my back, so I chose the Deep Tissue Massage. I also chose 90 minutes, to intensify the results.I felt really rejuvenated after it, pain is gone and I can stretch normally again. This is one of the real joys in life, to feel good in ones own body!I was also really relaxed and was rewarded with a deep sleep. If youre in Dubai, youve got to try this out!The Spa has a comprehesive selection of massges from which to choose from. They also provide the right ambience and athmosphere, for one to really let go!

Her warm hospitality, friendliness and kindness has really touched me.
