I hesitated because of the most recent reviews but my experience has been quite positive.The receptionist were attentive, greeting positively. They didn’t keep me waiting long. And the massage was one of the best I had in Dubai. Yani, a Balinese massage therapist, is very experienced. She asked me about my preferences and focused on the areas I asked her to. I feel very relaxed and happy with my overall experience. I’ll definitely come back!

The spa is exceptionally clean and hygienic, with a warm and welcoming staff. I had an amazing massage and facial—truly relaxing and professional. The ambiance is luxurious, and the team pays great attention to guest comfort and detail. Well done to the Spa Manager for maintaining such a high standard. Excellent experience overall!

Impressed by how clean and well-maintained the spa is. The staff were very welcoming, and the massage were top-notch—professional and relaxing. Absolutely the best Hammam experience in Dubai! From the warm welcome at reception to the skilled therapists and attentive Spa Manager, the entire team made it exceptional. The facilities are top-class—sauna, steam room, bucket shower, ice fountain, and a comfortable warming bed.The experience was truly relaxing, topped off with delicious detox tea and, of course, macaroons! The luxurious ambiance made it even more special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium spa experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Pause Spa! The massage was truly professional and relaxing, and the entire team made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. A special thank you to the spa manager, who was incredibly helpful and polite in explaining more about the Château brand. The overall ambiance and service were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve visited this spa twice for a relaxing massage, and each time has been amazing. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly skilled. I loved the extra touches, like the cryo gel for muscle recovery—it made a big difference.

Beautiful spa. I was welcomed by amazing staff and felt comfortable and relaxed right away. They have great amenities to enhance relaxation before your appointment begins. Jacuzzi with nice view, steam room, showers, and relaxation room.I had a facial and it was excellent. Dhee did a fantastic job and was very professional and friendly. I ended my spa day with delicious detox tea. I highly recommend.

The most amazing massage I have ever had! I have had a multitude of massages in Dubai and none like this! My therapist Sharmin was fantastic and I left feeling relaxed and stress free! The staff were welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back again!

Best experience I’ve had for couples massage. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Very professional. You can also enjoy their facilities like jacuzzi and sauna while you’re there. Highly recommend!
