I love how the spa has the steam room and sauna so I usually come to use the facilities before my massage. The price is really reasonable compare to other hotels. My go to masseuse is Siracha, she’s always on time and she’s very attentive. After the massage, they even offer you tea and some snacks. Highly recommend it!!

I tried the hair spa that’s been trending for my birthday… and I must say it was fabulous!!!! Had the best experience and highly recommend ANI.. the face massage, neck and shoulders massage and HAIR experience was amazing !! Loved all 90 min of it ! Highly recommended ..

Such a lovely experience getting a body scrub and massage with Radha for my anniversary! She was amazing, they provided a cake and a personalised card too, which was really sweet. Radha has magical hands and gave me a thorough and amazing experience:))

We went for a 60 min couples massage. The Spa is very clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. The receptionist and all the staff are friendly and attentive. Annie and Wilreese, our therapists, are very professional and provided great care. Couldnt recommend more, well definitely come again soon!

My friend who lives nearby recommended refive spa and I must say it wasa pleasant and memorable experience. The entire place from top to bottom is very clean and modern looking. The massage rooms, the showers, the changing rooms were all impressively spotless. My masseuse, Jish, was very friendly and he really helped me get rid of my knots. The spa has was more reviews through the hotel’s main google page so there are lots of reviews to look at there as well.

RE-FIVE just never lets you down!I’ve been coming for a long time and there is a reason I keep going back!Today booked a 60 minute massage for myself and my partner. Today our therapists were Ari and Sisi who were wonderful. We were given a choice out of 3 essential oils to use the girls techniques were just 10/10. Really taking care of us and understanding any areas we’d like them to focus on.The spa itself is lovely, very tranquil, clean and the beds are super comfy!Thanks again RE-FIVE team and to Raiza who’s always so helpful, friendly and smiley on reception! 👏

Massage was good and the facility is really nice, personally the temperature was too cold but the masseuse was so kind and turned off the AC. The oils they use smell really good and are very skin friendly. I enjoyed the massage and if you are there I would recommend you to try it.I cant give 5 starts though as the price is really high and other facilities who ask for the same amount offer more.

We went for a couples massage. The ambiance is very relaxing, please is super clean. Josephine the receptionist is friendly and attentive. Ari and Jesh, the female and male masseuse, are very professional and provided great care. Couldnt recommend more, Ill definitely come again .

I had a massage by the male masseuse on my last day in Dubai. It was really nice, the room was very clean and the spa smelt amazing. I am very picky with massage but the masseuse really worked where I had tension. He gave me a choice of oils to use for my massage and also offered me some tea in the relaxation room. The facilities are also quite nice and clean and includes a gym, steam and sauna. The reception staff were also very helpful as I needed to rearrange my appointment from the night before as I was at Five Palm and they moved it without any hassle. Thank you very much!

Team is kindly and professional. I came late and they still provide me service according to my booking. They take care and provide soft drinks (water, tea) if you would like to have. The interior and atmosphere have a charming feel☺️.

I work a lot, and I’m from the USA but Hands down this is the best massage I’ve ever had in my life by Narin. Her pressure was the perfect pressure and she address all of my focused areas. She made my migraine go away. I had to sit in the sauna few Minutes just because I didn’t want to leave. I will be back again before I fly out for sure. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
