    I had the most wonderful experience at SaltZen Spa in City Walk. The ambiance is cozy, peaceful, and beautifully designed — the perfect escape from the city’s buzz. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my therapist Zai was incredible! She was so skilled and attentive, working through every knot with just the right pressure.     My experience at SaltZen Spa was truly outstanding from the minute I made the booking until I finished my massage. The experience was highly personalized with great attention to details. My therapist Cheryl was fantastic and she even recommended the best massage for me which really relaxed me while releasing the tension I always have in my back muscles due to exercise. The spa colors are beautiful and conducive for relaxing. They also have a sauna!! Highly recommended and will definitely go back!

    I had an amazing experience at Saltzen Spa in City Walk! I went for a face and head massage, and it was absolutely incredible, so relaxing and healing. I was warmly welcomed by Ketut, Sheryl, and two other lovely ladies whose names I, unfortunately, forgot, but their energy and kindness made the experience unforgettable.The atmosphere at Saltzen is calm, clean, and full of good vibes. They even served a detox tea after the treatment, which was the perfect finishing touch.     What a wonderful new discovery in City Walk! I had such a relaxing Balinese massage, followed by a face and scalp massage and infrared sauna to detoxify, all was pure bliss. My therapist was amazing and the energy from the whole team was so nurturing and caring. I would love to come back soon ❤️

    I love that the massage is in a room with a salt wall. Its like you are getting 2 services for 1. The staff was soo pleasant and the ambiance was very relaxing. The deep tissue massage was a perfect preparation for our 14 hour flight back home. 😜 Oh and the water, detox tea, nuts and dates were an awesome end to the service!!! I would TOTALLY recommend this service to anyone especially if you are like us and need to loosen up before a long flight.Oh and I almost forgot to mentioned. They serviced my autistic teenage son. He has seasonal allergies and sometimes has a sensory need for pressure. I noticed that he was quite calm when he finished his massage. Total plus!!!!! Thanks again!!#TreatYourself

    I did massage with Katul, amazing knowledge and energy. I had a lot of muscle soreness and stiff muscles specifically on my back. After the session I could move my neck again and felt alive. So happy to discovered these place and definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking a professional services and kind staff. The place very clean, atmosphere so relaxed and amazing smell around 🙊

    Amazing experience. Received a truly professional head and neck massage that was not only relaxing but seriously therapeutic. I am a dentist and have never received the best care from a massage therapist, like Sherry. She is so kind and thorough- very passionate about what she does.     I have no words to describe what an amazing Spa this place is!!!! I have been doing massage frequently for nearly 20 years with trying plenty of places in Dubai. But nothing comes close to the massage I had with Zai ❤️ she is so knowledgeable yet very gentle and caring. She really felt what my body needed and adjusted her pressure accordingly. It was the most relaxing and therapeutic massage I’ve had in a very long time. Also the space is very calming with perfect room temperature (no blasting AC which happens in many places). The place also has sauna and offers amazing teas at the beginning and at the end. Team is super friendly and very responsive via WhatsApp - thank you ladies! The place is very new and I wish them very well. Can’t wait to be back!!!

The therapists are amazing, I have tried three of them and they had all wonderful hands,although if I must pick I would say Ketut, the balinese.They are very professional, gentle, and offer you some dates and tea every time you come.Also interesting packages if you come often!

    I had a great experience at Saltzen Spa. Sheryl is absolutely incredible with deep tissue treatment. Within just 1-2 sessions, she helped ease the tightness in my neck, shoulders, and hamstrings by a lot.She works with just the right amount of pressure to target problem areas and even managed to crack my neck and back, which left my entire back feeling open and relaxed. It is definitely one of the most effective treatments I’ve had.The spa itself is new and has a soothing, calming vibe. The staff are warm and welcoming, which makes the entire experience even better. If anyone is looking for real relief from muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend Sheryl at Saltzen Spa.
