Amazing experienceI literally travelled to Bali without leaving the Dubai. I’m in love with the treatment. Hot stone massage was super relaxing. I feel myself better after long tough day this just exactly what I needed. Each detail in this spa center is perfect. Super calm and nice atmosphere, staff absolutely amazing friendly very welcoming. I got ginger tea and special Balinese ritual at the beginning. My legs were washed with oil and scrub. Highly recommend. Everything just perfect. I feel myself really special and very good treated.

We were welcomed into the spa and left to change and relax in the sauna steam and spa bath. Then we started by washing the feet and choosing the essence. We then moved on to a very relaxing massage, to the point I fell asleep the therapist was kind and very talented. I asked for a light touch which she did perfectly. The experience was finished off with a tea and carrots and cucumber. Was a great experience.

Great massage session. My wife and I had a couples Balinese massage and had a relaxing time. Our Indonesian therapists, Sunar & Rahayu, were very professional and asked us which areas we wanted to have focused. They guided us in every process of the treatment. It was very good.The wet area facilities which include a sauna, steam, jacuzzi, relaxation room and experiential shower were all incredible. Would recommend this place :)

I booked for the 1st January but unfortunately they scheduled the appointment for 31st December (New Years Eve) - I turned up on the 1st and they told me of the error which left me disappointed. After cooling down rebooked for the 2nd January and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. We had the Ultimate Indulgence and Frangipani Body Glow, I was left feeling steamed, rolled and set like a tray of dimsum, it was great! They even have a discount to make up for the error in the earlier booking - the customer service and massage were both sensational overall.
