Putu was an incredibly good therapist. I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life and she was by far the best. I will be booking again. She knows exactly which areas to target and applies the perfect pressure. Whether it’s stress from work or muscle pain from exercise she will help 1000%. I’ve been a fan of Sensasia for many years. This was my first visit to their newest branch in Kempinski MOE. It was absolutely everything I expected! My masseuse Nuri was one of the BEST I have ever experienced in my whole life! I highly recommend you upgrade your experience to include a She Butter Candle instead of typical oil. Thank you to the reception staff who were equally as wonderful! A truly healing experience 🪷

The opulence and elegance of the hotel is second to none and is continued to the most amazing majestic & modern tranquil spa, I have never experienced, with such high standards and top quality products. I had the most beautiful massage therapist Fri, she knew I was exhausted of weeks of travelling. I have never nationally or internationally had the most relaxing hot stone full body massage with the most nourishing & hydrating facial, ever before to this level of attention to detail, my body is rejuvenated & I feel pampered & relaxed. After your treatment you are directed to a relaxation room and served with organic ginger tea & hydrating fruit water. Thank you so much the staff at Sensasia Spa. I am looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this top quality spa, to anyone who needs TLC or reboot their energy levels.

Absolutely THE BEST SPA in Dubai !! The masseuse are highly trained with a high level of expertise and professionalism, apply all pressure points in the Balinese massage, making me feel absolutely refreshed and my body felt amazingly rejuvenated ! Nuri was an absolute gem as the master masseuse ! And Fatima greeted me at the spa and made me feel immediately welcome ! Thank you and that has become my weekly massage spa !

First they welcome you with a drink and you change to slippers before going inside. You go to the changing room to get ready for the massage and the Therapist and the massage technique is amazing love it .! But unfortunately the jacuzzi and the sauna room weren’t working and were on maintenance .. they have emirates platinum discount as well and the service is super 😍👌

Visited today with my husband for a couples massage and scrub and had the most perfect and relaxing morning. The staff right from the receptionist to the massuse were so welcoming and helpful.They kindly added in an eye treatment free of charge as it was my birthday. Id go as far as to say it was one of the best massages Ive had. Would highly recommend.

Visited Sensasia Stories Kempinsky mid April 2023 and I couldn’t have made a better decision than this on my birthday month ☺️. In this place, the treatment doesn’t start in the room, it starts from the minute you enter the doors and meet lovely smiles from the reception. The comfortable space, calming music and their Ginger tea 🤗combined with a great model of care and very professional receptionists & therapists – made my visit a great experience and has helped me begin to feel better. Oh I’d recommend “The Luxe Coco Ritual with Stones” option & it gets better…they can even customise a package according to your needs. Shout out to Patience she’s a vibrant spirit & Alice a very professional therapist . What a lovely place to be 💕

The welcoming is exceptionally the treatment is exceptional, the customer service is exceptional, the ambience is exceptional. Just one comment to the guy at the reception; don’t keep trying to upsell all your products.
