    My new favorite SPA in Dubai! ..I just experienced the Senses of Dubai treatment at Serenity Spa for 90 min - my skin is silky smooth like a baby now! From the moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere set the tone for total relaxation. The salt scrub with oud oil felt incredible, leaving my skin refreshed and glowing. But the highlight? The pearl wrap and goldleaf oil hydration—pute luxury and it smells magic!The relaxation rooms (they have ladies only as well as mixed ) a very welcoming warm and beautifully designed . Finished off with some herbal tea and a sugar free muffin in the relaxation room. Honestly, the perfect escape right here in Dubai. ✨💆‍♀️

    I had the most incredible massage by Nyoman. An hour of pure bliss! Probably the best massage I’ve had. The spa is beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!

    Lovely new facilities. We had a package which included a 60min massage, lunch at Seagrill (included) and the use of the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. We arrived at 12noon and left at 5pm. Real value for money and not crowded.

    I had the most fabulous experience at the serenity spa. It’s absolutely beautiful inside. I felt completely and utterly relaxed.The staff took exceptionally great care of us, and ensured we had a truly amazing experience. Especially Gergeana, whom went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I highly recommend, and will definitely come back again soon! Thank you

    I had a treatment by Jaya, the experience as amazing from start to finish. She had read the consultation form and applied what I asked for which was relaxation and to relieve muscle tension. Spa facilities are very clean and luxurious. Finishing with personalised recommended products. Would definitely pay another visit. 5 stars.

    The best spa in dubai, as a relaxing massage lover this was the first time in 10 years in dubai that I really enjoyed one, Zanele was my therapist and god bless her hands, she exactly tailored my treatments to what I wanted and needed and her massage was the best I had since I arrived in dubai, she never removed her hands wile massaging me to avoid disrupting my relaxation and she was so smooth and gentle wile moving around without making noise, I felt so pampered and respected that truly made an impact in my well being, Without forgetting the amazing welcome from the manager Debora who showed me around and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable as soon as I arrived,I don’t have enough words to thank you, but I recommend everyone to come try it and thank me later.

    We had a wonderful Holistic Massage as a couple - this was fabulous if you want to relax. The spa is stunning and staff are really lovely. Vipin and Kadi were great and very attentive, highly recommend asking for them!See you both again soon, Iffy & Kiran 🩶

    I had a wonderful experience at Serenity Spa in the Fairmont Palm. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the staff is welcoming and professional. I tried the signature massage, and it was thorough and deeply relaxing. The facilities are new, very clean and well-maintained, making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely return.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, the facilities pristine, and every detail was thought of to ensure total comfort. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in paradise.
