I was treated to a Spa day here with a 30min body scrub and a 60min full body massage and what an absolute treat it was. You are greeted at reception by a friendly receptionist and then collected by one of the Spa ladies who show you where to put you things and then give you a tour of the place. There are separate mens and womens areas which is great and you have access to the steam room,sauna, pools etc before or after your treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning there. After your treatment your therapist will also bring you a tea. There are proper shower facilities and shampoo and conditioner,body wash is provided. You also get a bath robe and access to towels to use. The only thing you need to bring is your swimwear. Overall, I was very impressed with how professional and smooth the process wasThank you.

I had Polynesian Deep Tissue massage which was really good the spa facilities are amazing specially that there is ladies only section which is convenient for covered ladies, I had an issue with one of the staff misleading information but the receptionist (Rosemary) was so helpful and handled the situation really well which made us leave pleased and happy she is the right person if you want anything from the spa

I would trust her taste ;)“Wida” was amazing in the express hammam, the strength of the rubbing was perfect, she kept asking me for my preferences and she did a great job! I felt comfortable and I would highly recommend her in Hammam.“Sasikala” was everything I needed in the deep tissue massage. She is very skilled, well educated and known what she is doing. She identified my tense zones and worked her magic. Super kind and polite, honestly I wouldn’t choose someone else to do the massages here but here.I recommend giving the spa a go if you are staying in the Sofitel :D

Ive been to this spa several times and today didnt disappoint. I love their wide range of facilities, especially the outdoor pool. Today I had Gertrude who gave a relaxing hour-long massage. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the experience exceptional.Only thing, we had to search for towels at the end of our stay to use the showers and the some of the products needed replenishment. But didnt affect the quality of our time there. Will be back for sure!

This is the second time we’ve had the spa treatments here at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Once again the treatments were excellent and both spa therapists went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend getting a treatment here if you’re staying.My only negative would be the price the hotel charges for the treatments in the first place I think as good as the therapists are and the hotel is it’s is too expensive and both times we’ve had treatments here the spa has been quiet.

Such an incredible spa facilities, and the massage was incredible.Not the spas fault or the staff but unfortunately some customers are very inconsiderate of others, they were so loud, messy and very un relaxing which unfortunately ruined the experience, even during the massage.Maybe the staff can inform people to be a little more mindful, that being said, I absolutely will be back as it’s such a wonderful place

We had a great day and I cannot fault the facial. I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed.The facilities could be a little better, at times there were no towels and we had to look for staff to ask for them. The floors were soaking wet and I slipped a few times. The spa does not look like the photos and some of the areas were not working properly ie the tropical showers or the pool with bubbles, or the steam room with cut off hose pipes. The hydro bath needs a good clean as you can see the dirt around the edges. The outside area is stunning. It is just a shame that on the day they admitted a group of older teenage boys who ruined the outside spa pool for many people.

Worth every single penny! I really enjoyed my entire experience here, especially the full use of the facilities before and after the spa session. There were so many things to do aside from the spa session. The actual session was incredible, with the ladies really taking the time to complete everything to a high standard. They spoke in a calm and professional manner and checked in periodically throughout the massage, hammam and facial to ensure the pressure etc. was right. I didn’t get their names but a special shout out to the two ladies who looked after me and my sister in law throughout the experience - there was one black lady and one Indian lady. The only thing I would say is that because the price is so much, I was expecting a little goodie bag of travel sized miniatures of the products used. This isn’t a negative but rather a recommendation.

The facilities are excellent, particularly the relaxing swimming pools and cozy bathrobes. Its a bonus that the spa offers an outdoor swimming pool for couples. However, there were cleanliness issues with the trash bin and toilet in one of the washrooms, mold on the ceiling of the mens steam room, and the massage staff seemed tired and unfriendly.

It’s a lovely spa, nice facilities inside the spa, great massage. The gym is well equipped but it looks a bit dated. There’s sauna and steam at the gym changing room which I frequent often with privilee, I just wish there was a relaxation area to sit down comfortably after the sauna. Nice amenities overall.

It has been 5 years since my last visit to Sofital Spa at the Palm. And was happy to see that the SPA till now is consistent with the services. Massage by Weeraya was totally 5 star experience. She started by explaining me what she will do, helping to choose oil and explaining benefits of each type. It was a proper massage performed by professional masseuse. Ambience, temperature, light, music - everything was perfect. In general SPA Amenities are clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend this SPA

We were celebrating 2 of my friends Birthdays.The Team at the Spa were extremely professional & welcoming and the Spa facilities are wonderful.Many thanks to Veronica at reception she kindly arranged Petals to be laid on my 2 friends massage beds and a Happy Birthday as a surprise for them. It really looked beautiful. Our Masseurs were of a high quality and excellent and the Kenyan Lady who looked after us and showed us around was lovely and very professional as well.We all live in Dubai and have been to various Spas and were very impressed with the service, facilities and treatment at the Sofitel Spa, The Palm Hotel Dubai. What a calming experience, I had a fantastic time in the Sofitel Spa. The masseuse was very professional, she talked me what she was going to do and made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure she was applying. It was very calming and relaxing experience. Any time I’m in Dubai I always love to visit the Sofitel for a massage. The masseuses are incredibly professional and always make me feel completely at ease, usually meaning I fall asleep at some point it’s that relaxing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.
