I went to Damac Maison Distinction four times and I ve never been disappointed. I enjoyed using the spa which was very clean. the information on how to use the spa, sauna and jacuzzi was very well indicated. the staff were always ready to answer any questions we might have. This really helped to make our stay incredible, which is why we went back several times! If youre looking for a place to relax and unwind, Softouch Spa is the place to go!

Popped into Softouch Spa at DAMAC Maison Distinction the other day for a massage and honestly… 10/10 experience. The space was super clean, had such a calming vibe, and the music just set the mood perfectly. The team were really professional and made me feel so at ease. The massage was incredible — I walked out feeling like a new human (finally). Highly recommend if you’re in need of a proper reset. 💆‍♀️✨

Being a resident of this building and a regular user of this SPA facilities for more than a year and a half, I can confidently say that it is truly worth visiting it.Huge shoutout to Olivia for being a perfect Therapist. Her knowledge and experience is astonishing, coupled with the right pressure intensity.The SPA is also equipped with a Jacuzzi, a Sauna room, and a Steam room, and of course a perfect Burj Khalifa view from the outside terrace are just delightful.Would recommend 10/10.

Me and my husband had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Manoj and Kadek, and I can confidently say it was the best massage Ive had in Dubai. Ms. Kadek is incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience both relaxing and therapeutic. I felt completely rejuvenated afterward and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch massage. Truly exceptional! il come back soon :)

Today was my first time visiting this place I got a a gift card for a 60 min massage and it was just the place I’m looking for !! We booked a couples massage here and it met our expectations. My therapist, Ni Made, was excellent and performed the treatment very well - one of the best treatments Ive had so far. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi facilities are very clean and left us feeling relaxed and energized. Highly recommend visiting and ask for Ni Made when you do.

I had a hydraglobal facial at softouch and I must say its one of the best hydrating treatment I have received, without any irritation to my sensitive skin. The treatment was worth the value as they did a drainage and lifting massage. I Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I came here and we both just had the most AMAZING massage from Novi. We couldn’t get an appointment at the same time so she massaged my boyfriend first whilst I used the sauna and spa facilities (which were great). Then I had the massage. It was SO good. I felt like Novi has a really good technique and it never feels like she’s rushing to massage the whole body despite it only being a 60 min massage. I left feeling super relaxed and amazing. I will definitely be back!

To summarise succinctly, the massage is quite phenomenal. Whilst the spa facilities are a little dated and were not fully functional, this did not really detract from the experience. The services offered were of a reasonable price.Nadia, who was at the front desk was really helpful and accommodative as we looked to spend some time in the hotel before our room was ready. She provided a lovely first impression. My masseuse was Novi. This was easily one of the best full body Thai massages that I have had and I thoroughly recommend it. The skill and quality of the massage cannot be understated.Others have mentioned possible smells in the spa. There was no such issue with our experience. And certainly the towels smelt beautiful, infused with fragrant aromas from the washing process. Those looking for a full-on spa experience will not find that here. But for anyone looking for a high quality massage with some spa-type facilities, this is fully recommended. Especially if youre living in the hotel!

We opted for Swedish massage by Yamuna and deep tissue by Olivia. Both of them were so polite and professional. Massage was very very relaxing and olivias pressure is super strong .. bravo. I have gotten at least 5-6 massages from this place so far and let me tell you they do not disappoint. It’s definitely my go-to place to relax. The women have the perfect amount of pressure. Yamuna is my favorite. She’s probably given me one of the best massages I ever got and I’ve travelled to many countries and I have done many massages. So that’s saying a lot!

It was our first time to try the Softouch Spa in Damac Maison Distinction Hotel in Burj views area, opposite South Ridge through Groupon Deals. We spent our weekend in there last Saturday. The place is quiet and clean and had the perfect view of Burj Khalifa at the pool side area. It is also very accessible by bus to business bay metro station if you will go by public transportation. We enjoyed the spa facilities such as the jacuzzi, sauna and steam before having our spa treatment. The massage is AMAZING, we all loved it. Ms. Olivia, the therapist who did my massage is really professional and best in her craft. I usually feel bad and will vomit after massage but Ms. Olivia is an angel, really really good, so glad to have finally found this spa. The other therapist Ms. Novi, who did the facial and massage to my sister and friends was AMAZING too. The Manager, Ms. Nadia was very nice and welcoming and have been assisting us from the beginning to end and she also served us herself the best tea with dates right after our massage in the relaxation area. I am highly recommending Softouch Spa if you are looking for a professional staff and amazing service and massage, and a clean and quiet place to unwind and enjoy the scenery of burj views especially the perfect view to capture Burj Khalifa. Keep it up Softouch Spa Team! Kudos to all of you!.. It was all worth it. we will be coming back for sure. 🙏😊❤️
