    Its love at first sight. I had a pregnancy massage and I never felt so good. During pregnancy, a massage is a pleasure, amazing relaxation area I even took a nap after the massage . And after giving birth, I finally got to the facilities, steam room , snow room and ottoman pool is my favourite .

    What a heavenly experience. You can feel the luxury right from when you step into Zabeel Saray. The staff is really friendly and they’ve taken extra care to get the finest of details right. The massage in itself was super relaxing. They have a really nice sauna, jacuzzi and a bunch of other facilities. If you’re looking to treat yourself or a loved one for a special occasion, this is a fantastic option (quite pricy but definitely worth it)

    This was the first time I have visited a spa & had a professional massage.Let me tell you this was an amazing experience and a wonderful spa.I had gone there with my wife to celebrate my anniversary & the assistant manager (Ashish Sharma) was kind enough to give us a complimentary couples spa access along with gifts from the Talise spa.Amazing place to visit & highly recommended

    The most amazing spa and Turkish bath experience in Dubai. One of a kind. Above the rest. The attention to detail and service is beyond this world. Always booked in advance and limited availability, but it’s worth the wait. We shall return for a day treat and enjoy the facilities more, where you can spend all the time you need after your treatment. Looking forward to the next visit!

    Had an amazing experience here. I went to the spa twice and they have an array of facilities from multiple pools, jacuzzi, marble beds, and the list goes on. I went back for the Hamam service and this was awesome and a very unique experience.The Jumeriah group really knows how to do luxury well!

    The signature hammam was an amazing experience. The facilities for couples are not as nice as the facilities that you can enjoy in the women only or men only sections, so I would recommend spending time in both.

    I went to this spa 4 times already , I like it very much . The facilities very nice , but the reception is very slow , and when I try to book my appointment I tried to call 3 days , nobody pick up and when o finally get answer the lady talk with me 25 minutes. Also when we came the snow room was not working, which is ok because she informed me already , but one shower was not working , also one sauna was out of service and the price for using facilities was the same no any discount was offered. The water in swimming pool was very hot . For my Hamam I am very happy and recommend lady from Turkey she was very friendly and careful.Also this spa offering free tea , dates , nuts and dry apricots . The menu from spa restaurant very poor , if you stay all day smoothie is not enough . But the place is really good .

    The Talise Ottoman spa really does live up to its name as one of the best spas in the world an award which they have won a number of times.I have visited this spa a number of times and can not fault it. Due to demand I would highly recommend booking in advance if you are after a particular treatment because bookings can be fairly busy.The spa in itself is incredible well kept, amazingly clean and not a thing out of place.The facilities are great which include a mineral swimming pool, jacuzzi room, sauna and snow room.I have opted for a similar treatment on all my visits which was the “90 min sultan massage” something which has always been great.All the staff are extremely attentive and really do want you to have the best experience here.

    Great experience overall, but a few issues need addressing:1. Lockers: Not enough for all guests. I had to share a locker with my friend, which was inconvenient.2. Robes: The robes seemed worn out and were given without belts, making it uncomfortable as we headed to the massage.3. Slippers: They did not give us slippers we had to request it and it was like feeling lost inside.4. They told us photographers are not allowed they should inform everyone not to take pictures of other women. I had to stay anxious because one tourist lady was taking pictures inside the jacuzzi bath in the majlis area was not nice experience to be in the side of camera.I hope these issues can be fixed to improve the guest experience.Thank you.

    Omg! Had the jacuzzi followed by rose balm massage. Spectacular ambience and luxurious pampering! This is bliss. Can’t wait to spend another day here. The receptionist gave me 20% discount as they ran a few minutes late. Made me smile more 😁😁😁

    The spa design so amazing high class , very authentic. BUT the problem need more organisation never you find manager there , always beginners staff who doesn t know how to reply u or give u clear answer, for the gym no instructor there no cleaner after 6 pm.     My wife and I were gifted a spa day by a friend. It was a very relaxing experience, our treatments were great and delivered to perfection. The whole ambiance is great - haven’t been to a spa which meets these standards!Only criticism would be that the staff didn’t really direct us to anywhere so it is easy to get lost which can waste time.

    I had the most incredible experience at Talise spa, and its all thanks to the amazing therapist who did the Turkish bath, her name is Glines. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a soothing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.The Turkish bath itself was a true delight. The therapists expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire treatment. She skillfully guided me through the various steps of the bath, ensuring that I felt comfortable and relaxed at every moment. The combination of steam, exfoliation, and massage left me feeling rejuvenated and utterly pampered.The spa has also various facilities, such as steam room, hot stones, sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool.I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and personalized spa experience. Its an experience you wont soon forget.

    This Spa is gorgeous, pure relaxation in a very spacious and luxurious 5* environment. Its also very quiet so you can use the amazing facilities almost privately. They have a big swimming pool always empty, two jacuzzi room , and one of them is so beautiful, you have a snow room and some steaming room and a sauna.About the treatment: Ive done the Sultan massage, Cristal Rose, the feet reflexology ( a delight) and many facials, the quality is overall pretty good. You go back home feeling so relax !I remove one start because the reception staff is really underwhelming , they ALWAYS make me feel awkward for some reason, even trough Im a regular customer they always look at me like if I dont belong here... It would be so much better if we could directly book online and avoiding them.And finally the Spa card is extremely limited and most of the massages arent offered anymore, basically they only do the Sultan one or the facial... disappointing.

    We had hamam treatments here - it was superb. Fantastic spa facilities with snow room, sauna, steam, jacuzzi and more. Definitely one of the best spas and the staff are very friendly. This was our 2nd time here and would visit again.

    The most beautiful Spa I have been to but this heaven of peace& luxury is ruined by Clients using their phone: watching noisy videos in the relaxing rooms, girls wandering around making insta stories… they should ban phones inside, it ruined my experience (it was on a Sunday so probably also more people in the premise).I was told probably 5 times by the Staff to watch out for the slippery marble floor (which was really annoying but I understand their concern), I wish they would do the same to refrain people using their phones or just have a no-phone policy inside (there are signs but no one respect it).I literally had a girl next to me making a noisy video call with her friends while in the beautiful sauna pool, it was extremely annoying… it’s a 5 stars spa with a 3 stars atmosphere, I couldn’t relax as I wished which is a pity as it was extraordinary for me to be there.

    What a wonderful experience. I got the Turkish hammam, Sultan signature massage an express facial. All with therapist Sharmila, who was excellent, really attentive to my requests especially for the massage. The facilities are beautiful (albeit certainly not the newest of the new but well-kept and clean). Couldn’t recommend more and will be back!

    I have never had a hammam before but it was highly recommended to me and it was literally the best thing Ive ever done in my life. The Talise Ottoman Spa was the best place to do it.     We attended a couples massage and were disappointed by the lack of professionalism. We were peted and smeared with oil, and at the end we were shown exercises to relax tense muscles... In fact, it was for relaxation that why we came to the massage. The common rooms were lovely. Excellent saunas, a snow room and a large swimming pool. Choose your massage therapists carefully or change them to the best ones

    Nice, big spa, but no consideration is given to the people, that would like a calm Atmosphere. The women are talking on the phone or talking loudly. They also block the whirlpool and have their coffee parties in it. Unfortunately, this disturbs other guests who would like to relax. The employees walk past them and say nothing. They should be better trained here.

    Today I booked in for the Diamond and Rose ritual. It was an amazing experience. The spa is in excellent condition. My therapist was Lovi and she was amazing. Very professional yet friendly. It was my first visit to the spa and she explained the procedures for my treatment In detail and made me very relaxed. I would definitely recommend her for massage.

    Talise Ottoman SpaThe design was beautifully done, the service was great too. I had the Sultan massage with a lady called Shamila and I can say it was the best massage I had for a while. I do go for a lot of massages and try different spas.There was a really nice outdoor garden which was very peaceful. The treatment rooms were perfect in terms of space lighting and atmosphere.

    Love this spa! Amazing experience as always. I had a relaxing massage with Fanai, she was so good and made sure that i was comfortable. Facilities were all great and snow room as a bonus! This was my second time and i forgot my sunglasses on the first visit ( few months back) , Mr. DAS helped me out to get my sunglasses back. I was so happy. Thank You Mr. Das.Also, Camille at the reception offered me a tea while i was waiting for my sunglasses without me asking for it. Over-all experience was exceptional.Thank you.

    I had a wonderful hammam treatment followed by a massage in total for approx 2,5 hours and it was absolutely amazing . The therapist made the whole stay so calm and relaxing and I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. I think his name was tulgur.I can only recommend the treatment.The only annoying thing was that some guests use the relaxing area to watch videos on their phones on loud speaker which is absolutely disrespectful.

    Do u want to feel like royalty? Thats your place. Flawless...beautiful...magestic.. the stars on the pools roof, the marble, the turquoise, the luxurious n comfy post treatment area ...really ended up feeling like an ottoman princess. Only lip corner down is the way they rush if you are late...kinda ruined the relaxation mood but i have done all the hammams in Dubai and none of them came even close to this one. Best hammam ever

    Beautiful exterior and interiorDid the ladies night on Monday 600dhs ; use of facilities unlimited with 1 hour massage and 45min morrocan Hammam it was fantastic wonderful ambiance and great masseuse ! The Hammam is definitely worth doing something different, it in itself includes exfoliating scrub with a massage and bath all on a hot marble table done in a private section of the spaI also did the a le carte facial and massage that was wonderful as well !Plenty of water and drinks around the emporiumLarge swimming pool and multiple sauna areasAnd hydropool I would recommend to a friend or tourist

    Nice spa with a number of facilities such as a large pool, jacuzzi tubs, snow room, sauna (both dry and wet), steam room and adventure showers (which are more novelty ideas than anything). They are gender separated so men and women are kept apart, and they are very strict with cell phone usage in the womens areas (which is rightfully so since a lot of women come here to unburden some of their coverings). The co-ed section is just a jacuzzi which is a bit underwhelming. They should definitely cater to more co-ed spaces that you can share if you are coming with your significant other. We had the couples hamam (Arabian Rose) and it was ok. The bubbles were fun but I felt like the rest was underwhelming. Id probably sign up for a massage instead next time.
