The most incredible spa and experience — honestly my favorite in Dubai. From the moment you enter the spa you already feel zen. All of the staff are so friendly and personable. I would recommend to arrive early so you can take advantage of the amenities, including an outdoor pool. The 60 minute revitalizing massage is heaven. My therapist was Irene and she was phenomenal. I always look forward to my next visit and you will too!

This place lives up to its reputation. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, the place is amazing with top notch facilities, and my masseur had me hooked. My massage was beyond good and relaxing.. The best part is that it is decently priced all things considered.. I will definitely go back there, matter fact, Talise will definitely become a regular for me. I’m looking forward to trying out their body and facial treatments.. Thanks Pradeep for an amazing experience.PS: Load up on the ginger/lemon drink.. it is quite refreshing..

5 star spa experience !!I’ll start by saying, if you’re looking for that ultimate Dubai spa experience, look no further. Talise Spa is the place to go.Talise Spa is absolutely stunning, clean facilities. Amazing vibe. Lovely staff. I arrived early, as recommended by reviewers before me, which allowed me to do a little massage prep using the sauna and indoor pools (bring your bathers!). The deep tissue massage was amazing and I’m looking forward to coming back to try out some other treatments. After my massage, I relaxed by the outside pool which felt like the perfect finisher to my little Spa morning. I spent roughly 3 hours at Talise Spa, including a 60 min massage.Opportunities for enhancement- Upon arrival I found out I was booked in with a male therapist, instead of a female therapist I thought I had requested in my online booking. I tried to reschedule on the spot, but unfortunately wasn’t able to due to the limited available appointments that week. I decided to go ahead with the male therapist and I wasn’t disappointed by the massage at all, but a simple confirmation call post-booking would’ve been great!- Despite 3 employees being present at reception, only one person was handling my ‘check-in’. Whilst figuring out what to do with my appointment (as described above), the receptionist was handling phone calls at the same time. I had already made up my mind midst phone call, but ended up waiting for him to finish the conversation to go ahead and start my spa experience that was already delayed.I thought maybe this was a one off, but during Check-out the same thing happened. My payment was handled whilst the receptionist was on the phone again. Definitely think there’s room for improvement there..

I had a long layover in Dubai from my trip to Manila back to Washington, DC. My good friend, who is currently based in Dubai, treated me to a massage at the Talise Spa. I felt exhausted from my trip and the thought of having a massage especially in a Zen-like spa is a welcome treat! The spa has saunas, steam room, hot tubs, jacuzzi, and plunge pool, as well as private massage rooms. Truly a spot for a needed relaxation and rejuvenation. I had Marc as my masseur. He has a nursing degree background, so he is knowledgeable about body chemistry. He was excellent in providing me the deep tissue massage that I requested and was able to pinpoint on tight muscles that needed extra attention. Marc was very professional! I came out from my massage very relaxed. I even managed to enjoy time at the sauna, steam room and hot tub afterwards. Overall, I had an amazing time at the Talise Spa. When I will be back in Dubai, I will make sure to visit this spa and will look for Marc again. Hope to be back in Dubai soonest!

This is the most relaxing place I have ever had treatments. I had a hydrid facial and body treatment with Lindo and she was absolutely exceptional. Highly recommend her and the Talise spa if you need a total escape experience! Lindo was especially kind to me.

Balma my masseuse and Hammam expert was amazing. She was extremely attentive and listened to all requests regarding focus areas for my massage it was truly a bespoke massage with choice of oils : mint/ eucalyptus, Arabian scent , lavender and gingobaloba and jasmine the massage rooms are beautiful very spacious with heated electronic beds. Was a wonderful massage.Reception is lovely and inviting with infused water and cold towels on entry, 5 star service changing areas are nice but only three changing rooms other areas to change were showers so not a problem . Equipped with Dyson hairdryer and styling products. Robes and slippers supplied with shower caps and small bag/ hotel amenities.Morrocan Hammam was lovely but I was not a fan of the bed setting being against the window instead of on the middle of the room felt it limits therapists access to all sides of your body, also it was very hot so can be extremely uncomfortable at times not the easiest experience. Also did not like that the location had to be walking distance through a mixed gender pool so not ideal for scarves woman so that’s the reason for 4 stars otherwise couldn’t fault the service and treatment thank you Balma !

This is for a more luxurious spa day.. All treatments are really relaxing and the specialists are trained very well. They have an outdoor pool so remember to bring your swimsuit to enjoy a nice pool day after or before your treatment. You will just need to get used to music on the speaker system which tends to be very ominous

Joyful time guaranteed! We had a wonderful spa treatment - perfect therapists work, relaxing and good massage. After massage there is steam room, sauna, hot and cold pools. We visited 3 another Talise SPa and it is aways memorable experience.Will come back again someday

I’ve been a long time member with Talise. The staff here is very friendly! Great group of guys and I personally enjoy their gym floor. Not so crazy that you got lost and not so small that you are fighting to get through sets because Andre the Giants cousin wants to use the same bench as you.

A beautiful SPA!As everywhere in the UAE, women and men are separated, but there is a sauna, steam room and a hot and cold pool for swimming for both. The massages are really extremely good. You can choose your massage oil and at the beginning your feet are washed.The massage beds are super modern and heated.A really extremely good SPA.

I have visited many spa places, but I have not seen a place that opens the soul. 😍 The reception of the Moroccan employee is to be thanked for it.They say about you haha 🤲🏻The prices are reasonable and well worth the work! There is a difference here in Riyadh, honestly 😁I had a massage, a scrub, a treatment, and a pedicure. The work was satisfactory and made my day. It literally made me smile 🤭 The minimum time you can take is 3 hours. Less than that, dont come.Shifa Emirates products are amazing. I went to Sephora Dubai Mall and got the same products they tried on meamazing !
