    The highlight of my holiday has undoubtedly been my experience at this wonderful hotel, where the staff has been exceptionally friendly and supportive. A special thank you goes to Madhu, the lifeguard, who has gone above and beyond to ensure my safety and enjoyment throughout my stay. His attentiveness and cheerful demeanor have made each day more enjoyable, allowing me to relax and truly make the most of my time here.     A very nice hotel with a lovely team.I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back next time I come to DubaiThe pool is very enjoyable and so is the lounge and the butcher restaurant. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant with the singer, the lottery to win a free meal/other gifts and the chef coming to greet us was a very nice touch.However the view is nice but there is work ongoing next to hotel and the highway on the other side if that is something that is important for you; I personally did not mind.

    Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness was truly impressive. The breakfast offered an incredible variety, with options to satisfy every taste. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful—they even lent us a phone charger adapter when we needed one!The service, quality, and overall experience far exceeded our expectations.     It was amazing stayiing in Dubai.we never met nice staff as in the first collection.They had smile on face all the time.From receptionist, man in hotel shop, cleaners to restaurants staff.Room was nice And clean.Perfect view from 12 floor.Pool was good And the view in the garden in dinner time was lovely😍We have just 1 point - buffett dinner wasn’t So good. Small choice of food. Missing side dish.Dont taste very good.Another hotel restaurants was amazing 😍We tryied nachos with cheese, beef steak, clunsandwich or chicken strips.Perfect⭐️If we will stay in Dubai again, 100% in the first collection.

    We had the pleasure of staying at The First Collection Business Bay. Our stay was incredible. To start, when we got there we were greeted and assisted as soon as we got out of the car. The check in process was quick and easy, the ambience was amazing and the hotel was spotless! Our hotel room was equipped with essentials. When it comes to housekeeping, our room is always cleaned perfectly and restocked with water, coffee, towels, and even slippers. I would like to give Godwin a shoutout for this! He is truly amazing and kind giving the best service you can ask for.They also had a breakfast buffet (additional charge) and the food was honestly really good. They had a variety of options, different kinds of juices, espresso based coffee, pastries and so much more. Again, the service was incredible! The servers, managers, and chefs were just so helpful and kind.Overall, our stay here was amazing and memorable. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend staying here!

    The hotel was a great experience. The rooms were very clean, the housekeepers came everyday with fresh towels and toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Harrison, he ensured that all our needs were met and went above and beyond in offering additional services and assistance.     Very spacious room we get I love when there’s plenty of free space and it doesn’t feel overcrowded. Everything is spotlessly clean.I like that they actualy try do be more sustainable✨A very pleasant surprise awaited us upon arrival. We had planned to just drop off our luggage and explore Dubai, as it was only 11:00 AM and check-in wasn’t until 2:00 PM. However, the staff let us check in immediately, which was such a relief after an overnight flight and truly made our day. ☀️✈️The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, a rooftop pool, a spa, a steakhouse, bars, shisha, and more ensuring an unforgettable stay.The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast has plenty of options for everyone. 🍽️The location could be better, as public transportation isn’t ideal, but taxis work just fine. 🚖

    This is a great Hotel to stay in. The customer service is amazing and the crew that service the rooms are amazing.     Our stay at the hotel was overall good. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to start the day off right. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A small concern, though, was that some of the water bottles provided had damaged edges around the drinking area, which could have caused an injury if not handled carefully. We hope this can be addressed in the future for safety.A special mention goes to Harrison, who made our experience even more memorable. He was exceptionally friendly, always ready to help, and had endless patience with any questions or requests we had. Thank you! :)

    Having spent 10 days at the First Collection Business Bay Im seriously impressed.The staff have been incredibly friendly, efficient, sociable and attentive and have really looked after us!The manager of the Shisha bar Yasih (apologies if I got the name wrong) has been incredible, really made it a great experience and made sure we could watch whatever football games we wanted and made sure everything was above expectations.The chef in the Shisha bar on the grill was incredible, we also had the privilege of knowing he buys all his own special spices with him which makes the food so much more impressive and is a much better price than the other restaurant in the hotel downstairs.The pool was great, always clean and the lifeguards were extremely attentive when less able swimmers were in the pool!Housekeeping really went above and beyond and even went as far to straighten our shoes and put our phone chargers away and even put my aftershave back in its box.Reception staff and concierge were always incredibly helpful and if we needed something or had questions theyd have the answers or theyd call up to our room to check if we needed anything!The only disappointing part of our stay was the Blacksmith restaurant. It was incredibly expensive and not good for money at all. Food was average and the spicy food was excessively hot to the point it wasnt enjoyable.

    Excellent hotel, 15 minutes away by taxi to the city centre.Everything was fine, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the restaurants were very good, serving typical atabian food, but also international dishes.Staff is also kind and helpful.Its a perfect location for visiting the Dubai downtown.The only thing is that near the hotel, there are constructions ongoing, but for us, that was not an issue.Also, the hotel has available free daily transport to Soluna Beach, Dubai Mall.Hope I will turn back here one day.

    My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in September. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we always had a good nights sleep. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. George, concierge, was very friendly and always put a smile our face whenever we saw him! The service was great, including house keeping who cleaned our room when requested in the evening and changed the iron that was faulty in our room. We would happily stay here again when we visit Dubai.

    Cosy hotel with very nice and caring staff, outdoor pool, buffet restaurant and on site bar. Rooms are nice size with balcony and a great thumbs up to the hard working guy in the fourth floor who made an excellent job of tidying my room daily, leaving it spotless - congrats young man. Would have been a five star review if it wasnt about the location. As Europeans we like a bit of a walk and around here is still a bit of a work in progress with buildings coming up. I guess this is temporary and I will consider returning and seeing how the location has improved.     Room was very spacious and luxurious with high ceilings.The breakfast was very varied but outside it is allowed to smoke… they should only allow that in restricted areas as not everyone want to smell cigarette smoke during their breakfast.Another drawback is that you could feel the cold air flow on your face from the AC even in low fan speed.

    Room clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice balcony with a nice view, no problem with bathroom, nice hot water, safe box in the room, friendly staff, great breakfast, reasonable price, nice restaurants about 15-20 minutes walking distance, safe area. To get to Metro station need taxi, costs about 5 dollars. We didnt use but provides shuttle to Dubai mall and mall of emirates.

    The hotel is in a relatively good location in Business Bay, just a short taxi ride into the city and metro station and not far from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. There is a small supermarket around the corner from the hotel which is convinient.After booking with Booking.com as I always do when coming to the UAE, my check in did not get off to a good start. My booking included taxes and charges, but I was told by reception that I had not paid city tax. After almost 2 hours of back and forth with booking.com who confirmed all taxes were paid, I checked in. I have never had this issue with any other hotel in the UAE and I have been coming here since 2015. I would recommend taking all confirmation of your booking with you.I was upgraded to a room with a balcony as a result of the above which was lovely and a nice gesture of goodwill. I couldn’t fault the room. The pool area is really nice but can be shaded in parts of the day. There were a lot of flies around in the reception and outside eating area which was frustrating.Breakfast was chaos everyday and at times limited or repeated food choices, I chose to sit outside for a quiet space.Overall I enjoyed my stay.

    This hotel was great for the price!I stayed here for 7 nights and my experience was very good. The room, the staff, the pool area and the location was great.However there is a reason for not leaving 5 stars and that is because of the food.I had the half board package included in my stay and the breakfast was average, it was the same food every day for 7 days, and there was not a huge variety in comparison to some breakfast buffets that I have had. You can imagine eating the same food for breakfast every day for 7 days gets a bit too much to the point where we skipped breakfast about 4 out of the 7 days.They had 3 different restaurants to choose from for dinner, however they gave you a set menu which did not change throughout our stay. The buffet dinner changed every night but there was not much variety and the food was just okay.I think that they should just keep one big restaurant that offers buffet food and focus on that primarily instead of having 3 different restaurants that offer average food.Another thing is that our fridge inside my room did not get cold at all so we had to order ice through room service often, and we did inform reception, and they got someone to test the fridge and they said it was faulty and they will replace it within the next 30 minutes. That never happened.Other than that, we had a great time and would most likely stay there again, just without the half board package.

    The hotel is super clean and all the staff is sooo kind and helpful! The service the hotel provides to their guest is a 10! They checked multiple times if everything was alright and if we needed anything. The Housekeeping staff is so sweet! And the lifeguard Laxman at the pool is such a joy to be around! Very friendly and happy! So are Manuel and Khailash! Also the people from the spa are the sweetest! Mr. Harrison was a wonderful help at the checkout! Everybody is so nice, it really makes the stay so special! I had the best time!

    I had a very comfortable stay, the staff were always smiling and happy to help, and id like to give special thanks to Mr. Bashar, the duty manager for his warm hospitality. The pool was great and Laxman, the lifeguard was very friendly. Breakfast was good and quite varied but the dinner buffet needs a bit of improvement in terms of taste and variety.The shuttle bus service to the malls was also very convenient.Overall, the hotel is great value for the price, and the facilities are very nice.

Laxman, the life guard made sure we were always comfortable and had a lovely smile which brightened our day. The whole hotel staff were amazing so all i can say is I highly recommend.

    The hotel is great! From the rooms to staff to food. One of my fav spots of this hotel’s facility is the outdoor pool. The pool offers a magnificent view whether on day or night.     Very beautiful and nice hotel! The service is excellent as well. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious enough, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Every day, the housekeepers provide a new big bottle of water. In the room, there’s a coffee machine with capsules that they restock daily (there’s also a kettle with different teas), plus a small fridge. Anytime I needed something, I called the reception, and they were super receptive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues.We had breakfast included, and there were many good options, although the selection was quite similar every day. I really appreciated being able to have gluten-free bread at every breakfast, which was a big plus since I’m celiac. The staff were really nice and happy to help. We also had dinner there once, and it was good. They offer a variety of options including meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes.In my opinion, the hotel’s location is good. They provide multiple shuttles to the Dubai Mall, the Mall of the Emirates, and a Soluna beach. If you take a taxi to the Dubai Mall, it’s 8 min & it’s only 18-20 dirhams.I highly recommend this place, and if I return to Dubai, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

    Everything is around 5-20 minutes away with a taxi, room was pretty clean beside the eyelash i found on the floor in the shower 👀But the service was more than helpful and friendly, im still thankful for the days spent there.Breakfast was also really nice and a lot to choose, even for picky eaters.     Had a pleasant stay at this hotel this past week. Staff were friendly and housekeeping were mostly good at keeping the room tidy and clean. Super unfortunate regarding the location of the pool, as its always in the shade. One of the rooms on the site seems to have the canal in the background though I didnt stay in this room, due to the distance from the canal, it doesnt seem like it would be possible to have a room that is canal facing. They also helped co-ordinate decorating my room with Happy Birthday balloons and decorations which was very much appreciated!

    The hotel was definitely worth my money. The rooms were nice with decent views. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, and everything was nice. The only issue we had was with the chill box, which did not seem to be working properly but was quickly fixed by the hotel engineer.The concierge also ordered an airport taxi for us in the night 👍🏻We ordered Uber to go to the Dubai Mall, which was located approximately 10 minutes away, and the Mall of Emirates, which was approximately 18 minutes away.

    First things first (no pun intended) is the location. I like Business Bay, but at the moment, there is construction near this place (not that its noisy) that when finished, it will provide a walking route. It doesnt for now. So, if youre on foot, to get to shops requires a bit of walking. Thats not so bad (a good way to keep exercising whilst in Dubai), but something to note.The room was fine, its quite a new hotel. Ive stayed in many hotels, so I dont get that hotel excitement or holiday feeling. Anything negative immediately stands out. Nothing from this place.Breakfast was also good. You can sit outside (accompanied by a few of the migratory birds on occasion, which is nice). In fact, at the buffet breakfast, the egg station chef (cooking eggs to order) was outside.I was motivated to stay at this place by First Collections investment sales team. Anyway would defo recommend this place 👌🏽

    Hotel Is Good ,VERY nice stuff in the buffet and concierge is the BEST 🤍But ,unfortunately a little bit dirty room . Blanket is dirty , I found hair on a blanket… Mirror is dirty too. Pool and food is very good. They don’t even give us big towels … only very small. I have 2 more days here , hope will be better

    This is an honest review, I went with my sister and grandmother in December 19 we stayed until December 25/2022. The staff were very kind and lovely, we asked for an extra bed and they rushed to bring it to us, the room was very clean and whatever you want you can ask them for and you get it right away. Cleaning service comes everyday for free. The breakfast buffet was delicious and it had many different food cultures. The bodyguard were so helpful, they helped us get a taxi and told us where is everything located, there is even a touring bus everyday in the morning. There is a spa and a gym and a pool but not for free you have to pay to enter. I recommend you to drink the Spanish latte in the “Risen Cafe” inside the hotel. The only thing that disturbed is that the lightings are so dim and the room keys sometimes don’t work please fix that. Thank you and it was so lovely staying in your hotel ❤️❤️

    Brilliant hotel, the room was stunning and the views were brilliant. A modern hotel with great amenities. Breakfast was brilliant on the terrace with a view of the Burj. House keeping were amazing along with the desk staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful, I would recommend 100% recommend!

    The service of the hotel is impeccable. Room service and in-room dining experiences were quite solid. The hotel offers shuttle services to Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall and a few other notable locations. It is ever so slightly away from Downtown Dubai but a cab worth 15-20Dhs will get you there in no time.

    We didnt stayed much at the hotel, since we were leaving in the morning and coming back at night, but enjoyed a lot our experience in the hotel.No problems whatsoever on our arrival.Staff was very nice at every moment during our stay.Breakfast were very crowded from 9:30 - 10:30, but thats something you can expect. Food variety was very good.
