I showed up very excited to get a pedicure, I had even made an appointment. Turned out I made it for the wrong location. Totally my fault. They could just turned me away but they didnt. The front desk staff went out of there way to accommodate me. Maricel gave me an excellent pedicure. She even did this special treatment to really remove all the cracked and callous skin. I do not think my feet have been this smooth since I was a baby! I will definitely be going back to the Villanova location. ❤️

I came to Villanovas The Loft desperate for help with my long hair which was a combination of permanent colours black, blue, green, brown and blonde (dont ask!). I wanted a natural blonde colour and a short cut. I found the amazing Dima, who was not afraid of the challenge and she has been my HAIR ANGEL! I spent an entire day at the salon whilst my hair was stripped of colour and repaired over and over again. The girls waited on me hand and foot and made sure I was as comfortable as possible (I am pregnant also!). Dima was an absolute trooper, didnt complain once and spent the whole time telling me that she loved a challenge. The result is more amazing than I could have ever hoped for - I honestly have no idea how Dima worked such a miracle, but somehow, she achieved what I asked. If you need an incredible hairdresser with a HUGE amount of experience, then please visit :) I am so grateful I was in tears at the end result! Thank you Dima for making me feel beautiful again. I will be back!

The services here in Villanova are exceptional, and the friendly staff at the reception Rhea and Dianne are alway warm and welcoming. The services I am doing for several month now been great. If it’s Manicure with Rosalyn, Pedicure with Gerli, lash extension with Elsa, Hair wash with Tammy, dying my hair with Dina or massage with Merrir Rose. All of them provides exceptional services. The atmosphere at this branch is fantastic. It’s comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your time. I highly recommend this salon.
