Laurice is very helpful and initially give me information for the spa and the treatment assisted me to the facilities they are very hospitable and approachable. Cathy my therapist is very good she knows what she is doing and making sure give the emphasis to the important parts that we circled. She is very informative to the treatment and make sure my body gets the correct and relaxing day. Such a wonderful team and I’m sure I willKeep on coming back. The ambiance of the place had that serene feeling to it, the combined smell of oils and scents was also refreshing.I was with a friend having just finished an exhibition and the massage I received from Catty was spot on. She was able to hit the right pain points and she applied the right pressure to alleviate the tight feeling I had on both upper and lower back. I felt rejuvenated after the massage.We were then treated to a ginger tea at the relaxation room.One of the best spa experiences I have tried in Dubai. First, I would like to commend the receptionist for being so warm and friendly. I had a very nice massage, my masseuse made sure that I feel comfortable and she had the right pressure all over the session. I like that they inform you that all are sanitized before you enter the treatment room. They give you fresh towels and robes and a very nice ginger tea at the end. I highly recommend this spa.

Fantastic place was super professional staff who know what they’re doing. Biplab, Cathy and the entire staff are extremely courteous and fantastic therapists. Context: I’m someone fairly active and tend to get “muscle knots” easily from overuse from sports/gym, causing me all kinds of chronic pain/issues. However, each time I visit the M, I’m left feeling great (until I need another visit in a few weeks or a month!)

I booked in M Spa deep tissue massage and added 15 min of hot stone. My massage therapist was Bip. I am honestly super I.pressed with his massage. I am suffering from muscle tention and after this massage I feel like I was born again. He was very attentive to me, and had very individual touch. Most of the therapist just try to put a lot of oil on you body but this is not the case at all. I will recommend amazing experience with Bip to everyone.The price for massage is very generous, salon is very clean, has good sence and excellent service from the team.Best of luck to the team!
