    Ive been seeing Rose at Zaaz for almost two years now, and she is absolutely wonderful! Shes always bubbly, kind, and makes every appointment feel like a treat. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she genuinely cares about her clients. I always leave with perfect nails and a smile on my face. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great mani-pedi experience!

    I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to ZAAZ spa. I have been struggling with my curly and frizzy hair for years. Went to 4 different salons to get keratin/protein hair straightening treatments but always came back disappointed with stylists blaming me for having “stubborn arab hair”. But my experience at ZAAZ was different!The loveliest and sweetest hair stylist Aiza genuinely cared for my issue. She promised me she would give me a treatment that works for my hair and she delivered! I love the protein hair treatment! I can finally enjoy having straight hair without worrying about humidity or having to use flat irons every day. I have already recommended it to my friends.The manager was also extremely caring about my case with my hair. Asked about me multiple times and showed genuine understanding for my struggle! I appreciate you and Aiza both so much.Coming to ZAAZ was definitely the best decision I made. Years of struggle with my hair is now gone. Kudos to the entire team for creating a space where I did not feel judged, my needs were addressed far beyond my expectations!

    Today I had done different service in here, it was my first experience but it was amazing. I had the follwoing ladies do the services for me and they were all perfect. I had saeeda for morrocan bath, Cherry massage , Marzieh Nail pedi /kharen mani and Hair Aida. I highly recommend to try their services for full relaxation experience .

I have tried Hamam Malaky and it is sooo good in both times i went with two different people. I came with my four daughters for hamam. tgey greeted us very nicely and the hamam experience itself was amazing! the hamam therapists Zahra, Saeeda and Jailyn (who was actually a masseuse filling in) were extremely thorough and professional. it was 3 of my daughters’ first hamam experience and the hamam therapists were very kind and made them feel very comfortable. after the hamam my skin felt clean and radiant and we were led to the relaxation room for juice and tea, which was a perfect end to a perfect day. afterwards i got my hair done by Aiza and she did it so beautifully. i highly recommend zaaz for the best hamam and beauty service ever! thank you to Zahra, Saeeda, Jailyn, Aiza, and Pamela for your kindness professionalism and expertise. we will be seeing you very soon!

    I am a regular & I love this place so much. l specifically come to Zahra (she is amazing & she is the sweetest !!) However, l noticed that everytime i book an appointment at 6 or 7pm, the rest of the staff are always in such a hurry that even for the hair drying after the hamam, there will be no one to assist & make it feel that they are ready for closing. I really hope they realize that all clients should have the same privilege & quality of experience whether their appointment is booked at 11 am or 7 pm.

    I had a wonderful experience at ZAAZ Lounge! The hammam was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating — the team made sure every detail was perfect. I also got a mani-pedi, and the results were flawless. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive, and the ambiance is so calming. Definitely a 5-star experience — I’ll be coming back again soon! Every two weeks I’m doing hamam weekly or Malaki and it is always amazing ! Thanks to Zahra, Hanane and Deepthi and all the team for the amazing service

    Beautiful place, high quality nails they were really perfect, and the ladies were very friendly and full of positive energy. I would like to try their hamam next.Overall a very relaxing place.     I have been going to Zaaz for 3 years. I have been doing Hammam Malaki with Saida. She is wonderful! She makes you feel like you are in a peaceful bubble. I leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. I would highly recommend her! She does one of the best Hammams in Dubai!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
