Really genuine Thai massage service you can enjoy here by Thai therapists which are rare in Jumeirah Lakes Towers area. The price is pretty reasonable compared with the service offered. Conveniently accessible from the parking of Cluster O. Better to make booking before the visit as sometimes it is pretty busy.

I have gone there for relaxing 3 times, l recommend Ms Nina for her high technical massage methods. Every time when I have headache, l would like to ask her for help. Also the package with back, neck and head is suitable after heavy work. Btw the hot stone on the skin remind me the feeling of massage in Thailand. Fantastic moment there!

Look, you dont get the fanfare you would in a 5 star hotel, with top to bottom marble, dates and tea and people waiting on your every desire and I agree this definitely counts toward giving a 5 star review but for a third of the price of some of the more upmarket establishments you get a warm welcome, a nice scented herbal smell and an excellent and professional massage. The therapists are very good, the premises are super clean so for what you are paying its a win in my book.

One of the most authentic Thai massage that I have tried in Dubai. It reminds me days that I spent in Bangkok. Therapists are from Thai and they are all professional in Thai massage (especially Lina and Amorn). For those who never experience Thai massage before, I would recommend you try Soft first, then gradually go for medium and strong. It will definitely help you relieve your muscles pains😁

Rose is the angel for me😇 I had such horrible pain in my neck, back shoulder and she worked on it so well. I was surprised that she knew exactly the spots I had pain all over the body. She just knew it and she cured it. I am lucky that I had an experienced MT who knew exactly what she was doing to my body. So happy and relaxed. DEFINITELY GOING THERE!

Holy moly! Therapists there are 50 yrs old and above but look 20s or 30s and services are super freaking amazing. Like WOW.TIP:Visit during weekdays for their 30mins reflexology. It only costs 50 aed 😉

I visited many a spa in Dubai and got very desapointed. When I visited Body and Mind in JLT I knew that that is the place to call My Spa.The therapist I got on my second visit has the ability to pinpoint pain in your body and and get it out. Her name is Haydee, and she has a history of having worked in hospital in the Philippines previously. Its been about 6 years since I visited Body and Mind for the first time and since then I have never tried another Spa for fear that I could get disappointed.I used to have a lot of fatigue but it ended at Body and Mind.My favorite therapy is Thai massage, and I like it because it involves deep tissue massage and a lot of stretching. My Favorite therapist is Haydee and Hey she speaks Fluent Japanese too.I give Body and Mind 5 stars!!!

I live in JLT and am an old customer of theirs. First of all, the price-performance ratio of their massages is the highest in the entire Xincheng District. There is no other massage parlor. Secondly, the technicians are older and have very good skills. They are also the best in Xincheng District.Ive been living in JLT since 5 years ago, have been doing massage in Body and Mind always, the reason first is the good value, second and most important, is the supreme skill of the staff there, theyre mostly highly experienced professionals, which is rarely seen in this area.
